1850 Breakthrough

All kinds of elemental energies were drawn from the divine dimension fragments as Sam absorbed it.

A link formed between him and the beasts soon and they started sharing the energy with Sam as the node in between. After more than an hour in that state, Sam along with all the beasts slowly started levitating in the air. Just a few feet from the ground.

At that moment, the spiritual energy Sam is dragging stopped transmitting, instead it started condensing in his body.

All his beast blood lines reacted and all the bloodline essences condensed together around his heart. Sam felt a bit uncomfortable, but his instincts said that he should just let it be. Spiritual energy that is being condensed in his body became smaller and smaller until it became the size of a baseball.

The energy condensed to the point that it looked like a solid polished rock.

The blood line essences started revolving around his rock and one after another started attracting the condensed energy from the orb.

The energy enveloped the bloodline essences like cocoons. At this moment, there is a phenomenon in the sky. The clouds formed a whirlpool as some kind of divine light descended on Sam at the same time, the surroundings seemed to have been consumed by death as all the vitality escaped and created a deathly still aura.

The Divine light and the Deathly aura both condensed into his body, bit by bit.

Meanwhile, the White Sand Guard members suppressed their curiosity and tried to ignore Sam and his breakthrough.

.....

But the next movement, when they saw the phenomenon of the clouds and all the vitality within the city escaping away, they felt chills run down their spine.

White Sand Guard Captain looked at the sky with disbelief apparent in his eyes.

The vice captain also came to him and asked in a very low voice.

“Is that… a faith phenomenon?”

“Y…Yes..”

“How did he gather this much faith?” The vice captain asked in a shivering tone. Everyone who became a Divine Plane cultivator will have a little bit of faith. At least a very tiny bit and it will cause some reaction with the sky.

But they never saw this level of faith reaction, even when people are breaking through to Divine Plane Transcendent realm. It is almost an impossible phenomenon in their eyes.

At the same time, back in desolate.

Sam’s statue has been erect in many places along with the statues of his friends. A bunch of people are looking at the statue in the centre of the city. It started vibrating with the nature as it started glowing slightly.

In the same way, statues in various spots within the desolate are vibrating. Everyone sent messages back to the city, but they didn’t notice anything abnormal. All the systems are working fine.

Far away from desolate. Tundra Realm.

Ice elves that interacted with Sam and the words ‘SAM WAS HERE’ started vibrating with spiritual energy. In the same way, every tribe Sam has every visited, fought with and destroyed, and everywhere that he left the words, ‘SAM WAS HERE’ the words started vibrating.

Back here, Sam experienced a weird feeling in his head. It is almost like he could sense the feelings of a lot of people at the same time. There is a feeling of admiration towards him, a feeling of affection, a feeling of love, even a feeling of hatred could be felt.

He felt overwhelmed for a second, but a part of the condensed energy diffused into the soul making it more stable.

The faith energy started coiling around cocoon forming another layer and then the deathly aura that is all over the city also started doing the same. Now, Sam felt pure agony, pain and soul searing hatred.

As both types of feelings, positive and negative invaded his mind and soul. The clash of these two feelings caused him to suffocate a bit.

Both layers tried to gain upperhand but the condensed energy tried to forcefully fuse both of them together.

The amount of energy is way too much compared to a regular Divine Plane Initiation cultivator and even though Sam’s body and soul are ten times more sturdier than a normal cultivator, he felt like he wouldn’t be able to bear it all.

But at this moment, the bloodline essences started fusing together with these energy cocoons. The remaining condensed energy at his spiritual core suddenly split into currents as each one hit a cocoon before spilling out of Sam’s body.

Each current has a different color and they flew towards a different beast.

Golden color for Yanwu, faint green for Sky, Aqua blue and purple for Mia, Black for Shadow mouse, Dark green for Forrest Bear, a mixture of brown and metallic blue for Dia, Silver for Raiju, Dark grey for Void Hopper.

The condensed energy started entering their bodies and created a connection. This connection shared the load that Sam’s body and soul is bearing until a moment ago. Now, he felt comfortable like never before.

The heavenly light and the deathly aura slowly disappeared while cocoons in Sam’s body solidified a bit. But they are still mostly made up of intangible energy, but there is a faint solidification.

The same thing happened to the beasts, the streaks of energy entered their body and tempered their bodies and souls before condensing at their hearts.

The energy condensed a little bit.

Finally, Sam opened his eyes and felt the energy in his body.

As he circulated his energy, he felt more alive than ever and stronger than ever.

He tried to trigger the faint solidified energy in the middle of the cocoons. It is the Divine energy. His reserves are much larger than any Divine Plane Initiation cultivator at Initial stage ever existed.

He summoned a faint streak of divine energy and the surrounding spiritual energy reacted wildly. It acted sentient for a second and Sam could sense a faint hint of subservience from it. The energy started gather around him making him float.

Rather than float, it would be more accurate to say that the spiritual energy is carrying his body.

He smirked as he looked at the beasts.

“I am really sorry. I really wish that we could spend some time openly. But right now, we are in no position to do that. Let me finish this war and from the next stage, we can roam around openly and not bother about anything.

I promise I will let you guys lose like never before.”

The beasts didn’t mind and entered the Divine dimension once again.

Sam took the formations away and walked to the front of the mansion to meet the White Sand Guard.

Everyone looked at him weirdly. Some of them are suspicious, some of them are curious, and some of them are wary, but Sam didn’t care. The connection with them will only last until he finished his missions. There is not much in this planet that interested him.

Maybe, the Solar Sect that worships Olympians gods could be something that he could focus on, that too if it survives after the onslaught of the Dark Sea Sect.

The Guard captain looked at Sam deeply. He has way too many questions at this point but he held himself back from asking.

“There is no message from the headquarters yet. What do you want us to do?”

“Where are the forces of Dark Sea Sect? How far have they come?”

“They are getting close. They are chasing all the forces of Seven Star Alliance and the Solar Sect to this city just like you told them to do.

We have already spotted a few groups reaching this place.”

“Wonderful, then let’s prepare for some ambushes. I also need to test my new strength. We will distract these fleeing groups from the vines with our attacks.

They shouldn’t have time to think about why these weird vines are everywhere. Also, keep some of your low-level members to keep engaging with these people if they contact them.”

“Alright.”

The White Sand Guard arranged for whatever Sam ordered and a small group of them deployed.

Sam still used his harbinger, but the others didn’t bring their beasts. They are all using flying by themselves.

They concealed their auras and used the forest cover to approach the first group of enemies that are coming towards the city.

When they arrived at the range, the group came to a halt and are indeed contacting the city.

“The city said that there is nothing wrong with the vines and they are a gift from the envoy. A defensive weapon that works against enemies. I think we are good to go.”

One of the group members said.

“Are you sure…”

Before his peer could ask questions, the white sand guard launched an attack.

Sam zoomed towards a person of the same cultivation on his harbinger and jabbed him with his hand.

The palm directly went through the heart, cleanly breaking it into two pieces.
