Chapter 467 Celestial night
The whispering wasteland gradually returned to normal after Zhan Chen faced the strike of the fourth tribulation thunderbolt. The threatening clouds gradually receded, exposing the beautiful starlit sky above.
A new energy whirlpool appeared above Zhan Chen's energy sea afte he broke through to the fourth stage of the tribulation realm. His energy sea expanded further after he broke through the limit of the third stage in the Heavenly tribulation realm.
The sacred yinyang diagram on his dantian glowed with a dazzling light as it ceaselessly absorbed the purest essence of the heaven and earth. His energy sea was already filled one third by the time the last shread of the heavenly essence disappeared from the environment.
"Husband, congratulation", Shui Liying spoke when she noticed Zhan Chen opening his eyes. There was a happy smile on her face as she looked towards Zhan Chen.

"Shall we leave now?", she inquired. Although they were far away from the frontline, Shui Liying was a responsible woman. As a leader of the Xuantian sect, she was anxious about the current situation in the Grey ash city.
"Give me a moment. Let me check something quickly", Zhan Chen spoke. Shui Liying nodded her head as she was very accommodating to Zhan Chen.

A perplexed expression appeared on Shui Liying's face after she heard Zhan Chen's shout. She didn't know whom Zhan Chen was calling out when there was no one in the vicinity.
After few moments of wait, an otherworldly girl appeared infront of both Zhan Chen and Shui Liying. She had a bewitching face and raven black hair. She was clad in a battle robe which exposed her beautiful navel area. The most striking feature of hers was herbeautiful eyes which was pitch black in colour. One would think they were looking at the most mysterious object of the world, the more they looked into her eyes.
"Greetings master", the exquisite beauty lowered her head to greet Zhan Chen. There was deep curiousity in her eyes as she raised her head to look at Zhan Chen.
"You are the weapon spirit of 'Celestial night'?", Zhan Chen asked with a hint of astonishment in his eyes.
"Yes, sorry for not greeting you earlier. I have been asleep since my rebirth", the beautiful girl replied. Her voice appeared aloof and distant although she was talking politely with Zhan Chen. There was a chilling and mysterious aura around her which would sent shiver to anyone present in her surrounding.
But Zhan Chen was least bothered about her chilling and mysterious aura. Rather his mind and soul was immediately drawn to the mysterious beauty infront of him.
"An apology is not needed. I am happy that I am able to get a beauty as my weapon spirit", Zhan Chen spoke. He turned his gaze up and down as he sized up the exquisite beauty infront of him.
"Master, you can call me when you are fighting. Otherwise, don't bother me", the exquisite girl spoke in an emotionless voice. Her words appeared very cold but none could see the embrassment hidden in her eyes. She became a streak of light and entered Zhan Chen's body without asking for his permission to leave.
"Seems like my beautiful sword spirit has quite an attitude. But it does not matter. I am already satisfied that I have got a beauty like her as my sword spirit Zhan Chen thought to himself.
Unbestknown to him, Celestial night was blushing red at the moment. Her exquisite face was completely red because of the shyness she was feeling.
'What kind of master I have got? None of my previous masters look at me with such a gaze. Our souls are connected. So, I can tell that he is genuinely interested. But it is unthinkable between a human and a sword spirit', she thought to herself with reddened cheeks. She could feel that her heartbeat was rapid due to her earlier encounter with her master. So, she placed a hand on her chest to calm herself down.
"Husband, who is she? I felt a very threatening aura from her. Moreover, it seems like she is not a human", Shui Liying asked. There was a curious expression on her face as she looked towards Zhan Chen.
"Liying, she is my sword spirit. I can't explain much about her because it is our first meeting", Zhan Chen spoke.
Shui Liying stood stunned for a moment after hearing Zhan Chen's words. She couldn't beleive her ears even though Zhan Chen was extremely clear in his explanation.
"Husband, you mean to say you possess an innate weapon with a sword spirit?", Shui Liying looked towards Zhan Chen with an incredulous expression.
"Yes, I got lucky. It appears like a broken sword. So, none in my familywas interested in it back then. I discovered it when I visited my Zhan family's weapon storage", Zhan Chen replied. Shui Liying's eyes widened in shock after she heard how easily Zhan Chen got such an incredible weapon.
"Husband is really favoured by luck", she murmured to herself. She took out her flying treasure and Zhan Chen boarded it along with her to leave the Whispering wasteland.
Before leaving the Whispering wasteland, Zhan Chen threw a curious glance towards the forbidden land. The trees were still swaying rhythmically and the strage voices were still coming from time to time. 'I will definitely find out the secrets of the forbidden lands after attaining the sage realm', he thought to himself.
He found Shui Liying was looking at him with when he turned to look at her. Shui Liying felt slightly embarassed. So, she turned her head away.
'My Liying is such a lovely woman. How can I resist her when she appear so shy and embrarassed', Zhan Chen thought to himself with a chuckle. It was a feast for his eyes to see Shui Liying like this.
Shui Liying threw a secretive glance towards Zhan Chen and found him still looking towards her. Her earlobes got reddened as she quickly looked away. "Liying, it will be unbearable if I don't do anything. You are unresistable", Zhan Chen spoke.
He pulled Shui Liying closer and pressed his lips on her lips. Thus, a beautiful scene unfold as the flying boat flew beneath the star-studded sky.
