Fire Heart.
It is an elemental resource that is very rare. So rare to the point that even the vast territory the Dusk organization covered didn't produce one such resource.
Of course, there is a good reason for that.
The environmental factors needed for producing a Fire heart itself are very complicated, on top of that there should be some series of coincidences that should happen. From Sam's research, the only way for a Fire heart to appear as if a god decides to put one.
Once a fire heart appears in a region, the surrounding areas would be rich in fire elemental resources.
Spirit stones of fire elemental energy, Metals that have affinity with fire energy, herbs with fire energy. The flora and fauna in the surroundings will mutate. New species will soon emerge from that environment.
It is a very valuable resource.
But its greatest benefit comes out when it was processed and utilized properly.
If the fire heart is properly refined, the major benefit that it gives out is a sacred land that would create an environment beneficial even for the Divine Plane cultivators.
And the second benefit is that the Fire heart has a consciousness. Cultivators can form a connection with the fire heart through this consciousness by gaining its approval. Once they gain that approval, their hearts will resonate and evolve.
Their affinity with fire will increase, their blood itself will be full of natural fire elemental energy. Their fusion time will increase by a large margin. Their natural state would be very close to the fusion state. Then even in the future their affinity and resonance with the fire elemental energy in environment will be much higher.
This gives out a collective benefit to a community of fire element users.
Of course, there is a way for a single person or a single life form to benefit from this also. It is by absorbing the fire heart into their body. This is a bit dangerous and it can only happen when the cultivation level of a life form is high enough.
The natural energy of their body should be the same or higher than the Fire heart's energy.
Sam doesn't know how powerful the fire heart that is present in this area. But no matter how powerful it is, he is sure that there is no on the planet that could use it better than him.
He asked a few more questions and then made the captive faint again.
"So, what is the situation now? All I understood from the situation is that the Fire Giants are looking for Fire heart and the water giants are also active in the area."
"Yeah, that sounds about right. But I think the water giants are only there to occupy and swallow some territory of the Fire Giants.
And it seems like the enmity between the fire and water giants is way too deeper than just fighting for some territory. I also got some extra information that would help us further."
"Okay, what do you want me to do?"
"Keep him unconscious while I do something to him."
With that, Sam stripped the captive and made a brand on his back.
After that, he started drawing some inscriptions on the head of the guy.
Mitra was surprised by such an action. He never came across such an inscription being done one some other person.
If only Mitra actually understood what Sam is doing, he would have fainted from the overload of information.
The inscription too more than three hours which is considered very long considering Sam's current level of strength and understanding of the art of inscriptions.
After everything was done, all Sam did was take the guy away and placed him near the rendezvous point.
Then he and Mitra sat back and waited for the reaction for their preparations.
After half an hour.
One of the search parties found the Captive who is lying conscious in the middle of the forest. They immediately took the guy to the rendezvous point.
The vice leader of the exploration team contacted the young master.
"Young master, we found the Leader. He is lying unconscious. But he didn't have any other injuries. He is unscathed and full of energy even."
"Keep them there in the tent. Make sure that he doesn't disappear like before. Keep your eyes on him at all times. Do you understand?"
"Yes, Young master."
"I am coming. Don't fuck this up."
With that, the Vice leader along with a few more people that are leading the squads all sat inside the tent while they saw their leader sleeping like a baby.
Five minutes after that. The leader suddenly woke up and looked around in shock.
"Where am I? What is happening?"
Vice leader frowned as he looked at the frenzied expression of the leader.
"Leader, what do you mean? You are right in the middle of our rendezvous. This is your tent. Are you feeling alright?"
"No, this is not my tent. Where the fuck am I? Who the fuck are you? I told you already. You better let me go, right now. Or you will regret it for the rest of your life.
You don't know the people behind me."
Everyone was dumbfounded by the behavior.
"He seems to be out of his mind. What is happening? Do you think we should restrain him?"
"I think it is better to just talk to him and calm him down. He just seemed too confused and lost. We don't want to trigger some kind of adverse reaction."
The squad members discussed and all of these were heard by the Leader.
He was thrown into a frenzy as he looked around randomly while shouting threats.
The members were surprised and confused. But if they knew what the leader is currently experiencing, they would have been able to understand.
Right now, the leader couldn't see anything just like the time when Sam put him in that weird void state.
He is going through a similar experience this time. The only difference is that this time, this guy's spiritual sense is not completely removed. Sam just modified the way he would perceive the spiritual sense a bit.
In that frenzy, the leader managed to figure out that he could use his own energy again.
"I knew it. You bloody fucker. You cannot hold me captive for long. I will kill you now."
His energy raged.
Flames flew everywhere around him and the whole ten burned down to ashes in an instant.
Everyone started defending themselves from the flames.
Their auras raged and angry expressions appeared on their faces. Rightfully so, they are pissed. They search parties that received the news and came back looked at the scene and jumped in to help.

But then only the whole team realized just how powerful their leader is.
looked at their leader and one of them yelled.
"Leader, you better refrain yourselves. Otherwise, don't blame us for retaliating."
At this moment, the flames around the leader indeed died down and his mind is in a chaotic mess.
His spiritual senses were activated all of a sudden. After a long time. He could pick up the spiritual energies and auras of all of his subordinates. The only problem is that he didn't recognize these energies and auras.
Instead, he actually mistook them for something else. All the fire elemental energy is feeling like water elemental energy to him.
All the auras that are very familiar to him, are now feeling like they are completely unfamiliar.
If his senses were normal, he would have understood that he is in the middle of his own camp along with his subordinates, and he would have calmed down in an instant.
But now all he could sense is that he is in the middle of his own camp, but he is surrounded by his enemies from the Water Giant tribe. And warning bells rang in his head.
His rendezvous point for the exploration team has been taken away by the water giants, which could only mean, his subordinates were attacked and were either killed or chased away.
He couldn't take it.
Just when the subordinates thought he calmed down. His aura changed and his body expanded. He activated gigantification and used his full power to launch an attack. Nothing could stop him and he is also not interested in anything stopping him.
He aimed his fiery fist at the nearest subordinate and killed him in one hit.
"He has gone crazy. Attack him. Restrain him."
The vice leader yelled and the whole group retaliated.
The whole camp was a mess. All the subordinates that were outside the tent previously and all the search parties that received the news and came back looked at the scene and jumped in to help.
But then only the whole team realized just how powerful their leader is.
He singlehandedly launched judgment on them.
At this moment, outside the camp a bit far away. Sam and Mitra are looking at the scene through a crystal tablet.
Mitra looked at the scene with his mouth wide open. Meanwhile, Sam is making some notes on a book.
"What the fuck did you do? How did you even do it?"
