“I was recruited by the Green Touring Palace early on and was able to reach anywhere in the Three Realms easily. It’s indeed my first time having flown for more than six decades.” Qin Yun smiled in reply while observing the mountain carefully. The mountain was black and void of vegetation. All he saw was some black light scattering which suppressed the surroundings.
The architectural styles of the buildings were different from that of the Three Realms. It was cruder and simpler.
Goumang stared at the mountain. “The means available to powerful beings of other universes are hard to predict. Both of you have your true bodies here, so you have to be careful.”
“Don’t worry,” Rushou said. “Let’s head over.”
“Let’s go.” Qin Yun was very solemn as well as he went on maximum alert.
Three beams of light approached the mountain.
“Hahaha... My Mt. Blackwater hasn’t had guests in a long while. Welcome.” A rich baritone voice sounded from the mountain. Simultaneously, golden light bloomed from deep within the mountain, transforming into a golden pathway that extended in front of Qin Yun and company.
A group of coquettish women flew over as they waited politely by the two sides of the golden pathway.
The trio was slightly taken aback.
These coquettish women were in human form as well. However, their heads had two blood-colored curved horns. On their backs were a pair of blood-colored wings and their eyes had a sanguine glow. They effused a stunning charm.
“Welcoming us?” Qin Yun, Goumang, and Rushou exchanged looks. All of them were alarmed and puzzled. Although they had never heard the language used by the mountain’s owner, they could instantly communicate through the intention conveyed by the language at their levels.
“He extended us an invitation to enter despite recognizing us as visitors from a different universe?” Qin Yun said with a voice transmission.
“Since he dares invite us, we will definitely dare enter,” said Rushou.
“Let’s go.”
Qin Yun and Goumang nodded.
The trio followed the golden path and flew in.
While flying, they observed the coquettish women beside them.
“These women have both form and spirit, but they are illusory condensations and not real beings.” Goumang observed as he said with a voice transmission.
“If there are that many powerful beings that survive in the spatial tides, it’s impossible for them to stay here alone,” said Rushou.
Qin Yun instead stared far away.
He saw it!
There was a majestic palace inside the mountain. In it was a black rock throne and sitting on that throne was a giant. The giant was muscular and dressed in a gorgeous robes, and he looked far into the distance at the approaching trio.
“What a powerful vital aura.” Qin Yun was secretly alarmed. “His vital aura is stronger than Rushou’s and mine. It’s comparable to Goumang’s. Goumang is a Wood God and his true form is that of a huge tree. His vital aura is considered one of the best among the perfected Great Dao in the Three Realms.”
The only being whose vital aura could compare with Goumang’s in the Three Realms was the dragons’ Ancestral Dragon.
For their target to be of the same level, it left Qin Yun, Rushou, and Goumang even warier.
“Guests, please have a seat,” said the giant with a smile “It’s rare for me to have guests. Now that three are here... I’m truly delighted.”
Meanwhile, many coquettish women served wine and delicacies.
“These are some of the finest wine and food from my hometown. Please, have some.” the giant smiled.
“We wouldn’t dare eat what you offer.” Rushou carefully observed his surroundings. “I have already checked our surroundings. There are no array formations or traps around us. You sure are confident.”
“Why should I lay a trap? Is there a prey?” The giant smiled. “I don’t see any prey, just three guests. It’s so rare to encounter guests from another universe in this spatial tide. Why should we engage in slaughter? Sit and enjoy the wine. Let’s have a good chat, shall we?”
“There’s no need for the food and drink,” Rushou said. “But a chat is possible.”
Qin Yun and Goumang listened by the side and did not interject. The operation was led by Rushou since he was the one who invited the two of them.
“Not eating?”
The giant looked at the fine wine and food and invited them sincerely, “Are you really not eating such delicious food? These were brought from my homeworld. Every bit eaten means one bit less.”
“There’s no need.” Goumang said as well.
The giant looked at the trio and knew that any further invitations for them to eat would be in vain. He immediately shook his head. “If it’s not eaten, it will be wasted. Do you know what I hate the most? It’s the wastage of food. All who waste food deserve death!”
With that said, his eyes turned sharp.

The large numbers of coquettish female servants dissipated. Black water pattered down from an island.
“If you aren’t eating my fine wine and food, have a taste of my Mt. Blackwater’s black water!” said the giant coldly. He appeared courteous on the surface and the island did not appear to have any traps, but the food and drink had been tampered with! Furthermore, the Misty Rain domain not only repelled the black water, it even enveloped the giant.

The black water droplets turned into tiny black winged figures. Thousands of them held long spears and they were each the size of a finger. The dense horde of tiny black figures swarmed towards the palace and attacked Qin Yun.

Each raindrop in the drizzle within the Misty Rain domain also transformed into a flying sword. Countless flying swords met the tiny black figures and engaged in battle. His single foot was about the same size as the palace from before. He reached out his hand and a gigantic hammer appeared in his hand. Swirling around the hammer was black water.
The towering giant held the hammer in hand as he roared. His roar shook the entire mountain.
“Come on!”
“Show me what you got.”
“Don’t you die in an instant!”
The giant stamped his foot and charged over. At the same time, he swung his hammer down. Smashing down with the size and force of a mountain, it was attempting to crush Qin Yun and company into pulp.
