Chapter 113 - Terror For Kareen
Raymond is with Kareen in the apartment Kareen has rented. He visited to see his girlfriend as a farewell night because tomorrow he will return to London.
Currently, he is sitting on the living room sofa with Kareen while enjoying a cup of coffee latte and chocolate biscuits with a sprinkling of chips on top. they have been talking about each other's experiences and sometimes men talk about the marriage they want with their lover.
"Kareen, do you want lots of kids after we get married?" asked Raymond as he looked at Kareen who was sitting opposite him.
"Kids?" Kareen even smiled. "I haven't thought about kids yet. We haven't even decided when to get married."
"It's easy, I'm even willing to marry you if you're ready. Whenever it is I will be ready," said Raymond seriously.
"Umm, I will think about the exact time. I also need to ask for the blessing of my family. They must understand that you are not Indonesian, and if I marry you, I will come wherever you live. I have to make sure my family let me stay away from them." Kareen spoke at length anxiously as if she didn't want the wedding. "By the way, what time are you leaving tomorrow?" she asked distractedly.
"Maybe around ten in the morning," Raymond replied.
"Oh, maybe I can't take you to the airport. I do a lot of work," Kareen said with a stiff smile.
"What work? Isn't it weekend tomorrow?" asked Raymond with an investigating gaze.
"I have to clean because every day I'm always busy going to the office and come home late. When I'm tired, I rarely clean. My room is messy. I have to mop the entire floor which is almost dusty too. Ah, the point is I will be very busy every weekend," explained Kareen as if to show that she really couldn't take Raymond to the airport.
Raymond sighed and then glanced at his watch which read the ten o'clock in the evening. "Looks like I have to go home now."
"Yes, I'll walk you to the door," Kareen said with a smile.
Raymond returned the smile with a warm smile. He immediately got up from the chair and approached Kareen who was now standing. "I will miss you very much, Kareen."
"Me too, but we can keep in connections via video calls or regular calls," Kareen said while feeling Raymond's jaw-dropping jaw.
"Yes. I hope that when I come back here, you will have the right answer for the future of our relationship, " Raymond said as he touched Kareen's less sexy lips "I'm tired of being alone all the time, I hope you are willing to be my life partner as soon as possible," he continued with an intense gaze.
"Yes, I'll think about it," says Kareen with a stiff smile. She always stiffened whenever Raymond came near her face because she didn't love him.
Raymond kissed Kareen on the cheek for a moment, then led her toward the door. 'I don't want to kiss the lips of a liar like you,' he thought with anger that almost exploded because of Kareen's hypocritical attitude that pretended to love him.
When they just opened the door and were about to step out, Raymond and Kareen were surprised by the presence of a large black cardboard box located in front of the door.
"What is this?" Kareen looked down at the cardboard which looked tightly closed.
"Let me open it," Raymond shouted and then crouched down and picked up the box. Slowly but surely, he opened the box and saw fresh blood soaking a white cloth and a pair of dolls measuring 30 cm. Also in the box were some photos of Kareen and himself who were also given blood.
"Gosh, who did this?" Kareen panicked and shuddered at the contents of the box.
Raymond was silent and still crouched staring at the contents of the box. He found a piece of paper written in red ink that read "Your future is the blood that flows through your entire body".
"Kareen," Raymond called. He gets up and looked at Kareen who looked terrified. "Do you have enemies or anyone who doesn't like you?" he asked seriously.
Kareen shook her head. "No, I have no enemies at all," she replied, then hugged Raymond. "I'm afraid. I'm so afraid someone will kill me."
Raymond silently glanced at the cardboard box which contained an ominous sign of terror. He rubbed Kareen's back and tried to calm her down thinking what would be the best way to take care of Kareen.
"Maybe it is the enemy of my family they will also hurt you because you are my lover," said Raymond while releasing Kareen's hug.
"Oh my God, why is it like this?" Kareen looked nervous and went back in to get her small bag which was in the room, while Raymond was still in front of the door and returned to close the black box.
Kareen returned to see Raymond. "Take me to Monica's apartment. I wouldn't dare sleep in this apartment alone," she exclaimed angrily.
"No, not Monica's apartment. It's just as dangerous because the terror could come there to hurt you and even hurt Monica too," said Raymond with an intense gaze at Kareen, then took his right hand. "You'd better come with me back to Bryana's house."
"No, I can't!" Kareen refused and removed Raymond's hand from hers.
"Why? There you will be safe because there are many bodyguards on guard." Raymond stares in surprise at Kareen.
Kareen sighed and leaned against the jamb. "Raymond, Bryana wouldn't like it if I stayed there. I'm going to Monica's apartment. "
"No!" exclaimed Raymond. "You're just going to put Monica in danger too. You better come with me, and I make sure Bryana won't deny you your presence."

Kareen's smartphone which was in the bag rang. Kareen who was scared took it and saw an incoming call from an unknown number. "New number."
"Let me answer," Raymond cried, reaching for Kareen's smartphone and answering the call.
"The death of you and your lover is getting closer. I've prepared a coffin for both of you hahaha...." exclaimed someone from the phone with a baritone voice that growled to laugh evilly.
"Hey, who are you? Don't just dare to threaten. Show yourself and face me right now!" Raymond looked emotional responding to the call of the person who had spoken on the phone.
"You will find out who I am after I kill your lover ... HHahaha... Being part of the Darlene family will not make your life calm!"
"Damn, don't you dare just threaten, Come here and face me! "exclaimed Raymond furiously.
Tutt ... Tutt ... Tut ...
Suddenly the telephone connection was off.
"Damn!" Raymond was furious and nearly slammed Kareen's smartphone down. He looked at Kareen who was terrified and was in danger of being killed.
"Kareen, this is no little matter. All he wants in your life. I won't be able to sleep well if you're not safe. Come with me," Raymond exclaimed with a pleading look.
"Raymond, I ... I don't want to put Bryana in a bad mood because of my presence. You know, from the beginning she didn't like me to be your lover. Especially if I stay with her, she will dislike me a lot. I don't want you to fight with her because of me."Kareen insisted on refusing and seemed unable to hide her fear either.
