For the identity of Shisui, Danzō had already recognized that the moment he laid his eyes upon Shisui’s Susano’o, as for Itachi… because of all the fighting and destruction of countless tree vines, at some point Itachi’s mask broke, revealing his face.
Of course, Itachi did have the option of covering his face with another temporary mask, however, seeing that even Kuroto was present in person while not wearing the mask, Itachi didn’t bother allowing Danzō to recognize him.
And as Danzō realized that both Yama and male Homusubi were lurking right under his nose strutting freely back and forth in the village, Danzō became more and more enraged.
Shisui and Itachi ignored Danzō’s words and worriedly looked at the unconscious Tsukihi who was still held by Danzō.
Worried, Itachi called out to Tsukihi, “Tsukihi-san… are you… are you all right?!”
Seeing Itachi’s worried expression, Danzō smirked coldly and lifted Tsukihi higher into the sky, as he said menacingly while tightening his grip, “What do you think?”
Because there is no soul present inside Tsukihi’s body it very much looks close to death.
Danzō’s action angered Itachi, his face became gloomy and he looked at Danzō murderously as if he would kill him instantly if something happened to Tsukihi.
Although not as much as Itachi, Shisui was also very angry, at the same time, he also felt extremely guilty for such a state of Tsukihi and apologized to Kuroto, “Kuroto-san… I am sorry… we underestimated Danzō’s strength… he turned out to be much stronger than we had expected, now it seems only you can stop him!”

Precisely because of this concern, Kuroto didn’t directly fight Danzō using his main body… because he knows that he would be able to easily defeat Danzō which would result in Danzō wasting the Visual Prowess of Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan.
So, he fought against Danzō using the Tsukihi clone, his intention was to use Tsukihi’s Visual Prowess to affect Danzō’s Visual Prowess, although the plan didn’t work out the way he had intended and Danzō was able to start absorbing her own Visual Prowess, however, she quickly noticed that while Danzō is absorbing Visual Prowess he can not use any other Sharingan abilities, including Izanagi, and while he is absorbing Visual Prowess, he can’t stop in between otherwise all the effort will become waste.
This means no use of Izanagi if he wants to evolve his Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan!
After Kuroto figured out the problem on Danzō’s end, he immediately ejected his soul out of Tsukihi’s body and came to the battlefield in person.
And now it’s time to put an end to Danzō’s life.
Looking at Kuroto taking steps forward, Danzō panicked… he took a step back and pointed his hand at Tsukihi’s pretty face as he roared, “Take a step forward and I will immediately kill her! You should be able to see that she is still alive, only unconscious… if you move a single step, I will kill her!”
Kuroto smirked, and said as he continued walking towards Danzō, “Whether you kill her or not, you aren’t escaping today.”
Kuroto knows that Danzō is only bluffing, he wouldn’t dare do that as killing Homusubi would also mean forever giving up the opportunity to evolve his Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan. So, rather than being a hostage, Tsukihi is more like a shackle on Danzō restricting him from using Izanagi.
Seeing Kuroto unmoved by his warning, Danzō mistakenly thought that Kuroto was also a ruthless person and didn’t care about the safety of his subordinates, after all, he is such a person, so he no longer bothered to threaten him with Tsukihi’s life and decided to use Ninjutsu.
One after another, Danzō used all the Kekkei Genkai and Jutsu from all the seven chakra natures that he knows, but all proved fruitless as Kuroto simply absorbed the ones he could and dodged the ones he couldn’t.

The only thing Danzō didn’t understand is that the closer he is approaching to acquiring the evolved eyes, the closer he is getting to his death!
Even now if Danzō stops absorbing Tsukihi’s Visual Prowess, there might be some chance that he can escape his coming death, however, he doesn’t even consider that possibility because of his obsession and greed for power.
At this moment, a change started to appear in Danzō’s eyes, and sensing that change, Kuroto stopped deliberately dawdling and made his move.
