Chapter 475 Change
With a single step, Arthur reappeared Brussels, the European capital from which he had left.
The change in the city was quite a shock to him because for him it was not the same anymore.
Many cars were flying where and he saw magus in various locations. Some jumped from building to building and some flew directly in the air, indicating that they were Official Magus.
What was most surprising to Arthur was that the spiritual energy here could now be said to be quite dense.
Arthur guessed that it was all because of his breakthrough.
With such dense spiritual energy, even without anyone share spells, some people would still have magic due to the uniqueness of their bodies which then evolved.

She was wearing a pair of long jeans and a rather tight black T-shirt layered over a long coat.
With a diamond necklace around her neck, one can instantly tell that she is a super-rich woman.
Arthur didn't need to think that she was Audrey, the young girl he felt he had chatted with yesterday.
Today, she was already a mature woman with a daughter.
Arthur guessed that the girl's father was Raymond as there was a slight resemblance on closer inspection.
"Long time no see," Arthur said with a faint smile.
He didn't show her a playful expression because she wasn't a little girl anymore.
"Are you really Arthur?" The woman answered with a question.
"I believe I am Arthur."
"Where have you been? I thought you were dead, but your aunt often claims that you are still alive, just practicing magic in a hidden place."
"Ohh..." Arthur was a little surprised when he heard Audrey's words.
He couldn't help but check his cell phone again, writing her name.
And as it turned out, his name was really on the internet.
He was considered the ruler of magic, the one who taught Isabel and the others magic.
The reason they are as strong as they are now is because of him.
