Reon pushed through the dry trees. She swung her arms and took down a few trees to create a way for her.

Reon glanced behind from time to time to keep out for Razon the Duergar.

Razon was clearly in her view as it had turned twelve feet and stood taller than most of the withered trees.

But Razon had trouble searching for Reon. She was only five feet tall and hid perfectly in between the trees. Her movements were hard to track.

Not more than ten seconds had passed since Razon used its [enlarge] skill.

Reon ran deeper into the forest till the withered trees were not visible anymore, green forest stood a few feet away from her.

Reon glanced around. She saw two big rocks on the sides of the forest entrance.

Reon glanced behind and saw Razon that was catching up with her. Although Razon had not spotted her yet it was advancing towards the forest.

The rock was covered with moss on the front and a few vines hung down from above. There were dry trees on one side and green trees on the other side.

Reon ignored the scenery and rushed behind the rock to take cover. She waited for Razon to come closer to the forest.

Meanwhile, she checked through her inventory. She had left with one last potion- a common potion that would gain her twenty to thirty health points depending upon how grave the injury is.

Reon saw the leaves on the ground tremble before jumping on the ground. She gulped and looked at her right side.

Razon appeared from the brown trees. It smashed a few trees with its hammer and cleared the way.

Reon gripped her gun. The gun's tip heaved up and down along with Reon's heavy breathing.

Reon closed her eyes and started to concentrate all of her power on one thing– her gun's last magazine.

Her purple hair lifted up with a slight neon glow added to them. Nothing happened for three seconds and then… her gun glowed in a pink neon glow.

Razon constantly looked for Reon and the glow made it easier for it to spot Reon who was behind a rock.

Razon snorted and took a step forward. Reon sensed its presence.

Although her heart was racing and she was scared, Reon opened her eyes with confidence. Bright blue light sparked from her eyes.

Razon lifted the hammer, the rock Reon hid behind was smashed into pieces along with the trees.

Its eyes fidgetted all over, searching for Reon. She had left her hiding spot– it was not even a hiding spot anymore– and had gone behind the second rock.

She did not waste another second and pulled the trigger.

Reon was not sure when Razon would shrink back to the original form and she did not have any health or time to spare so she decided to put her trump card on gear.

The ultimate limit breaker. It enhances the user's senses, powers, stats, skills, and overall performance for a specific period of time. The stronger the user, the more it would be able to preserve its limit breaker.

It just acts the same as the mana overdrive, used only by the players with mana stat.

A ball of energy rolled from Reon's gun. Razon came to a sudden stop when it saw a bullet, at its max potential, coming at it.

Razon's legs pushed the dry grass off the ground. Razon tilted its head and dodged the bullet with ease.

It was fast considering how fat and big it was right now. Both Reon and Razon stared at the bullet as it went behind them.

Pink light glowed everywhere, loud explosions sounded through the withered forest.

Branches, that were lit with fire, bounced in the air. Tree logs jumped across the forest.

Shot!

Razon turned, and a bullet grazed through its lower chest. There was a hole created in its chest plate.

Razon glanced down and up at Reon with wide angry eyes. Reon took a step back and fired another bullet.

Razon raised its hammer and blocked the bullet. But as soon as the contact was made, the hammer's corner fell down.

Razon's eyes went wider in anger. It could not suppress its anger anymore and threw the hammer at Reon.

Her gun came down, she jerked her body, and rushed into the forest.

Razon had lost its hammer, it did not bother to pick it up and followed Reon inside the forest. It swung its arms to move the greens out of its way.

Reon got down to her knees and turned around. She aimed and pulled the trigger.

The third bullet pierced Razon's forearm and dropped on the grass. Razon shook its arm to shake away the pain.

She felt the mushy grass leaving her knee then she changed her mind and dropped back to the ground.

Shot

She fired the fourth bullet, and Razon dodged it. She fired the fifth bullet.

Razon tried to dodge it but Reon had fired on the other side.

The bullet grazed through the damaged chest plate. The sides that joined held the plate together started to fall apart.

Reon saw a spark of hope when the chest plate fell. She quickly pulled the trigger to fire the sixth and the second last bullet.

Snap!

Blood came out from Razon's chest just like how water comes from the shower's holes. In small bits before increasing to a shower.

[critical hit!]

Reon panted with a slight smile. Her smile did not fade but increased when Razon started to shrink in size.

Unfortunately, Reon's last bullet managed to only graze through Razon's shoulder. It took down a chunk of its shoulder along with the shoulder plate.

Razon shrank, Reon clicked the gun but no bullet came out. It was over.

Razon shouted at the top of its lungs, enough to catch Hitori and Kamiya's attention.

The dwarf now glared at Reon. she took a step back. It bolted from its spot, Reon threw her gun at the Duergar and rushed deeper into the forest.

One minute, since Razon had enlarged, was over.
