Chapter 1843: Problem At Company
In the middle of the night, Bai Xia Fang received a call from his employees. At first, he did not want to pick it up. However, the phone was still ringing after a long time. He could not help but pick up the call.
"President Bai, we have a big problem here." The person said.
"What is the problem?" Bai Xia Fang was in a bad mood.
"President Bai, the proposal for the International Conference had been missing from our server." The person on the call informed Bai Xia Fang.
"What?" Bai Xia Fang stood up getting out of bed. "What is this happen?" "We are working on the proposal and suddenly the server stated the file is not found. We called the technician to take a look. However, the technician told us that the file had been deleted. And the deleted file could not be recovered anymore." The person explained.
"Then, find the one who deleted the file immediately. There is no way that the file could have disappeared just like that." Bai Xia Fang ordered.
"President Bai, the technician guesses a hacker hacked into our server and deleted the file." The person said. "Then, what is the IT department doing?" Bai Xia Fang shouted in anger. "I am going to the office now."
Bai Xia Fang put on the clothes and went downstairs. He saw Bai Shu Jin who also wanted to go out.
"Father, are you going to the office too?" Bai Shu Jin asked.
"Hmm... Do you hear the news?" Bai Xia Fang asked.
"Yes, one of my subordinates called me about that. I am going to take a look." Bai Shu Jin said.
"Hmm... Let's go together." Bai Xia Fang said.
While they were about to go out, they noticed that Bai Yu also wanted to go out. Bai Xia Fang stopped his second son.
"What are you going?" Bai Xia Fang asked.
"Erk! Father, why are you out here?" Bai Yu asked back.
Bai Yu had a plan to go out to the nightclub tonight. He had already called several of his friends and his friends also booked female companions for tonight. His friends told him that tonight's females were so beautiful. "I am asking you. Where are you going out now?" Bai Xia Fang glared at his second son.
"I am going out to meet with my friends." Bai Yu said in a lower voice. "You are always thinking of having fun. How long are you going to act like that?" Bai Xia Fang was angry. Well, it was because of the matter in the office. Bai Yu's matter was added to the mess. So, it was double anger. Bai Jian seemed to hear the commotion. She rushed out and saw that her son had been scolded by Bai Xia Fang. Bai Shu Jin was behind Bai Xia Fang. Bai Jian felt that Bai Shu Jin told Bai Xia Fang to scold her son.
She rushed to her son's side. "Husband, please stop scolding your son. I think he understands what you trying to say now."
Bai Xia Fang looked at his wife. His anger rose again.
"You indulged him too much. That is why he became like this." Bai Xia Fang scolded Bai Jian too.
Bai Jian was taken aback. She did not expect that Bai Xia Fang could scold her too. Bai Shu Jin looked at the mother and son. He sighed. He needed to help them.
"Father, we should go now. They are waiting for us." Bai Shu Jin reminded Bai Xia Fang about that. Bai Yu looked at his brother gratefully. However, it was not the same for Bai Jian. She felt that Bai Shu Jin wanted to show off his power to them. Bai Xia Fang remembered that they had another important matter at the company that needed their attention. "You better stay home tonight. Otherwise, I will cancel your credit card. Don't think I will not do it this time." Bai Xia Fang warned Bai Yu.
Hearing that his credit card would be canceled, Bai Yu nodded. "I will stay at home tonight, Father." He did not want his credit card to be canceled. If that happen, how could he treat women in the future? Bai Xia Fang and Bai Shu Jin went to the office. The team that handled the proposal was in a great panic right now. The proposal which was almost 70% completed disappeared like that. Well, it was not like they did not back up the proposal but all of the computers, laptops, and even the hard disk that contained the information about the proposal disappeared. So, if they wanted to make the proposal again, they needed to make the whole proposal from scratch. They needed to do the research again.
Bai Xia Fang and Bai Shu Jin arrived and everyone greeted the father and son. "What is our current situation?" Bai Shu Jin said.
The manager of the project came over and explained everything to Bai Xia Fang and Bai Shu Jin. "Where is the IT department's head?" Bai Xia Fang said.
The IT Department Head just arrived there. When he heard Bai Xia Fang shouting calling for his name, he immediately rushed in front of Bai Xia Fang.
"President Bai... I am the IT Department Head, Dong Lung Can." Dong Lung Can said.
"What are you doing? Why are you not noticing that our server is being attacked?" Bai Xia Fang shouted again.
