(In the Upper Part of the Amphitheater)

Two handsome men walked side by side. Their countenance eliciting some glances from the uncountable number of people around them. Though when a few saw the man with differently colored eyes, fear and confusion was apparent in their eyes.

"Haa. When last did I come here? It's been way too long."

Divine, the man with differently colored pupils, exclaimed with a satisfied expression. His eyes moved around and wherever his eyes landed on, few individuals would shift their gazes away or move to a different location entirely.

Corey, the more handsome man, noticed the abnormal behavior of some people in the crowd and curious glint appeared deep within his eyes.

?p

He gave a subtle glance at Divine, but just as he was about to remove his gaze, Divine looked right back at him with a smile:

"You know… If you keep on staring at me at every single chance you get, you're gonna make me blush."

Hearing Divine's words, Corey's left eye twitched and despite the immense urge to make a retort or punch Divine heavily on his face, Corey suppressed it.

His eyes moved as he searched for an empty seat and luckily he found one nearby, but just as he took a step towards the seat, a hand grabbed his shoulder.

He turned back at a fast speed so as to attack whoever it was that held his shoulder but when he turned, he realized that Divine was the owner of the hand. Corey relaxed slightly and with a slight frown, he spoke:

"What?"

"We're not staying here. It's too far away from Triple X's battle."

Divine replied with a smile and without waiting for Corey's response, he walked to the lower parts of the Amphitheater.

Corey looked at Divine's departing back for a few seconds before following in suit.

A few seconds later, both Divine and Corey sat on seats which were somewhat close to the fighting arena of the Amphitheater.

After sitting, Corey decided to look around since the fighting arena was empty. As he looked around, he noticed expressions of anticipation, excitement and fanaticism in the eyes of the people around him as they partook in their various activities.

The fanatic expressions confused Corey and just as Corey was wondering, he heard two individuals speak:

"We finally get to see Lord X in action man."

"I know right. When last did we see Lord X fight. He's so cool whenever he fights."

"I know right. He's so handsome."

"He's so dreamy."

"He's so sexy."

'Aren't these guys men?'

Hearing the words of the two individuals behind him, Corey had an expression of confusion. He looked behind him and just as he guessed, he saw two men sitting shirtless.

His eyes moved to their bare chest and on it, he could see a large tattoo of a black skull on their entire upper body.

Despite Corey staring at the men, the men never gave him a glance and a few seconds later, one of them stood and to Corey's surprise, he shouted:

"We want Lord X! We want Lord X! We want Lord X!"

A slight frown emerged on Corey's face as the sudden shout of the man resounded in his ears. But just as Corey was about to recover from the man's sudden shout…

"WE WANT LORD X!"

"WE WANT LORD X!"

"WE WANT LORD X!"

"WE WANT LORD X!"

"WE WANT LORD X!"

"WE WANT LORD X"

"WE WANT LORD X!"

Corey's eyes widened in shock as a heaven shaking, earthquake inducing and heart stopping synchronized shout resounded from everywhere around him. He looked all around him and a baffled expression appeared all over his face.

'What the?'

"Hey kid "

Just as Corey was wondering what the hell was going on, Divine's voice flowed into his ears and with the same baffled expression, he turned toward Divine.

"Are you surprised about all this?"

Gesturing towards the audience around, Divine spoke and Corey looked around once again. His eyes moved to the audience at his left, at his right, at his front and at his back.

And to Corey's surprise and confusion, 95% of the audience around him chanted for Triple X, their eyes containing visible lights of madness.

"This is how the audience section of the Amphitheater is. Madness."

Divine spoke once again, dragging Corey's attention away from the audience around them. As Corey looked at Divine, he saw Divine gesturing to a certain part of the Amphitheater.

Corey turned and he looked at the direction of Divine's gesture which was towards their far front. He squinted his eyes and a confused expression appeared on hid face.

"That section has supporters of Triple X's opponents."

Once again, Divine's voice flowed into Corey's ears as Corey stared at the opposite section of the Amphitheater which also had people screaming, shouting and causing a cacophony of sounds in whatever form or manner.

"In the past, the audience was never split into two group like these two groups."

"But whenever high profile matches like this took place, the number of deaths amongst the audience used to so high due to the people supporting different fighters."

"There was a time when the number of deaths amongst the audience was so high that the main people in charge of the Underworld became worried, so they decided to implement the rule which forbids one from killing."

"And because of that rule, whenever there are different supporters for a particular match, the supporters would go to the side of the Amphitheater which has more of their fellow supporters, so as to reduce the possibility of violence and deaths in the Amphitheater."

As Divine spoke, Corey's had an enlightened expression, but there was one thing which Corey was still confused about and to satisfy his curiosity about that question, he turned towards Divine and spoke:

"You know, I never knew that Triple X had this many fans. I mean, I never saw any group of people coming to him to ask for an autograph or something weird."

Divine chuckled as soon as Corey finished speaking, then he spoke:

"Most of these people are not Triple X's actual fans, only a small percentage of them are. Most are Herr because they support Triple X to win the match… Though, there was a time when some of his fans cane to disturb him, so he killed them and turned them to low level undead… It was quite funny actually."

Divine chuckled once again, then with a smile, he pointed upwards, gesturing for Corey to look up, and when Corey did, an absolutely stunned expression came over Corey as he gazed at what Divine gestured at.

"We call that place the black box or the high box."

Divine's voice flowed into Corey's ears and Corey turned towards Divine with a confused gaze.

"What's it purpose and how come I've never seen it in any of my matches?"

Corey asked as he vividly remembered checking the upper part of the Amphitheater in each of his matches, but never did he remember seeing the black box up above him.

"The black box only appears whenever somebody important is present to watch a match. It's basically the guest room of important individuals who are here to watch and recruit us."

"Recruit us?"

Corey questioned and turned towards Divine with furrowed brows.

"What are they recruiting us for?"

Corey asked once again as he gazed at Divine who had a strange glint in his eyes as he gazed at the black box up in the air. A few seconds later, he turned towards Corey, and with a smile, he spoke:

"That isn't our concern at the moment. The most important thing to us, is that… we survive and escape this place."

Corey did not know why, but he felt like he saw a glint of madness flicker in Divine's eyes for a moment. But before he could ponder on the strangeness in Divine's gaze, a voice louder than all the combined voices of the audience, resounded in the Amphitheater.

[ARE, YOU, READY PEOPLE?!!]

Corey gazed wandered, wanting to find the source of the voice and a few seconds later, his gaze moved to the black box high up in the air and with a squint of his eyes, he looked at the source of the voice.

[I DON'T LIKE THE RESPONSE Y'ALL ARE GIVING ME.]

[I SAID… ARE YOU READY PEOPLE?!!!!!]

[[YAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!!!!!!]

A shirtless man with caramel colored skin spoke with an extremely loud voice. He had a bald head and due to his decision to only wear shorts, the numerous tattoos on his body could be seen by all.

The bald man who was the commentator of the current match, hovered around ten meters below the black box, and with a smile, he looked at the audience below him.

[TODAY'S MATCH IS A SPECIAL ONE AND I'M SURE Y'ALL KNOW ABOUT THAT]

[TODAY'S MATCH IS A BATTLE BETWEEN TWO LORDS, TWO KINGS]

[THE FIRST CONTESTANT IS THE KING OF ALL ANDROIDS, THE LORD OF ALL TECHNOLOGY, OF ALL MACHINES]

[HE IS… AUTOMATON!!!]

"YAHHHHH!!!"

"AUTOMATON!!"

"AUTOMATON!!"

"AUTOMATON!!"

A resounding shout shook the Amphitheater as the supporters of Automaton made their presence known.

[THE SECOND CONTESTANT… IS THE LORD OF ALL THINGS DEAD. THE MASTER OF THE WALKING DEAD. THE KING OF THE DEAD.]

[HE IS… TRIPLE X!!!!]

"TRIPLE X!!"

"TRIPLE X!!"

"TRIPLE X!!"

"TRIPLE X!!"

"TRIPLE X"

Just like the supporters of Automaton, Triple X's supporters also made their presence. Their shouts causing the ground to tremble.

[SO WITHOUT FURTHER ADO, LET THE BATTLE BETWEEN THE KING OF TECH AND THE KING OF THE DEAD… BEGIN!!]
