“Something happened to the young master...” Mo Shi whispered.
Ye Tianxin jumped out of bed as soon as she heard that something had happened to Tang Yuan.
“What happened to him? What’s wrong?” she anxiously asked.
“The young master has been kidnapped by X!”
Ye Tianxin looked at Mo Shi in shock. It made sense as all the guards had been assigned to protect her. Tang Yuan was not very well protected because of that and it was the best chance for X to kidnap him.
“Did you tell Brother Li and my dad?”
Not expecting Ye Tianxin would ask that Mo Shi replied, “No. There are too many guests today and madam doesn’t want to attract too much attention.”
Ye Tianxin took a deep breath and she suddenly smelled a hint of blood in the air.
“Mo Shi, have you seen Chenxi?” she asked.
“No. Was she around?” Mo Shi lied.
Ye Tianxin got up and took her veil off. Her long hair dropped naturally onto her shoulder. Her face was elegant and soft.
“Let’s go. Mom must be worried.”
Mo Shi secretly breathed a sigh of relief as Ye Tianxin left with her. She was afraid that he wouldn’t be fooled by her tricks. It would have been bothersome for her if that had happened.
When Ye Tianxin got out of the room, she noticed Mu Yuluo standing not far from them. She made a hand signal that only they would know.
Mu Yuluo and Wei Weiwei immediately noticed something was off with Mo Shi.Since they had worked together for a long time, they knew what the other was going to do without having to talk about it.
Ye Tianxin took a step back so that Mu Yuluo and Wei Weiwei had the room to take Mo Shi down. The two suddenly sprung towards Mo Shi almost instantly and she didn’t even have the time to react. It only took them a few seconds to pin Mo Shi down.
Mo Shi gritted her teeth and questioned, “How did you find out?”
“You really have no idea how close Chenxi and I are,” Ye Tianxin scoffed. “She treats me as her family. Even if she was held at gunpoint, she would never leave my side.”
Mo Shi was disappointed as she did not expect that she would be exposed. She thought that her plan was perfect.
Mo Shi laughed as she was thrown back into the room and said, “Well, too bad for you, she’s dead.”
She didn’t think the beautiful Wei Weiwei would be so cruel until her jaw was broken and her arms and legs were shattered. She was now lying on the marble floor of the room like she was hurt.
Mu Yuluo found Guan Chenxi in a corner of the room, but she was already dead. Because of the poison, her lips and face had turned purple. Mu Yuluo shook her head at Ye Tianxin and told the bride that there was no way to save Guan Chenxi.
Ye Tianxin was so mad that she picked Mo Shi up off the floor and hit her.
