After talking to Isabel, Arthur went to the kitchen, making potions there.

It wasn't a complicated process, but there were indeed too many, which made it take him a lot of time.

The process also didn't make much noise, almost nothing was heard from the kitchen.

Isabel, who was reading the documents, had probably forgotten that Arthur had gone to the kitchen.

Around 1 AM, it was only then that Arthur finished, coming out with a slightly sweaty body.

He didn't bring anything with him as he had already put all the potions into the Space Artifact.

Much to his surprise, Isabel was still sitting on her couch.

She seemed to be getting tired, but still continued to read her documents.

"Aunt, is it finished yet?" asked Arthur as Isabel looked at him.

"It's finished now," Isabel replied, taking a tissue and wiping her body.

"Right, is there any potion for me?" she asked curiously.

"Nothing that can increase your magic power, but this might relax you..." Arthur took out a water bottle filled with an orange-colored liquid, similar to orange juice.

Isabel stared at the bottle curiously, looking unsure.

Even so, she still took it and opened the lid.

Only when the lid was open was the uniqueness of the liquid inside the bottle revealed. The aroma was sweet and fragrant, so strong that it made the head light.

"Does this contain alcohol?" asked Isabel.

"Maybe something like that, but not alcohol, the effect is similar but more comfortable," Arthur replied.

Basically, it was more of an herbal drink, perfect for people who were overworked.

Of course, it's much better than drinks with alcohol as alcohol has bad side effects in addition to raising blood sugar.

Isabel unhesitatingly drank it and immediately showed a look of amazement as her tongue tasted the flavor of the drink.

It made her drink very quickly, as if she was extremely thirsty.

In no time, the bottle became empty.

"This is much better than your company's coffee," she said as she put the bottle down.

Arthur smiled and replied, "but it's not easy to find the ingredients to make it. How do you feel now, aunt?"

"I've never felt better, I think I'll sleep well tonight," Isabel replied.

"Then you should go to bed, aunt," Arthur said.

Isabel nodded, then walked to the stairs without tidying up the documents on the table. It seemed that she was so exhausted that she chose to leave straight away.

Arthur also wanted to go to his room, so he followed behind Isabel.

At the stairs, Isabel looked back.

"Are you sure you're going to sleep with Carla?" she asked suddenly.

Perhaps from Isabel's point of view, it could be uncomfortable for Arthur.

Even if they had done that, sleeping together might still be quite difficult, especially when they changed their point of view to that of cousins.

It would make them feel like they lacked room.

Excessive romance between cousins might not look good either.

"Mm, yeahh, I'll try to adapt," Arthur replied.

He was a bit uncomfortable talking about this with Isabel since she was his aunt and Carla's mother.

"I see!" said Isabel after hearing Arthur's answer. However, she added, "My room is more spacious, if you're not comfortable in your room, you can come to my room, there's a sofa you can sleep on."

Arthur, "..."

"Aunt, why did you say that strange thing?" asked Arthur with an expression like he didn't know whether to laugh or cry.

"Strange?" Isabel responded by turning back.

"Too many strange things have happened between us, why do you still call it strange?" she said.

"Uhmmm..." Arthur cleared his throat, suddenly regretting giving his aunt the drink earlier.

Her overly relaxed mind now seemed to make her start saying strange things.

"Aunt, you should go to your room now, and go to sleep," he said.

"Why are you so panicked? Don't assume there's something wrong with my mind, I'm still very much awake right now," Isabel said with a quiet laugh.

After saying that, she shook her hair before continuing on her way, not trying to say anything strange again.

Arthur suddenly felt like she was just joking.

He shook his head and took another step, still following Isabel behind as the woman's pace was not so fast.

When they reached the second floor, she looked at him again, but without stopping her steps.

The door to her room was closer, so she arrived first.

Casually, she pushed it open, revealing a spacious and clean room

In this house, it was the best room even though it was far away when compared to Amanda's room.

However, although it was not as good as Amanda's room, it had an aura that seemed to be stronger so a man's curiosity was higher. Or if the men saw the two rooms together, they would be more interested in Isabel's room.

In their minds, they would probably think that it was the room of a queen.

Entering it and sleeping in it would mean sleeping with a queen.

Arthur discarded the strange thoughts and he did not stop his steps at all even though Isabel stopped.

Seeing him pass by, Isabel laughed softly then stepped into her room and closed the door softly.

And after the door closed, she patted her forehead.

"I must be going crazy," she said in a low voice.

Meanwhile, upon entering his room, Arthur saw that Carla was already fast asleep.

She was sleeping facing sideways, looking very calm and she wasn't moving at all.

Even her breathing was barely audible.

Arthur approached her quietly, but it seemed that she was really waiting for him.

As he got closer, she actually opened her eyes, even her thoughts seemed to be immediately clear.

"Is it done yet?" she asked as she glanced at the clock on the wall.

Arthur nodded in response and finally quickened his pace, going to the other side of the mattress.

He turned off the lights until the room was completely dark before sitting down and lying down.

By this time, Carla had already moved towards him, hugging him directly.

It's a bit awkward, but if you enjoy it, everything else will feel good too.

Arthur chose to return Carla's hug before closing his eyes. He wanted to sleep right away.

***

06:30 AM!

Arthur and Carla came out of the room in new clothes, which were still casual clothes because today they only went to Brussels.

Isabel was already waiting downstairs.

However, unlike them, she was wearing work clothes, long pants, and a white shirt layered with a black suit.

She was also carrying a fancy-looking brown bag, probably her best bag.

She was not alone, there was Jade beside her, carrying a black suitcase.

When Arthur and Carla went downstairs and arrived in front of her, she said, "you two are really slow!"

She looked at the watch on her left hand, showing a clear sarcastic expression.

Arthur was silent while Carla glanced to the side, pretending not to hear.

Although they woke up early, unfortunately their time was spent doing something fun.

Because it was fun, it became long beyond their control.

Seeing no answer, Isabel stood up while waving her hand.

"Let's go, people are waiting," she said.

The people she was referring to were the policemen who would escort them to the airport, her assistants, and the employees of the secretary of state.

There were more than 40 of them, waiting outside.

In the end, Isabel would become a minister in the largest and most advanced civilization on earth, 40 people waiting for her could not be said to be many.

Of course, besides those people, Arthur also saw the reporters, which added to the crowd.

That's not counting the neighbors who came to watch.

Cars were lined up neatly on the street, and there was one luxury van right in front of the gate.

Arthur was a little uncomfortable with this welcome, especially when he saw the many cameras pointed at them.

Even Carla seemed unsettled.

Isabel, on the other hand, seemed very relaxed. She smiled at everyone, and nodded to a few people.

As a woman who is active in organizations, this was normal for her.

When she arrived in front of the reporters, she calmly said before they could speak. "Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, but I'm sorry, we have to leave right now, so let's hold off on the conversation."

She signaled to the escorting policemen to help clear the way.

Her gesture was enough to soften the reporters, but of course they still had questions.

"Mrs. Isabel, you will be sworn in tomorrow, are you ready for the job?"

"I heard that some groups disagree with you, what do you think?"

"What are your plans for the next election now that you're a minister? Will you still be a member of Congress or try to become governor or even President?"

"..."

Their questions are probably at the behest of some people.

Isabel who was used to this smiled and casually replied, "only time will tell!"
