His mind echoed with a multitude of notifications as he stumbled in the Gym's direction. In his state of haze, he hadn't noticed that evolution was an option.
With every step that he took, he wanted to cry out in pain. The sword caused him to lose a lot of blood, and he was probably already past the dangerous level.
Aside from the blood he lost after letting go of the sword, it also opened up wounds he had closed with it. He shouldn't have even been standing.
"That's one..." Xavier murmured. "Now there are only a few left..." He added as he walked to gym.
There was still work to be done.
"There's those two fuckers and the... *Cough* Ghouls..."
Xavier's body was covered in scorching burns, if not for the Rain, he likely would have been roasted alive.

Xavier's body was enveloped by a bright green light, and the burns and injuries on his body began to fade as he began to walk normally again.
Before his eyes, a giant dark wheel appeared in the air. The wheel had highlighted options on it, and the arrow stopped at the option that read [Nothing].
The wheel was centered on a button, and on the button was only one word.

As he walked, the wheel followed him, so he pressed the button without stopping and watched the wheel begin to spin.

Xavier felt a surge of power rush through his veins once more. The Vampire Blade's double stats effect was still active.

By the time the stats were applied Xavier had finally reached it. The hole in the Gym wall.
He peered into and through it without wasting a moment.
Again, he was met with the sight of a bloodbath, along with countless ghouls scuttling around the room, eating the flesh of the students who hadn't yet become ghouls.
In the exit, opposite to him, the girls could be seen being drag along by the two vampires from earlier, along with the ghouls under their command.
"Hey... Where do you think you're going?" Xavier asked with a grin.
"If you leave, I won't be able to kill you... We can't have that... Can we?" Xavier asked with a grin as the mark on his neck began to glow once more.
Vampire's ears twitched as they turned back to him. Their eyes widened in surprise as they stared at his figure.
"huh? Didn't you say he was going to die?"
"You saw his injuries yourself, he was definitely going to die."
"The injuries are all gone... Don't tell me he drank some of that Vampire's blood and became a Vampire Fledgling to heal himself."
A Vampire Fledging is a human who's turned into a vampire after consuming the blood of a Vampire. Xavier's case was slightly different.
"But how does he know about that? And even still... He wouldn't have been able to have healed that fast as a fledgling."
The sword in his hand, Xavier jumped into the gym, ready to fight.
"What's with you Vampires and talking? Stop talking and fight." Xavier grumbled.
In the same instant, he received a notification.

Xavier felt a burst of energy flow into him at that moment. His stats didn't change, but something in him did.
Following Xavier's resolute stand against the Vampires, the girls felt hope.
"If he's here, then that means... The Vampire outside... He beat it?"
"Who the hell is he...? How is he able to fight against these monsters?"
In the midst of their confusion, a beautiful blonde student with light blue eyes stepped forward.
"W-What are you doing!!? You don't have to save us! Run away and save yourself!!" She cried out.
When she did so, three nearby ghouls lunged at Xavier, their mouths wide open. They bore their fangs ready to bite into him.
They were his fellow students who had turned into ghouls recently. The Vampires had purposefully used them to see how Xavier would react.

In one single motion as he swung his hand however, he cut through all three of their heads.
'Sorry...' Xavier apologised inwardly.

The girl felt chills rush down her spine as she heard this.

The emergency alarm suddenly erupted out of nowhere, interrupting everyone's focus and attention.
The alarm echoed throughout the cities of England, Scotland and Ireland and as an announcement played.

The Vampire's seemed clearly troubled by the loud alarms as they dropped to their knees and placed their hands over their ears.

An attractive young woman sat alone inside an underground lair, drinking bright red blood from a wine glass.
While lightly moving her hands, she watched as the liquid spun inside the glass.
Short snow white hair with piercing, slit crimson eyes. Her 182-centimetre height was nothing short of impressive, and her plump, curvy figures definitely had a mother-like air about them.
While listening to the emergency sirens overhead, she hummed quietly.
"So the humans have finally begun making their moves..."
Suddenly, the screen on the table lit up with the dark silhouettes of a few other vampires.

Six silhouettes were present, the others were probably busy with their own affairs.
"How are things on your side? Vampire Queen Of England?" Asked one of the sillhoutes with a powerful, deep recognisable voice.
"Everything is going according to plan... Vampire King Of Australia." She replied with a cheerful smile.
After getting up and stretching, she placed her finger underneath her chin. "It should be about time I make a move... Should I gather the council?"
