The moment the Silent Killer was forged successfully, Master Blue’s status had elevated to become a Sub-Legendary Blacksmith! The rules of an NPC and player were different—players would need to accumulate EXP arduously through gaming, and earn large amounts of EXP when they faced a bottleneck so that they could make their breakthrough successfully. However, NPCs would just need to forge a single Over-Level equipment to elevate their levels!
Similar to how anyone who managed to open up their governor and conception vessels 1 in a martial arts novel would become an expert, the same applied for NPCs in the game once they successfully forged Over-Level equipment! However, their leveling process was way more difficult and opportune than normal players.
