Chapter 780 A normal day for a rare guy

The next day would literally be like a first day for all the students in the Special Program. There was a big ceremony scheduled for nine in the morning to explain what the next and last four months of the program would be like.

Klaus Park woke up early and was the first to get up in the dormitory. The bathroom was empty, and he took advantage of this moment to even hum a little in the shower while letting the hot water run down his complexion. As he stepped out of the shower, his bottom half covered only by a white towel, he heard something vibrating inside his bag. He opened the bag and when he read the first message, he couldn't help but smile.

[Emma <3: Good morniiiing, Darling~ (6:32)

Emma <3: Wait, I think that was a bit much (6:33)

Emma <3: Good morning, dude :| (6:33)]

Although he really wanted to answer right away, his hands were still a bit damp, so he put his cell phone back in his bag and looked at his reflection in the mirror. Miraculously, a few hairs were growing on his chin, which hardly ever happened.

"Do I let it grow?" He asked, imagining himself with a beard.

In that case, there were two scenarios in his mind. In one, Klaus would look like a Hollywood actor, while in the other he would look like a Yakuza gangster whenever he smiled with a beard.

"Erh... I think it's best to avoid trouble."

Klaus used the utensil machine in the changing room to buy a razor. He took one last look in the cloakroom mirror before starting the process, after all it wasn't an everyday thing for him to have facial hair, although his father was always unshaven because he grew hair every day. Anyway, Klaus began to slide the razor along his skin, carefully removing the few hairs that dared to appear on his chin.

"Wise decision," he muttered to himself, feeling lighter as he removed the hair.

Dressing quickly, he chose a casual T-shirt and sweatpants. It was still early and, in order not to become sedentary from just lying around playing for hours, he planned to run for at least an hour.

Klaus adjusted his running shoes, feeling the soft soles against the dormitory floor. The morning sun filtered through the curtains at the entrance. As he left the building, the cool morning breeze caressed his face, and he began to run along the paths that circled the campus, each step synchronized with the soundtrack of his playlist. The smell of freshly cut grass and the sight of the trees in the small woods scattered around the campus enveloped him as he made his way away from the accommodation.

As he ran, he noticed that other people were already awake, some also running, others walking at a leisurely pace to the cafeteria. There were three breakfast times, which were six, seven and eight in the morning respectively.

Friendly greetings came his way sporadically and Klaus waved to some unfamiliar faces and some familiar ones.

As he approached a wooded area, Klaus noticed a group of students doing a stretching session. Among them, a girl with red hair waved at him. Klaus slowed down and approached the group.

"Good morning, Klaus!" said Emily as she stretched her arms as much as she could. "I'd greet you with a hug right now, but as you can see I'm a bit busy right now."

Klaus laughed. Emily was a classmate of his who had helped him a lot in the Special Program challenge in that forest that was cut off by the stream.

Klaus followed her stretching and got to know Emily's friends. The conversation flowed naturally and after a while Klaus decided to continue his solitary run, taking advantage of the morning silence to think. At the end of his daily run, he found himself in the small park with the calisthenics bars he normally used. He took a deep breath and decided it was time for a break. The fresh grass welcomed his footsteps as he approached the bars, feeling the cool texture of the metal under his hands.

Suddenly, an excited voice interrupted his thoughts. "What's up, Klaus! Excited for the first day of the program?"

Klaus turned to see Alex, a fellow student he recognized from the dormitory corridors. Alex was accompanied by a blonde-

haired girl who smiled warmly at Klaus.

"Hi, Alex! And who's that?" Klaus asked, curious.

"Alice, this is Klaus. Klaus, this is Alice." Alex replied, laughing. "That's my girlfriend..." he muttered, which made Klaus laugh.

The three of them chatted animatedly and then Alex and Alice walked away. Naturally, Klaus started doing what he had intended to do before he arrived and hung from the bar. He pushed his muscles to the limit for the next few minutes and when he finally decided to end the calisthenics session, Klaus looked up at the gray sky above and then at the watch on his wrist.

"It's getting a bit late and it's raining. I need to go to the dormitory and change... I wonder if the boys have gone down to breakfast yet."

Then, when Klaus returned to his room and turned on the lights, he was confronted with the scene of all three of his classmates still in bed, sound asleep as if they had nothing better to do, which gave him an idea of a prank.

The room was plunged into a silence that was only interrupted by the soft snoring of his roommates. Amid contained laughter, he took everyone's cell phones and managed to unlock them with his fingerprints, but he didn't touch anything other than the time on them, because that was all it took in this prank. He returned their cell phones to their original places and finally left the room, slamming the door.

The sound of the door slamming was enough to startle them all awake, and Andrew was the first to pick up his cell phone, which he usually left next to his pillow. Still confused and sleepy, he tapped the screen, making it turn on and his face was illuminated by a blinding light. His blurred vision took a few seconds to distinguish the information on the screen, but when it finally did, he saw the time and jumped out of bed.

"Is it eleven o'clock already?!" Andrew exclaimed.

Andrew's shout startled Nathan and David, who were also very slow, and they immediately looked at their cell phones to make sure that Andrew was just going crazy, but then they also saw that it was already eleven in the morning on their cell phones.

For a few seconds, outside, Klaus was amused by the fuss the boys were making inside the room as they tried to get ready in record time, until finally he decided to enter the room and was faced with a sight that was unusual to say the least.

Andrew was putting saliva on his hand to comb his hair, David was on the floor because he tried to put his pants on too quickly and fell, and Nathan was putting his right shoe on his left. It was a general mess and when they saw Klaus with his little smile, they realized right away what had happened, so they looked around, noticed the chaos and started laughing, all together.
