Chapter 290 - Irritating In The Morning
By morning, Bryana had woken up while Dean was still asleep. She rushed to wash her face, brush her teeth, then approached Calvin who had not yet woken up to get ready for school.
While heading to Calvin's room, Bryana meets Lauren who might wake Calvin up too.
"Lauren," said Bryan.
"Ma'am ... Let me take care of Calvin to get ready for school," Lauren exclaimed with a friendly smile. The babysitter looked fresher than yesterday. She wore a knee-length blue dress combined with a black shirt.
"No need, Lauren./I know you are in an uncomfortable period because you are pregnant. You better rest. Today there will also be a new babysitter who will help me," Bryana said with a reassuring look. She didn't want anything bad to happen to the babysitter like a few months ago.

"Wake up, love. You have to get ready for school immediately," Bryana exclaimed as she approached Calvin.

"Because mommy, Daddy Alex, and Haikal will not be here again. Mommy is bad!" said Calvin grumpily.

"Have you had breakfast, took your medicine?" Bryana asked.
Fin shook his head. "I'll have breakfast with the other employees later."
Bryana sighed, her attention distracted by the sound of Aidyn crying from the room. "That's fine then, but you have to have breakfast and take your medicine. If you want to lie down, it's fine. You shouldn't work too hard today. Besides, other Bodyguards can stand guard."

His smartphone which was located on the table rang, Alex immediately reached out to take it and saw an incoming call from Dean. he immediately received the call.

"If you are not too busy, bring Haikal here. Calvin has been angry since last night because he thought you and Haikal wouldn't be here anymore. After all, Bryana doesn't like you," Dean shouted over the phone.
Alex glanced at Elsa who had just been nice to him. "Eh, I'll try later."

"Call from whom?" asked Elsa who had woken up and knew that Alex had just received a call.
"From Dean," Alex curtly said.

"He wants me to take Haikal there so he can play with Calvin," Alex replied then kissed Elsa's shoulder. "I hope you understand. It's Calvin who wants me to go there because he misses Haikal as a brother. not because I want to meet Bryana."
'It's not what you wanted, but you got a chance to glance at that ex-wife of yours, right?' Her mind was full of suspicion.
"Honey," Alex called because Elsa was silent instead.
Elsa changed her position to lie down and glanced at Alex. "Can I go today? I have a photoshoot scheduled. And I won't stop you from bringing Haikal to meet Calvin."
"I think we can go there together," Alex said sadly.
"I'm not ready to meet Bryana yet. I'm still annoyed at her attitude. So don't force me to come with you," Elsa said curtly.
"Okay, but you have to promise to come home on time and don't ignore my calls," Alex exclaimed with a sad look. He was sad because Elsa was willing to allow but also make conditions.
"Yeah, you calm down. when you come home from Dean's house, I'll be home," said Elsa then let go of Alex's arms. "I want to take a shower now."
Alex was silent letting Elsa get out of bed then walked to the bathroom. he stared at the ceiling in silence, lamenting that his family was tense again. He wanted back with Bryana as friends because they had Calvin which made them bond with each other.
