Gungnir had a humanoid puppet at his hands and he announced an expedition for the Third grade students. Now the planet that he discovered from the humanoid puppet also had similar threshold. The bird puppet however only has the threshold suitable for the second grade.

Joker said that the Outcasts are mostly eliminated and are trying to spread their legacy which is the reason or the appearance of humanoid puppets in the revitalized pocket dimensions.
That means, the nest that was discovered by Gungnir from one of those puppets should belong to the Outcasts. He wondered what kind of minerals are there on that planet. What if those minerals are more valuable than he imagined?
Can he let the Thor Academy take advantage of it?
After all, the puppets were supposed to belong to the Olympian region. The revitalized pocket dimensions appeared in his region for a reason. If not for the chaos and attraction, the other academies wouldn't have even discovered these puppets' existence.

But Gungnir managed to bribe some low level watchman in that space gate region.
All he wanted to do know was the number of space gates that were present there, every single day.
Right now, two new space gates emerged and the news reached Gungnir. It doesn't need a genius to figure out what these two new space gates signified. Just like Bloody Chariot, Gungnir is also significantly curious.
He knew for a fact that Bloody Chariot has access to two different nests. He wanted to know what is on the nest discovered through the Bird puppet.
He wants to know what's up there.
He doesn't want to let the Zeus academy have all the benefits. Particularly, when the Zeus academy is getting twice or even thrice the opportunity compared to the Thor academy.
Even though Both Gungnir and Bloody Chariot are not in contact with each other, their thought process ended up in similar direction because of their own selfish motives.
And this made them contact each other.
So, within two hours.
Gungnir and Bloody Chariot are meeting in the Zeus Academy.
Both of them are silent. Because both of them initiated this meeting almost at the same time, so they can guess what the other party is thinking. They believed that once they spoke, they would lose the upper hand in this negotiation.

The discussions are about what their students might obtain in the others' planets. After finding a middle-ground in that, they accepted.
The expedition will happen at the same time, to ensure that there is no foul play. However, Bloody Chariot refused to publicize the matter like Gungnir did. He is adamant about keeping it under the wraps to the best of his ability so that no one can lay claim on these benefits.
While things are like this in the academy realm. The Vlachous family is having a hard time. The hidden attacks are getting fiercer and fiercer. Particularly, with Bloody Chariot's recent attacks, the families are not showing any decorum anymore.

One of the subordinate families of the Poseidon and a family that is not an active part of the noble league, but more than qualified to be part of it. The Telchines.
They are named after some of the water deities that are loyal subordinates of Poseidon. It is believed that the Telchines clan which has several branch families originated from the Telchine deities when they consummated with the human worshippers of Poseidon.
