"You are going inside the Serpent moon sect alone?", Qian Shanni looked towards Zhan Chen with disbelief in her eyes.
"Lin Xintong has already left. I will follow her footsteps and reach her location. I will try to rescue them on my own but if anything happens, then I urge seniors to hold the experts of the Serpent moon sect for a while", Zhan Chen spoke.
Chi Sheng nodded his head and Zhan Chen moved towards the Serpent moon sect without waiting for the response of fire demon and Qian Shanni.
"What a marvelous movement technique!", Fire demon spoke as he looked towards the fading figure of Zhan Chen.
"Fire demon, are you interested in his movement technique?", Chi Sheng looked towards the Fire demon.
"Who said I am interested?", Fire demon tried to hide the greedy look on his face.

The outermist locations of the Serpent moon sect was vast and it couldn't post any challange for Zhan Chen's skills.

"That is great", Lin Xintong tried to hide the teardrops coming from her eyes. Li Xuan also felt a little emotional after seeing her mother like this.
They talked with eachother for a while when Lin Xintong suddenly stopped talking. A smile appeared on her pretty face as she felt something. "Young master Chen is here", she murmured happily.
A curious look appeared on Li Xuan 's face after hearing her mother's murmuring. She wanted to see what her great saviour looked like.
She didn't have to wait for a longer period as Zhan Chen's figure appeared inside their cultivation cave after a while. So young!", Li Xuan blurted out with surprise in her eyes.
"Miss, congratulation on your recovery", Zhan Chen offered a smile to the pretty daughter of Lin Xintong.

"Our cave has a formation protecting it. How did you enter without alerting us?", Li Xuan looked towards Zhan Chen with curiousity in her eyes.
"Miss, it is only an earth grade formation. This is not sufficient to keep me away", Zhan Chen replied.
"Only an earth grade formation!", Li Xuan looked towards Zhan Chen with a dumbfounded look on her face.
"Where is your father?", Zhan Chen asked Lin Xintong.
"His cultivation cave is adjacent to us but I couldn't contact him because the entrance to his cave is locked from inside", Lin Xintong replied with a worried look on her face.
"Don't worry. I will handle it", Zhan Chen spoke to her gently.
Lin Xuan could see that there was something between her mother and Zhan Chen but she couldn't tell what was going on exactly between both of them. As for the possibility of a romantic relationship, that was something out of her consideration because the age of her mother and Zhan Chen was simply incompatible with eachother.

"Senior, I am here on your daughter's behalf. You can find out my purpose after talking with your daughter", Zhan Chen replied.
"Fine, let's see what Xin'er has to say", he spoke and came out of his cave alongwith Zhan Chen.

"Grandpa", two voices immediately greeted the old man after he entered the cave of Lin Xintong.
"Xuan'er!", the old man stood surprised after seeing Lin Xuan okay.
"Grandpa", Lin Xuan smiled towards her grandfather after seeing him looking towards her.
Lin Xintong explained all the matters regarding Zhan Chen to her father. A look of gratitude appeared on the old man's face after she heard his daughter's explanation.
