“Ladies and gentlemen, good evening to you. I am Cherry from the movie, ‘Red Cherry’. I am an actress from the Empire, Ye Tianxin. I am honored to receive this award. I did not expect to win this award when I left my country. I feel like the big prize fell from the sky and dropped on my head. It has made me giddy and light-headed. Ye Tianxin’s thank you speech was a spontaneous one. She had not prepared any speech in advance as she did not think she would win anything.
Ye Tianxin walked down the stage amidst the applause.
She handed the trophy to Yan Jun.
Yan Jun held the trophy and snorted. “It’s not made of gold.”
“Well, aren’t you greedy?”
Suddenly, the guest of honor on stage fell to the floor. Everyone was in shock.
Ye Tianxin was a medical student.
Under such circumstances, she could not just stand around and do nothing.

She lifted her long gown and walked back to the stage. She knelt in front of the guest of honor.
“Ms. Ye, can you please move aside? We need to bring the guest of honor down from the stage.”

“Yan Jun, ask them to keep quiet.”
Ye Tianxin turned to look at Yan Jun who was standing behind her.
She took out a pen from one of the guests’ pockets. Holding it firmly with her hand, she stabbed the pen into the man’s abdomen.
“Ah…”
Blood flowed out from that spot. Everyone looked on, aghast.
“Do you feel better?”
The guest of honor nodded.
He wasn’t in that much pain.
“You’re in a very serious condition. You need to be operated on immediately. Don’t worry, I will go to the hospital with you. Trust me, I won’t hurt you.”
Ye Tianxin calmly instructed the staff to bring a stretcher over to carry the man off the stage.
She followed after them, with her long gown trailing on the floor.
Nobody expected such an ending to the awards ceremony which was being telecast live.
