Our Xuantian sect also thanks other powers who has come to assist us during such a difficult time. The Sky dragon alliance has named elder Ying Chao as one of the nine generals. He would lad our Xuantian sect in the upcoming battles. Hopefully, all of you continue to co-operate with us and assist elder Chao in our upcoming battles", Shui Liying spoke. She looked towards the elders from different factions while pronouncing their faction names.

We will follow the command of elder Chao in the upcoming battles", an emperor spoke soon after Shui Liying finished speaking her words. He was an emperor like Yang Yukong and Shui Liying but he acted politely while talking to Shui Liying. Emperors from other factions also expressed their support to Ying Chao once the emperor from Silver Star pavilion finished his words. A smile appeared on Shui Liying's face after seeing how united the allied forces of the Xuantian sect were.
"Let me say the unpleasant words first. All of you most listen to elder Chao's orders, once this meeting is over. Whoever does not obey the command and drag down his comrades during the upcoming battles will be be punished by the Sky dragon alliance. If anyone has any objection, they may express it in this meeting. After this meeting, no grievances from anyone will be entertained", Yang Yukong spoke. His voice was stern as he looked towards every cultivators present.
"You may take over from here", he spoke to Ying Chao.
"Everyone, thanks for your support. Hopefully, we can co-operate untill we drive away the devil forces", Ying Chao spoke. He cupped his hands towards every cultivators and other senior elders cupped their hands towards him in reply. Ying Chao began with few humble words to adress the crowd.
"Many of you are already informed. But those who do not know, let me tell you the structure of our Sky dragon alliance", Ying Chao spoke.
Sky dragon alliance has its alliance master at the top. Beneath him, there are four protectors. Sect master of our Xuantian sect is one of the four protectors. Below protectors, there are nine generals who will lead the troops of the Sky dragon alliance into battle.
Every general is independent of eachother. They can choose four commanders each who will assist them in the battle. Below the position of commander, there are captains and each captain can have maximum ten squard leaders under them.
A squard can have minimum thirty members and maximum fifty members. How the squards are organised are upto the generals to decide. So, let's move on to the part of commanders first. Today, I will appoint four commanders who will assist me in the upcoming battles", Ying Chao spoke. His voice was calm and steady as he looked towards the crowd present.
Many tribulation realm elders felt nervous as well as expectant when Ying Chao's gaze swept past them. All of them are hopeful for becoming one of the four commanders.
I have forgot to mention one thing. Sky dragon alliance has adopted a fair method to give away a position. As long as a commander has required amount of contribution points, he can apply to become a general. As long as a commander has sufficient points, he can challenge any general he wants. In exchange of all of his contribution points, he will have a chance to duel with a general. Such battles will be overseen by the protectors and as long as a commander manage to defeat a general, he can replace the said general.
This benefit is not only limited to the commanders, rather the captains, squard leaders and the ordinary squard members can also claim this benefit. All of them will have a chance to be promoted as long as they have enough contribution points. Moreover, they do not have to duel for a position. As long as they fulfill some specific requirements, they can be promoted", Ying Chao spoke.
"But, I must give few words of caution. The commanders have absolute authority over the captains and the captains have absolute authority over the squard leaders. In no circumstances, indiscipline will be tolerated during the upcoming battle. Everyone have to listen to their superiors. If there are any complain of indiscipline, the miscreat will be punished strictly. Sky dragon alliance has permitted the death penalty in case of severe indiscipline", he further added.
His final words were especially heavy which poured a bucket of cold water over the excited cultivators. Noises died down completely as everyone waited for Ying Chao to announce the name of the four commanders.
