he and his pokemon go further and further into the cave but couldn't find another mega or key stone.
Alex started to show a serious expression as he and his Pokemon entered a Red Area.
A red area is not always necessarily more dangerous than an orange area but is often not fully explored or the red area is explored but many times more dangerous than an orange area.
Alex personally prefers the explored Red Area to the unknown Red Area, even if it has stronger pokemon on average.

Alex encountered this Solrock and thought it was a good chance to train his Pokemon a bit.
He had Gardevoir fight this Solrock and to make it a bit harder he had Gardevoir fight this Solrock without his help.
Alex was a little surprised, but Gardevoir defeated this Pokemon very quickly and without any issues.
in this fight Gardevoir completely outsmarted Solrock and she barely lost any HP.
Of course, one reason why Gardevoir had won so easily is that Pokemon in the wild have a weaker body than Pokemon from trainers have on average and are therefore often weaker at the same level.
Especially Alex's Pokemon are physically extremely trained and even better than Pokemon from other trainers. (mostly)
Gardevoir was also level 52, but compared to Solrock, she was more of a level 53 or 54 Pokemon.
Alex and his team went deeper and deeper into the cave.
He started finding more and more keys and mega stones and he couldn't help but grin.
Although he also encountered many low and mid-level Elite Pokemon, these weren't much of a problem with his Team.
Even when he faced a level 54 Crobat, was this Pokemon easily defeated in a group attack.

Gardevoir immediately understood what Alex wanted from her and she immediately started preparing [Teleport].
The rest of Alex's Pokemon understood what Alex wanted to do too and went as close to Gardevoir as possible.
Druddigon was only a few meters away from Alex and his Pokemon when he could almost use [Outrage].
Alex said in a calm tone, "all, use [Protect]"
All of Alex's Pokemon except Gardevoir use [Protect] and manage to block Druddigon's attack.
But the attack still destroyed more than half of the [Protect] shields before this attack was blocked.
Alex could feel the power of this move.
He was sure that each of his Pokemon would get oneshoted from this move.
Gardevoir uses [Teleport] and teleports everyone to the forest where Alex and his Pokemon did the mega evolution test.
"F*ck. That was way too close."
Alex didn't want to go to that area again after encountering such a powerful and aggressive Pokemon. Especially with his current strength.
He plans to go back to this area when most of his Pokemon are high-elite Pokemon.
However, Alex was still satisfied with his trip.
He found 2 Key stones and 4 Evolve Stones.
Alex's Pokemon looked at Alex who, was looking at those weird stones again and couldn't help but show a worried expression.
They were concerned that their trainer would run those weird tests again after finding new stones.
Alex saw those worried looks and he thought to himself, 'Hopefully it works out this time or I'll be treated like a maniac in the future.'
He started doing the Mega Evolution test again.
When he gave one of the new mega stones to Scizor and he touched his Key stone, Alex felt a strange feeling in his body.
Alex had the feeling that this time it would work 100%.
He suppressed his embarrassment and shouted "Mega evolve" while touching his key stone.
After that, he felt like he and Scizor became one Creature. He could understand Scizor better than he ever could at that moment.
This moment only lasted 1 second and then Scizor started to evolve into Mega Scizor
Alex's other Pokemon all showed shocked expressions upon seeing this.
Alex in comparison showed a happy and excited expression.
Especially after seeing the info from Scizor.
