Chapter 251-Meeting
Dave scanned his surroundings and realized that he was inside a carriage. He realized that someone had picked him up and treated his injuries.
"Hmm, looks like good people are bound to be helped by others someday."
He murmurs then the door opens, and a normal-looking maid enters his carriage. The maid was stunned to see him now awake but she forgot to move because she was mesmerized by his crystal blue eyes. She felt that her soul was being sucked.
Dave realized that even though he cannot use his mana, his physique is still strong enough to punch a True Immortal to death and his eyes still contain some of his energy. He can still use his eye powers and the system explained to him that he can use soul powers to activate his Ancestral Eyes.

He scanned the maid and saw that she was only a Saint Emperor but if she was in the mortal plane, she would surely not just be a maid and even become an Emperor of an Empire.

He deactivated his Ancestral Eyes and said to her.
"Are you the one who saves me?"
His voice is calm and the maid who was mesmerized a while ago blushed when she realized what she was doing.
"It's good that you are awake, it's not me who saved you but our lady so you should be grateful."
The maid said but she is still confused why she was absent-minded a while ago.

Inside the carriage, Dave saw a beautiful woman sitting in the carriage. Her blue hair is shining but her eyes are cold. She is on par in terms of looks with Susan, but she is releasing a noble aura and clearly belongs to a rich family.
Dave is now sitting in front of her, and she is also scanning him but failed to see anything. Dave looks like a mortal right now and his face is disfigured.
"Thank you for saving me"
Dave thanked her with his heart as even if he is not a good person, he will remember the favors of those who do a good deed for him.
The lady didn't care and asked him. "Who are you? Where are you from?"
Dave replied.
"My name is Dave, and I am an ascendant"
Dave didn't hide the truth and he is not worried about it because ascending is normal here.
He just didn't reveal his full identity as it's better to be cautious.
