"Your aunt, who's your aunt?" the security asked in surprise.

However, right after that, when he began to observe Arthur's face, he suddenly remembered the young man who followed Isabel to the Presidential Palace.

"Are you the Minister's nephew?" he said when he finally realized.

The other security quickly approached after hearing that.

They looked at Arthur's face carefully and finally realized.

Immediately afterward, their faces showed a friendliness that should not appear on the face of a security guard.

"So that's it, please come in," said the first security who approached Arthur.

Since Arthur's identity was clear now, there was no problem letting him in.

Arthur nodded and took a step, entering the building.

"Wait, do you need a guide? You might not be able to find your aunt's office," said the security again as he remembered that this was Arthur's first time here.

"No, no need, my aunt's assistant is waiting for me inside," Arthur replied, making an excuse to refuse.

Since his excuse made sense, the security couldn't insist even though he really wanted to be Arthur's guide so that he could meet Isabel.

He thought that it would probably earn him good judgment from Isabel directly if he escorted her nephew to her place.

Of course, no one was waiting for Arthur inside the building, Jade was still upstairs, but Arthur naturally knew the way to Isabel's place well. He only needed to go to the top floor before going in the direction where he felt Isabel's aura.

In no time, he heard Isabel's voice as she suddenly shouted.

"What nonsense are you saying, old bastard?"

That's what Isabel said in a loud voice, surprising Arthur because there would be trouble if people heard her words.

A Minister wasn't supposed to speak harshly, but she called someone an asshole.

Worried, Arthur quickened his pace until he finally saw Isabel standing in front of her office door with Jade.

In front of her, there was an old man wearing a black suit.

He had white hair, a tall body, and still looked very dashing as a man.

Overall, he gave off a good impression. Perhaps he can still attract young girls with his appearance.

The only problem was his rather sly smile when he smiled at Isabel.

"I know you'll be surprised by this fact, but it's the truth," he said, seemingly answering Isabel's earlier shout.

The newly arrived Arthur received a look from Isabel, which Arthur thought was a look that seemed to hide something.

When the old man looked at him, he showed a surprised expression.

"Ahhh, you must be Arthur, my grandson, you've grown up, really look like me when I was young, you're the most similar," he said in a tone that sounded very excited.

He walked over to Arthur, looking him up and down before patting his shoulder.

He continued, "Son, I'm very confident about your future, how about coming with me to Monaco. You'll earn the title of Prince, I'll even make you the crown prince. It hasn't been given to anyone yet, but did you know, the King of Spain and I have promised that the heir to my kingdom will marry his daughter who will be the Queen in the future."

Arthur, "..."

What happened here was a little beyond Arthur's expectations. Suddenly he was offered to be the crown prince of a kingdom, even getting a marriage agreement with the most popular princess in Europe today.

He couldn't help but stare at Isabel in confusion.

Surprisingly at this time Isabel seemed to be pondering so she didn't seem to pay much attention to what the old man was saying.

"So what do you think, son?" asked the old man as Arthur remained silent.

"Can you tell me what you were talking about here with my aunt?" Arthur responded with a question.

"Just talking family matters, yeah, you can ask her," the old man replied.

His name was actually Hugo, the number one man in Monaco.

Right after he said that, Isabel raised her eyebrows and glanced at him.

"You'd better leave now," she said coldly.

"I know you find it hard to believe, yeah, no problem, you'll accept it sooner or later. And what's so hard about investigating this now? After all, you are a woman of power. Your power encompasses a Ministry and something unknown to ordinary people like us, even the Armstrong Family was simply destroyed," Hugo replied with a quiet laugh.

He looked like he really wanted to leave when he said that because he didn't seem to want to make Isabel go berserk.

However, before leaving, he took out something, a silver crest with two men standing on each side and a crown stuck between them.

He handed the crest to Arthur.

"Don't forget, come to your kingdom. If we talk about the Chinese proverb, then it is your roots. No matter where you grow up and how big you are now, the place where you came from is still unchanged," he said before taking a step, completely leaving there.

Arthur frowned as he stared at the crest, not sure if he needed to keep it.

"Aunt!" In the end, he looked at Isabel again.

"I'm sure that old bastard confused me on purpose so that I wouldn't bother him," Isabel said while staring at the floor so that it looked like she was talking to herself.

Or she was indeed talking to herself, not to Arthur.

"What exactly did he say?" Arthur became even more curious because it shouldn't be easy to mess with Isabel's mind.

When asking that, he glanced at Jade who must have known what Hugo said to Isabel since she was here from the beginning.

"He said I'm not his daughter, only your father is his son, I'm just his niece from his long lost brother." Isabel did answer, surprisingly enough, and her answer made Arthur's face freeze to the point his mouth opened.

ραΠdαsΝοvel.cοm "What did you just say, aunt?" asked Arthur as he touched her ear.

Even an Official Magus like him who practiced magic with an Divine Spell felt something was wrong with his hearing. Isabel's words were shocking beyond all imagination.

She was not Hugo's daughter, so she was not her father's sister.

That meant she was not his aunt.

No, no, she's still his aunt because she's Hugo's niece even though she's not his daughter, she's his father's cousin.

It's still the same status between her and him, aunt and nephew, but there is indeed a slight difference in path.

Of course, it was hard to believe so Arthur thought that Hugo was just cheating to mess with Isabel's mind so he focused on that.

If that was the plan, it did work because Isabel seemed to be in a state of mind.

However, there was also the possibility that what he said was true even if his intention was to mess with Isabel's mind.

"Aunt, did that man have a sibling who disappeared like he said?" asked Arthur again, focusing on the details of the matter.

"It seems like it, there is a record of it. He said it was because he didn't want any unnecessary trouble, so he announced me as his daughter," Isabel replied.

After saying that, Isabel suddenly shook her head with a sigh. "Alright, stop thinking about this stupid thing. He thinks he can mess with my mind, but he can't think I'll stop pursuing his current wife. That woman and her family will have to pay the price for their actions."

Isabel's eyes became cold, radiating a killing desire that only appeared when she wanted to kill Grayson.

"Come on in," she said again before entering her office without closing the door.

Arthur was a little hesitant to follow her, but there was no way he was going to stand with Jade there, he finally followed her inside, and closed the door.

Apparently Isabel walked straight to the window, standing in front of it to observe the street.

When he saw her back, Arthur suddenly wanted to hug her.

The problem was that there seemed to be a signal from her to do so.

Surprisingly he suddenly had no burden if there was something strange on his mind.

It was even as if he felt that there was an excitement that came out of nowhere.

Of course, there was no significant change between his relationship with Isabel, but in most cultures in this world, a father's female cousin, while still referred to as an aunt, did not have an absolute bond.

There are no specific rules against certain things, not even marriage.

In fact, there is no shortage of marriages with such a relationship.

His attraction to Isabel is not something that needs to be denied.

He was just worried about the ban, but what if the ban went away.

He even suddenly felt that he would soon become one of those men pursuing Isabel.

Or it might not be necessary since Isabel was already showing an open attitude towards him.

She shared the same attraction with him.

Is this a twist? A twist that comes about because of Isabel's success in politics that the hidden things in her life start to come to light.

However, not wanting to continue to be considered a coward by Isabel, Arthur finally moved until he reached behind her back and hugged her slender waist.

It's a hug from behind, so no matter how she explains, it can't be considered a family hug, it's a special hug.

Isabel stared back as she felt his body, exhaling her fragrant breath gently.

"Now you're finally showing your hidden desires," she said with a calm expression.

"I just wanted to make you comfortable," Arthur replied, contradicting her words.

He also didn't completely lie because that's what he wanted.
