Kamiya was naked, his jeans were burned from the front, somehow covering his burned man parts. There were black patches over his body, they were burned wounds.
His body was mangled in a strange shape. Hitori noticed Kamiya's wrist was cut, his arm was torn, his legs were folded like a puppet's legs and he was covered with blood.
Kuzu was no different. His blonde hair had disappeared completely and there was a black patch over his head, the flesh had melted. His clothes were burned, too, the patches followed down his body.
Hitori's tears flowed like a dam's water. He could not compress the pain, he could take his eyes off Kamiya's dead body. The wires in Kamiya's mouth were the trigger.
Hitori shouted, "You fucking bastard!" He fell on his stomach, Eya leaned to grab him, but Hitori crawled his way. "Motherfucker, look at what you have done!"
Eya rose from the ground, she raised her hand at Hitori. "Petrify!"
The stone beam fell on Hitori and froze him, his shouts muffled, then froze with his body.
"Sorry, Hitori-san, it was necessary." She loaded her wand back. Then looked at Onogi, still sitting like an absent-minded person. "Oi!" she shouted, "what happened there?" she asked.
Onogi kept staring at the ground. Everyone knew he had no motivation to answer anyone, or he was too traumatized to say anything. His only friend, his only best friend, his second in command was killed today– died because of a plan set by himself.
"Onogi!" she shouted. "What the fuck happened there?"
Kakashi heard the shouts. The pain had gone for some reason, it was the petrifying effect that petrified Hitori's pain, hence freezing Kakashi's pain. And the next chance he got, he teleported.
Senso and Tengoku were too shocked to move. Senso could not bring himself to take the chance and chop Onogi's head off, he could just glance between Onogi and Tengoku.
Kakashi appeared beside Senso, he froze in his place. He glanced around and took forever to process. "Whoa… what just happened—" Then his eyes fell on the two dead bodies, Hitori's petrified body, Onogi's sad, depressed demeanor; Eya striding towards Onogi while Senso and Tengoku froze with their katanas by their sides.
Eya slapped Onogi across the face, he fell on the snow. "What happened?"
Onogi pushed himself off the ground and looked at Eya. "I killed them, can not you see?" he said, "I fucking killed them!"
Eya stepped back. Now she regretted slapping him, she should have left him the way he was– grieving. Never mess with a heartbroken love, this was a similar case.
Tengoku gulped. If this is how things went, he would die, too. Fuck Masao, I will run for my life— his eyes fell on Hidari's face. The blood dripped down his mouth.
He opened his hand wide and pulled the katana into his hand, like a magnet pulling another magnet.
'You have made it personal… Hidari was my only mate.' He looked at Onogi, he was crying. 'And Masao was one of my best students, only if he was focused on learning instead of hooking and killing, he would have been my best.'
Tengoku took a glance around. Hitori was petrified, Kakashi had appeared beside Senso who stood like a statue. Eya was confused about what to do next. Then the two dead bodies.
'I can not die here. Not for that old man, but for myself. I need to get out of here alive… the portal is near the fence if I activate my boosters…'
The boosters coughed.
'Cut the girl on my way… grab Masao… and flee. I am surrounded by enemies…'
Kakashi glanced, he glanced at Tengoku, then turned to Tengoku. He opened his mouth but stopped when he saw Tengoku's boosters cough and the katana in his hand.
Kakashi moved his hand and Tengoku took off. The leaves blasted behind him together with snow. Tengoku raised his katana on the way.
Kakashi moved his hand towards Senso's waist, he grabbed his wand and raised it in Eya's direction.
"Levitate!" He caught Eya and lifted her above a tree.
She looked around and shrieked.
Tengoku's katana went through nothing. "Forget her."
He reached Onogi and grabbed him by his collar. Onogi's shirt gathered around his neck, choking him, but Tengoku continued to blast through the woods.
Kakashi dropped Eya from a height of five feet, and she landed on her butt, crying in pain. He took a step forward and raised his bare hand in the darkness.
No use. He clicked his tongue. Senso turned in Tengoku's direction, he was leaving a trace of burns as he went. "I will go," Senso said.
"Do not fight them!" Kakashi shouted as Senso took off. "Wait for help, do not fight them, I said!"
Then Kakashi turned to Eya. "Eya-nee—"
His voice hid behind an explosion. Eya covered her head, and Kakashi jumped forward due to his instincts.
The shockwave reached them after two seconds. The ripples threw the snow and leaves all over. That even pushed the bodies over.
Kakashi looked over the sky, he saw a comet's tail showering down on the earth. It was not a shower, it was just a single comet, cause the tail disappeared afterward.
"What was that?"
"A shooting star, who cares?" Eya shrugged.
Kakashi nodded. "Right, who does. But from the position, I am guessing it landed behind that boy's house– or near it."
"W-Whatever, Himbo, grab Hitori-san and leave the forest… I will bring Kuzu and Kamiya's bodies with me."
"Kuzu's?" Kamiya, ok. Kuzu, why?
She nodded. "I will trap his body in an extension and parcel it to Onogi, he forgot his property."
Kakashi agreed. "Be safe, see ya later."
Kakashi stored Hitori's body in spacial storage– it needed all of the remaining place, not easy to carry bodies.
Senso called from the other side. "No here. I have reached the Science Academy and I see nothing but a huge hole in the fence."
"I think you should come back," Kakashi replied. "I am taking the boy's body to the building, meet Eya-nee on the way, and take her with you."
"Uh… she will be safe, right?"
"Of course, why?"
"I… want to take a detour."
"Eh? What do you mean?"
Senso did not reply. Eya looked at Kakashi and asked, "What is he—?"
"I do not know, he will be alright. Let us head back." Kakashi teleported.
