Chapter 85: Chapter 85 – Taking Them Down
Ethan woke up with a gasp. One moment he was playing around chasing Elle, the next moment he was stuck in a dark closet.. he glanced around searching for his brother.
They both seem stunned as well.
“Aiden... Elle,” he shook them a bit, bringing them out of their dazed state.
Aiden and Elle blinked with their eyes wide open.
“What is this? Where are we?” Elle glanced around in shock. She rushed to the door, but Ethan suddenly gripped her hand and tightly cupped her mouth. “Hmmm..” she whined.
“Shh, there is someone out there..” he whispered softly.
Elle calmed down.

Aiden glanced at him. {‘What’s going on?’}
{‘Don’t know. But these footsteps do not seem like our normal passengers.’} The footstep outside sounded too heavy and very uneven, unlike any gentleman’s steps. In the gap of the door, he saw dirty shoes. {‘I think we are under attack.’}
{‘do you think they captured us here..’} Aiden moved close to the door and placed his head on it.
“Find that runt and kill her.”
“Right... they ran this way.” Another voice shouted, followed by loud footsteps.
“Follow them and kill that girl.” This person walked close to the door and leaned on it. The door shook along with the sound of small clank.
Soon, the smell of tobacco filled the small room. “How can a little girl kill cap’n. That’s not possible at all...” he mumbled to himself.
{‘Ethan we are under attack and I don’t think they know we are here. Feng must have used her powers.’} Aiden swiftly sent his thoughts.
{‘Yes last time too..... but where is she..’}
{‘The door is probably locked from the outside.’} Aiden silently crawled closer.
Elle had a weird look on her face. Her third eye was active and was glistening slightly. Aiden swiftly threw a dirty towel over it hiding his shimmer.
“What do you see?” Ethan whispered close to her ear.
“Twenty five pirates. Some of our people look like they are frozen while a selected few are moving around..... Wait, they.... they are searching for someone.” Elle whispered back.
“Can you locate where the pirates are?”
“Hmm, I can,” Elle nodded confidently.
“Good.” Ethan moved away from her. “Aiden come here.” He whispered to him about his plan.
Aiden watched him, eyes wide. “We will only have a few minutes’ interval. Or else...”
“We can risk it.” Ethan nodded to him. “Elle, I need you to show the location of these people to Aiden,”
“Why? Tell me your plan too?” she expectantly glanced at him.
“We are going to freeze all of our people...”
She paused for a second. “Why can’t we freeze the pirates?”
“They have weapons they can carve out from inside. Instead, we have to decapitate them all at one shot,” Aiden answered her.
“How?” she glanced at the brothers.
“We are going to electrocute them,” Ethan said with a small smile.
His green eyes turned bright green, glistening like a gem. He glanced up at the sky... a huge thunder roared outside.
“Is he doing that?” Elle whispered to Aiden.
“shhh...”
She pinched her lips together..
Soon the whole room was filled with a fresh scent of rain.
“I get it now...” Elle cheerfully glanced t him.
“Silence, let him concentrate...” Aiden shushed her again.
Her third eye worked even stronger, predicting the future actions. “I see a drain in each of the decks. If you don’t block them, the water will drain.” She whispered to him.
Aiden touched her hand and saw those locations. “I’ll ice them....”
Elle nodded. “Now your plan will work splendidly. But..... What about our people? Some of them are awake and moving.”
“I said right, I am going to freeze them.” Ethan mumbled with a small frown.
“No, won’t they be electrocuted.” Elle glanced at him with her brows raised.
Aiden sighed loudly. “Ice does not conduct electricity.”
“Ohhhhh how...” she still looked deeply confused.
Aiden sighed. “You will see alter. Now show me the location of our people.” He held her hand again.
Her third eye glowed brightly, showing her images of those people.
Aiden used the water that was starting to stagnate on the deck to freeze them. “Ethan, it’s done. We only have five minutes!!!”
“Got it!!”‘ Ethan opened his eyes. This time it glowed a deep purple with electricity flowing through them.
A huge lightening struck the deck, shaking the whole ship.
“Did it work?” both twins glanced at Elle for conformation.
She nodded with a bright smile on her face. “They all are down. Wow, that was awesome!!!”
“Let’s get out of here.” Aiden froze the doors and kicked it. It shattered into ice shards. He waved his hands around and all the ice around the people started to melt...
Some were still frozen in time will some were looking around with a shaken look.
“I think we did it!” Ethan smirked.
“Yes we did. Come, let’s find Feng,” the twin ran around the deck.
Elle, on the other hand, rushed to her grandma’s room. They were missing, but there was a weird lock on the utilities closet.
“Grandma! Brother!!” there was no answer. But she saw a small bit of her grandma’s clothes that were caught in the door edge. She used her third eye here and saw her grandma and her brother inside. “They are safe...”
Next, she walked to Yubiri’s room. It was still locked. She looked inside with her powers. ‘He is still sleeping. Good.’
