"Master! Young master Chen!", Zi Ningxi felt surprised for a moment after seeing Zhan Chen with her master. She knew her master was against the idea of getting together with a man. So, she couldn't understand why her master was bringing Zhan Chen with her.
"Ningxi, we are leaving the Yellow stone city. I have already informed your elder sister. So, you don't need to worry", Shui Liying spoke. She took out a flying boat and asked both Zhan Chen and Zi Ningxi to climb it. The flying boat shut into the sky after all three of them rode the flying boat.
"Zhan Chen, do you know the name of that expert?", Shui Liying asked. She was back to her aloof demeanor after leaving the Yellow stone city.
"Senior, I don't have his name. But I know how to contact him. He has a favourable impression on my alchemy knowledge", Zhan Chen spoke.
"Alchemy? You are saying that you have alchemy knowledge?", Shui Liying raised her eyebrow in surprise. Her curiousity piqued as she looked towards Zhan Chen.
"Can you concoct pills?", she asked with an uncertain voice.
"Of course, I have little accomplishment in that regard", Zhan Chen spoke.
"Unbelievable! You are already a martial prodigy. I have heard that you are youngest formation grandmaster of our sect. Now, you are telling that you also have alchemy talent!", Shui Liying muttered with a look of disbelief on her face. Zi Ningxi had a look of disbelief on her face. She couldn't believe that Zhan Chen would accept a condition where there relationship was in line. A stinging pain came to her heart when she saw the indifferent expression on Zhan Chen's face. Two drops of pearl like teardrop came out from her eyes as she couldn't tolerate the indifferent attitude of Zhan Chen.
"Ningxi, I have already said you, all men are selfish. They will never respect your feelings or how much you have suffered for them. Their only goal is to be a powerful cultivator, nothing else matters to them", Shui Liying spoke. She was using her soul consciousness to send a mental message to Zi Ningxi.
Zi Ningxi had a crestfallen expression on her face as she looked towards Zhan Chen. She couldn't bear how indifferent he was, to her feeling. She almost ignored her master's words as she looked towards Zhan Chen. The heartache and pain was almost impossible to bear for her fragile, innocent heart.
Zhan Chen smirked after seeing how indifferent Shui Liying was acting. He knew, inwardly she was very pleased by her own actions. Her act of maligning all the men, couldn't escape the surveillance of his soul consciousness.
"Princess, are you a fool? Don't fall for this witch's lies", Zi Ningxi suddenly heard a voice inside her mind. She rubbed her eyes and looked towards Zhan Chen with disbelief on her face. Zhan Chen was wearing the same attitude as he didn't turn to look at Zi Ningxi.
Zi Ningxi didn't look at him anymore as she calmed down gradually. Even, she herself stretched her actions a little so that her master wouldn't find out about Zhan Chen's abilities. "Senior, actions speak louder than words. I don't have any need for rest. We can start right away or any time you seems fit", Zhan Chen replied.
"Let's go to my Serene bamboo peak", Shui Liying proposed. Zhan Chen nodded his head and the flying boat flew rapidly towards a distant mountain.
