"How much is it?" asked Arthur. He was immediately attracted to the building because of its excellent view.
"Yeah, this one is around 300 Million Euros because the land is so large," Garnet replied, looking like he was having trouble saying it because it was indeed a very high number.
It wasn't that he doubted Arthur's finances.
After that, he continued, "we can negotiate first. It may take some time, but I'm sure the price can drop even further than that."
"No need, I want that one, contact the owner and say that someone wants to buy it." Arthur didn't want to beat around the bush, he wanted things done in no time, the price didn't matter for the sake of speed.

"No need, I want this purchase to have nothing to do with me," Arthur replied, once again surprising Garnet.
Right after that, Arthur placed a piece of paper on the table. It contained a phone number.
"Call this number, later the owner will send the funds, you can ask a lawyer for help with this," Arthur continued.
After saying that, he stood up immediately.
"Arthur, are you leaving now? How about a drink first?" Bastian said when he saw Arthur's movement.
"That's not necessary, there are still many things I need to do. Don't worry, everything will be sorted out after you call the number." Arthur replied.
Jenny chuckled at that, she hastily stood up. "I'm actually bored here, baby, let's go," she said.
Arthur nodded and immediately took a step with her, followed by Yukiko.

For a moment, Arthur's expression changed as Nicolas' words were surprising even to him.

However, her friends from elementary school were obviously very different.
"It looks like you're getting interested now," Nicolas said with a quiet laugh.
Unfortunately, right after he said that, Arthur suddenly shook his head.
"Don't get me wrong, I was just surprised that an acquaintance of theirs was here, nothing more," he said.
If he had talked to Nicolas, he would have been able to find out Isabel's past, but it was that important, and he also already had his own guess.

After patting the Rolls-Royce behind him, he stepped away.
Until now, he was unaware of Yukiko's whereabouts.
Then, Jenny said to the princess. "Kiko, can you drive again?"
"Who do you call Kiko?" Suddenly the princess seemed angry because of the address Jenny used to call her.
"Come on!" Jenny wasn't scared, she replied, "it's the most comfortable way to say your name."
Just as Yukiko wanted to scold her again, Arthur looked at her, signaling her not to continue arguing.
Finally Yukiko relented, looking unhappy.
She then walked to the driver's door which was on the other side of the car.
"Hehehehe..." Jenny laughed, as if she won something.
"Come on baby," she said to Arthur, opening the back door of the car.
She invited Arthur to get into the car first before climbing in after her.
Afterwards, they went to where the Lamborghini was parked, and transferred Owen to the trunk of the Rolls-Royce before going on another trip.
"My sister will arrive this afternoon," Yukiko suddenly said as she drove. She checked her cell phone beforehand.
"Your sister, you mean the First Princess?" Jenny couldn't help but be surprised to hear that.
Yukiko didn't answer, she continued, "she said you can meet her tomorrow morning."
