Time passed.
Sam returned along with Harsh. But they weren't seen together. Sam entered the city and went into the inn before everyone's eyes. By now the news has already spread that Sam collected tens of millions of coins from the exchange center with just blueprints.
The exact number was not revealed. But everyone knew that something big is about to happen.
Many people visited the inn and tried to get in touch with him, but it seems like the weight of the inn's owner is high enough to not buckle in for these requests.
One of the major reasons is that the only students came until now. There are no big wigs.
It is easier for the inn owner to resist if it is only students.
The whole city is currently waiting for what is about to happen. They want to see what Sam is going to do next. When he took three million he slapped the shit out of Zeus academy students. He took ten million and no one knows what he did and then he took even more money, everyone is curious on what is happening.
But Sam has no plans of revealing himself voluntarily.
He hid inside the inn without doing anything, at least that is what it looked like to the rest of the world. But he disguised himself and used the dimensional drifter to leave the inn and go to the land he purchased.
Harsh already started work.
He didn't have a big team. Only three people and one of them is the receptionist Sam has seen back at Harsh's office.
But they are working fast. Really fast.
The Divine Plane cultivators using the earth element for construction. It couldn't be anymore faster than it is right now. The stone and other material required was provided by Sam of course. He even brought some from the reserves of Dusk organizations new explorations.
Harsh also brought some of his own rare materials and any other materials required were bought under Harsh's name. But of course Sam paid for them.
After the foundation was built, Sam also started working on the building actively.
There are a lot of inscriptions and formations to be done in this. This place is going to be one of the core locations that handles a lot of his future operations. Some of the inscriptions that Sam is adding were not even included in the blueprint given to Harsh.
As the hub's construction was going on in full swing, it was time for the first breakthrough in the trio. Sam thought Philip would be the one to reach the bottleneck first, but to his surprise it was Jack.
Jack immediately did as Sam instructed. He took the token to the restaurant and consumed the special bowl of soup. This is one of the modified recipes Sam gave to Nalan.
Jack then rented the space for breakthrough and prepared for the breakthrough.
As soon as he consumed the soup, the energy overflowed within his body. He is full of vigor and the energy easily took the form of his sword energy.
While Jack went to breakthrough, Watt and Philip didn't take long for their own. They both reached the bottleneck the very next day.
When they went to consume the soup and breakthrough, Jack was already out. He already changed out of the coat and wore a much more lowkey attire and went to the hub.
There Sam is already prepared with a formation and a task for Jack.
"So, what should I do now?"
"In three weeks or so, admissions will open up for the academies. You will be attending a specific academy. Of course, before that you have another task.
This is the space gate connecting to desolate. From now on, all the selected candidates will be coming to this realm in batches and you are in charge of this task along with the other two.
Bring them out in small batches.
There is another small space gate within the construction site. Use that to go to a forest nearby and then guide the out of the forest carefully into the city.
Divine Plane people are going to be here and the Astral plane people to a different region.
By exam time I will be ready with the list of assignments for everyone. Be lowkey and make sure everyone gets to know the ways of these regions.
No one should suspect that all these people are connected and are part of a single organization."

"Great. Now get on with it and explain the details with the other two as well."
Sam then went back to work.
The next day after the remaining two also finished their breakthrough, Jack went ahead and explained the task to the other two. Sam saw as Watt and Philip hand over a few spatial rings to Jack.
Apparently they had a bet on who is going to breakthrough first.
After those small exchanges, Sam waited for them to execute their first tasks.
The first batch of people are of course Sam's personal elite team. The ten people he had collected to finish the organizations task. It is still being led by Night Ghost who was the first person to breakthrough into the Divine Plane within the Dusk organization.
He was soon followed by Paras, Vidyuth and recently Saber Monarch also followed suit.
The rest of the team including Sia, Gyan, Five elemental King, Tapas, Kiran are still in the Astral Plane, but they are in the same situation as the trio. At the absolute peak.
Sam actually thought that these people would breakthrough before the trio. After all, their cultivations were way ahead of the trio when he first met them. But it seems like the trio hunted down the opportunities to keep up with Sam.
The rest of the organization also kind of supported their goal to the fullest and let them have the first pick over the resources. Sam is actually impressed.
Sam went to meet with the first batch that came.

Sam swung his hand and slapped on Saber Monarch's head.
"Haven't you changed even a little bit? I heard that you have over a dozen kids, at least I thought you would have matured by now. Why are you still an idiot?"
"Come on Boss, that is not what you used to say. I thought we became best of the friends when we worked together. Imagine how majestic we looked together when we are separating the heads of our enemies from their necks? People have written stories about us.
How can you call me an idiot?"
Sam rolled his eyes.
"By the way, Boss. You have something else to do. I think you owe me over a dozen planets. Fourteen to be exact."
"Planets? How do I own you? When did I even incur that kind of debt?"
"Well, you gave Watt a planet when he got married and had a kid. I had fourteen kids when you were away, so of course I need you to give me those planets."
Sam and everyone else immediately ignored Saber Monarch and decided to catch up. Sam explained the plan to them and left to do his own work.
Now that the core members of the plan are here, they are going to take care of the rest while Sam handles the development of the infrastructure.
Time passed just like that.
Every day a few people are coming at odd timings from Desolate and then they were sent to the forest before they individually arrived in the city.
They acted like new people that wanted to get into academies. There are only few Divine plane cultivators, but there are many people who are on verge of breakthrough. Which is good enough for him.
But still most of the people are in Astral Plane and they are going to join the Astral Plane academies. Before the admission, Sam arranged everything for them.
Within the week, the whole building was constructed. It cost a lot, but Sam still had way too much money left.
"This is an interesting project. I want to see how it will look once the formations and the inscriptions are done and it is on full use."
Harsh asked as he looked at the building.
"You can watch it. It won't take too long. And you can access this project and many more in the future too, if you get into a joint venture with me."
