She remembered that Long Hui would be on the mission tomorrow. She would make Shino go with Long Hui. She had a night shift today. So, she got ready to go to the hospital for her work. Once she clocked into her work, the nurse notified her that there was a accident car. The victim needed immediate surgery. Yu Qi nodded and rushed to the patient as she heard the nurse's explanation. "What is his blood type?" Yu Qi asked.
"A+." The nurse said.
"Go and check the bank whether we still have enough supply." Yu Qi ordered the nurse.
Today, there was a major surgery where the patient also happened to be A+ type. So, it would be dangerous if the patient would not get enough blood during the operation. It would be better to go and check the blood supply first. If it was not enough, they would have more time to go and get them from another hospital
Yu Qi got ready to enter the surgery theatre with the help of another nurse. When she was done, she rushed to the operating table. The patient was already inside there. "Pulse and B.P.?" Yu Qi asked.
Pulse of 120, B.P. 180 over 120." "It is too high. Give him a beta blocker. Keep his pulse to 50 to 70 BPM." Yu Qi ordered.
Everyone got the job done. Yu Qi started working as well. Three hours later, the surgery ended. The patient was stable. There was a complication during the surgery when the patient was dying. Yu Qi worked so much to make him alive again and continued the surgery. Yu Qi got out of the surgery. Some people had been waiting outside the operation room. It must be the patient family member that she had been operated on earlier.
The middle-aged woman rushed over to Yu Qi.
"Doctor, how is my husband?" The middle-aged woman grabbed Yu Qi's clothes.
A man, probably the son of the middle-aged woman startled and rushed over to the middle-aged woman. "Mom, let the doctor go." The man said. He pulled his mother's hands.
The middle-aged woman cried. "Doctor, I am sorry for my mother. She just worried for my father." The man apologized.
"It is okay. By the way, your father is going to be fine. He survives." Yu Qi said.
The middle-aged woman was relieved to hear that. "Thank you, Doctor. Thank you so much." The man also thanked Yu Qi for saving his father. "Sister-in-law, how is brother-in-law?" Another middle-aged woman appeared.
"He is fine." The man said.
"Thank goodness." The other middle-aged woman said.
"Eh, you are my saviour." A girl rushed over to Yu Qi's side.
"Zhenzhen, what happened?" The other middle-aged woman asked the girl.
"Mom, this is the person who saved me from being kidnapped." The girl, Xiang Zhenzhen said. "What?" Everyone looked at Yu Qi.
Yu Qi thought for a moment. Then she remembered the girl who almost had been kidnapped by the evil cultivator. "Oh, it is you." Xiang Zhenzhen was unconscious throughout time. She woke up after being awakened by the police. The police told her that she had been saved. The police showed her to the people who saved her. She could not go and tell the people thank you since the people left after that. She went to ask the police about the people. The police told her the identity of the people. She did not expect that her saviour was working as a doctor here and saving her uncle. "Mom, she is one of the people who saved me from being kidnapped another day." Xiang Zhenzhen explained.
"You are indeed our family's saviour. Thank you so much, doctor." Both middle-aged women thanked Yu Qi. The patient had been pushed out of the operating room. He would be going to the ICU for a night. If nothing happened until the next day, he would be transferred to the normal ward. 10:30
Yu Qi returned to her room. She decided to go for a quick shower. After that, she went to get something to eat. After getting the food, she saw her brother, Tang Qin Hao. It seemed he also came over to get something to eat
"Brother Qin Hao." Yu Qi greeted Tang Qin Hao.
Tang Qin Hao looked at her and went in her direction. He sat in front of her.
"Night shift?" Tang Qin Hao asked.
"Hmm... I just settled down. Earlier, there was a car accident. A patient needed immediate surgery. So, I had been called." Yu Qi explained.
"How is the patient?" Tang Qin Hao asked.
"The patient is stable after coming out of the surgery. Well, I put him into the ICU ward for tonight. If nothing happened, he would be transferred to a normal ward." Yu Qi stated.
"Hmmm... Good job." Tang Qin Hao said that with a serious face.
Yu Qi laughed. "Thank you, Brother Qin Hao." "Doctor Tang, there you are." A female voice said.
Both Tang Yu Qi and Tang Qin Hao turned over. Well, they had the same surname.
It was Xiang Zhenzhen. She smiled at Yu Qi. "You know her?" Tang Qin Hao asked.
"Yes." Yu Qi nodded.
"Doctor Tang, is this your boyfriend? But I heard his look is different." Xiang Zhenzhen looked at Tang Qin Hao.
"No... he is my brother. We are family." Yu Qi shook her head.
