"It's beautiful..."

Hiding my excited smile, I stared at the soft smile of the man beside me.
It was really all worth it, if only to see that smile.
This diamond cost me 157 million dollars, being a unique type, I obviously had many opponents in the bidding, but I just couldn't let it go and spent quite a lot of money.
"I really appreciate the gift, it's a nice gesture" Turning to me with a smile, Christian brought his face close to me and kissed my cheek, causing my brain to collapse for a moment.
Not bearing any more, I smiled dumbly as I nodded, still feeling his soft lips on my cheek, even though he is already a few feet away from me.
Looking at the man curiously touching the earrings, I couldn't help but think about what might come to pass.
