Chapter 356 - The Wonderful Surprise
"What's this?" asked Dean with an amused smile.
"Em, a small gift that can grow like us," Bryana replied with a smile on her lips.
"Oh God ..." Dean was getting excited because he understood what Bryana's answer meant. "Is this true?"
"Open it," Bryana shouted.
Dean opened the small box and saw a long little thing with two red lines in the middle. He breathed a sigh of relief and smiled at the thing very seriously, then turned to Bryana for a moment. The man turned back to the object which was a pregnancy test that stated that he was going to be a father again.
"Oh my God ..." Dean immediately hugged Bryana. "Thank you!"
Bryana rubbed the back of Dean who hugged him so tightly.
"Since when are you pregnant? I mean….since when did you notice you had a baby in your womb?" Dean asked as he let go of his arms.
"Since I feel kind of nauseous every morning," Bryana replied casually.
"Nauseous?"
"Just this morning... I immediately took a test and went to the doctor. I'm two months pregnant and it looks like ..." Bryana turned to bend her face. "Looks like I'm going to have as much morning sickness as I did when I was pregnant with Aidyn."
"It's okay... I will always be by your side to accompany those difficult times." Dean smiled reassuringly then hugged Bryana but not too tightly. he lowered their foreheads together and asked, "but how did you get pregnant when you were always taking birth control injections?"
"Eh..." Bryan smiled again.
"Honey, answer me!" Dean exclaimed with his horror glance.
"Since I stopped breastfeeding Aidyn a few months ago, that's when I stopped taking the injections. I lied to you when I said I went to the doctor for the injection," Bryana explained.
"You lied? Why?" asked Dean.
"Because I wanted to surprise you," Bryana replied then wrapped her arms around Dean's neck. "I know you want a daughter but you always say you don't need to worry about me..but I think there's no harm in adding one child while I'm young and strong enough to pregnant."
Dean shook his head in surprise. "You did this for me?"
"For us."
"You're so...." Dean couldn't go on anymore and tightened his grip on Bryana. ."How can you plan something big without my approval? It's a cool surprise but I'm so annoyed that you've been lying to me all this time!" Dean was still holding on so tightly.
"I... Can't breathe!" Bryana pushed Dean to let go of his arm.
"Sorry. I'm too happy and excited!" Dean smiled amusedly and hugged Bryana again so tightly sideways to the right and left that the bottle of drink on the tray on the bed fell. Luckily the chest cover didn't spill.
"Wait!" Bryana let go of Dean's arms again. "What if I give birth baby boy again?"
Dean rolled his eyes with his brows also furrowed and then replied, "we'll do it again until the one that comes out is a girl."
Immediately Bryana patted Dean's shoulder and grumbled in anger.
"I was just kidding, honey." Dean kissed Bryana's slightly pouty lips. "boy or girl, I will still accept because he is the fruit of our love."
"You won't be disappointed?" Bryana confirmed.
"I can't be disappointed with what you've done for me. You look more and more perfect in my eyes..how can I be angry or disappointed? What's more, I love you even more."
"Don't brag!" Bryana blushed pushing Dean.
"I'm serious. I feel the spark of love always comes when we are together. Is tonight, you are ... Really make me happy as a husband...I imagine in our big house, it will be more crowded with one baby presence." Dean sucked on Bryana's belly which was still flat.
Bryana smiled and shook her head in surprise to herself. "I never imagined I would have so many children..when I was young, I thought I would have just one child but in fact… Many."
"It's okay. Our old age will be beautiful and we won't be lonely when our children come with their husbands or wives, they already have children too." Dean began to fantasize. ."I imagine when we are old and just sitting at home, they come to be our comforter."
Bryana nodded with tears in her eyes. For some reason, she was so happy and also afraid that time was running so fast and inevitably time would separate her from Dean.
"Hey. Why are you crying?" Dean wiped Bryan's tears that were just falling.
"I'm too emotional and your words make me happy but I'm sad because I'm afraid we will grow old and will separate!" Bryana said spoiled while patting Dean on the chest.
Dean chuckled and immediately hugged Bryana. he brought his wife's head to his chest. "We're still young, we can still live longer, enjoy our time together. Come on, don't cry anymore."
Bryana nodded in Dean's arms which made her comfortable.
"Now, let's eat..I'm so hungry," Dean said releasing his arms. He turned to glance at the several types of food on the tray beside him. "Who prepared this food?"
"The staff in this apartment," Bryana replied wiping her tears.
"Then let's eat and then get ready to go home," Dean exclaimed then took a portion of the burger stuffed with beef.
"We don't have to go home. We'll just stay here," Bryana said then turned her face towards Dean. "Feed me!"
"Oh of course...I will gladly feed you," Dean said with an amused smile. He felt that this pregnancy made Bryana look even more spoiled. Ah, I hope that is a sign that their child who will be born later is a baby girl.

At Bryana's house, Raymond was bored because he had only been watching tv with Dany while Monica chatted with Lily in the playroom.
"Why did Dean and Bryana take so long. Why did they linger at that damn Alex's wedding?" Raymond huffed in annoyance.
"Is better try to call him," said Dany who sat beside Raymond but was a bit far away. The man was no longer on guard too much after Dean's request because he felt he had no more enemies. Moreover, for two years they lived peacefully without any disturbance from other people.
Raymond tried to contact Dean, but he was refused several times.
"Damn it, he refused my call!" The impatient Raymond began to wonder.
Drett... Drett.
A message via WhatsApp came in. Raymond immediately opened it and it turned out to be a photo submission showing Dean and Bryana together in a room, a test pack photo until there was an incoming message that read.
__I'm celebrating something with Jill. We will stay. Please take care of the kids at home___
"They're going to have more children," Raymond muttered with a faint smile.
"Adding a child?" Danny looked clueless.
"Jill is pregnant again and now she and Dean are staying somewhere..like in a hotel or apartment," Raymond explained, imagining that he only had one child, but Bryana as a younger sister already had many children.
"This house will get busier," muttered Dany, who secretly liked babies.
"Yeah. And they suck..often leave the house when a guest of honor travels far from Bandung and is asked to look after their children. Isn't that outrageous?"
Danny smirked. "I don't know. They are an affectionate couple and they seem to fall in love every day..today may be a special day for them, so want to spend the night alone."
