Chapter 264 - The Presence Of Rioters
Dean nodded his head remembering his meeting with Alex earlier. "He does look bad. But let it be none of our business."
"Are you sure he doesn't mean anything else?" Bryan asked.
"I'm sure. You take it easy because now Calvin is in London. don't think too much about this problem, who knows they have good intentions to improve relations with our family. After all, you and he have a relationship with Calvin," Dean exclaimed with confidence. He held Bryana's shoulder, looked at her intensely then kissed her forehead. "Just act normal. Don't get sick or think too much. It will affect Aidyn."
Bryana nodded. "Yeah. I'll try to stay calm."
Dean glanced at his watch, which showed it was nine in the morning, then looked back at Bryana. "Honey looks like I have to get to work soon. There's a meeting at 10."
"Okay, I'll get your suit," Bryana said then got up from the sofa. She walked into the walk-in closet while Dean was still on the couch.
Until a few minutes later, Bryana returned with a blue suit with a gray tie. She gave the clothes to her husband who was waiting for her.
"Do you have any activities today?" Dean asked as he took off his sweater, then put on a white shirt.
Bryana back sat on the sofa and replied, "I have a dermatologist scheduled today."
"Are you going to take Aidyn with you?" asked Dean again.
"Not. We've taken him for a long journey early in the morning, it's a shame if I take him again," Bryana replied languidly, looking at Dean who was wearing clothes.
Dean focused on changing his jeans with basic pants, fastening his belt then stopping when he was about to put on a tie. He smiled at Bryana who was in a bad mood.
"Honey, please put on a tie," he cried in a spoiled tone.
Bryana smiled crookedly and immediately stood up, then put the tie around Dean's collar neatly. "Looks like you're the only CEO who can't wear a tie."
"Because I never dreamed of becoming a CEO," Dean said with a shy smile.
Bryana looked up focused on fitting the tie properly. She still looks lazy and in a bad mood, until her husband suddenly kisses her lips aggressively, not even giving a chance to dodge.
"Don't be so sluggish," Dean shouted, feeling Bryana's slightly wet lips.
"I can't calm down," Bryana said, lowering her face.
"Why? Is it because of Alex?" asked Dean.
Bryan nodded.
Dean sighed, then invited Bryana to sit on the sofa. "Honey. Don't be too scared. Nothing will happen to Calvin. he will always be with us. If Alex messes up, I'll deal with it. Trust me everything will be fine."
"I'm trying to stay calm," Bryana said then rested her head on Dean's chest.
Dean was silent as he rubbed Briana's shoulder. he felt sorry for his wife who suddenly lost her spirit as if depressed just because of the arrival of people from her past.

"She's so mean," Elsa mumbled, remembering when Bryana wouldn't allow Alex to see Calvin. the woman sat in the seat next to the steering wheel while holding her baby who looked engrossed in the view of the roadside from the car window.
"It's only natural for her to do that because I've been very cruel to her," said Alex as he focused on driving.
"What's wrong with you? since returning always defending her wanting a good relationship with her. Actually what made you like this." Elsa looked annoyed at Alex who had been defending Bryana since yesterday.
"I just feel like I'm being punished by God for what I did to her. I don't want to hurt her anymore, because I've made her suffer enough. I'm sorry, Elsa!" Alex confirmed.
"But that doesn't mean you lower yourself in front of her. She can jump if you keep doing that!" Elsa groaned.
Alex chose to remain silent because responding would only lead to the ongoing debate. He couldn't stop imagining Bryana's beautiful face that now belonged to Dean completely.

After successfully calming Bryana, Dean immediately went to the office while Bryana immediately went to the dermatologist with Dany escorted.
"When you're done, go home and rest," Dean exclaimed then kissed Bryana's forehead.
"If you're late, tell me," Bryana exclaimed with a warm smile.
"Yes. I'm leaving now," said Dean then entered his black sports car while Bryana entered the red sports car where Dany was ready to take her.
While on his way through a less crowded area, Dany suddenly stopped the car he was driving when several thugs on motorbikes stopped him.
"Dany, who are they?" Bryana asked with a frightened look. the reason is that they are not the type of people that Alex or Gustave always sends, because the thugs have a typical Indonesian face with a thin but tall body, with a total of about ten people.
"I don't know, they're like market thugs," Dany replied angrily then immediately opened the car door. "I'll take care of them."
"Careful," said Bryana anxiously. She looked at Dany who was immediately attacked by the thugs but tried to fight until some fell. Hmm, Dany is quite reliable like Dean.
Dany managed to overthrow about seven thugs until one of the thugs unknowingly hit him from behind with a rock. Immediately his head bled until he groaned in pain and was attacked by several thugs who were still strong against him.
"DANY!" Bryana shouted from inside the car. She panicked when she saw Dany who was helpless against the thugs again, even the thugs started banging on her car door very violently.
"WOYYY, OPEN THE DOOR!" One of the thugs shouted while hitting the car door.
Bryana immediately contacted one of the bodyguards at home to come to help, but suddenly a man with a handsome body stopped the thugs who tried to open his car door.
"Who's he?" Bryana was wondering while looking at the man beat some thugs.
"Hello, Franky. Thugs are coming our way. Dany is injured, you have to come here immediately!" Bryana said when he was connected to one of the Bodyguards at home.
"All right. I'll be right there."
Bryana hung up the phone and looked outside the car where the man who helped her was fighting with the unknown thugs. "Oh my God, who are they? Could they be Alex's orders because I forbade him to see Calvin, or... maybe they were Carlos's who started acting up."
Until a few minutes had passed, the man managed to beat the thugs so they ran wildly towards their respective motorbikes and immediately left. The man approached Dany who lay unconscious with a bloody head.
Bryana got out of the car and approached Dany. "Oh my God, he's so badly injured." Bryana looked panicked seeing Dany's bloody head.
"We'd better get him to the hospital," the man shouted.
Bryana nodded and asked the man to help her get Dany into the car and take her to the nearest hospital.
