A vicious grin appeared on Ma Shuo's face as he approached Zhan Chen with long strides. Then he swung his heavy swords towards Zhan Chen after reaching near him.
Zhan Chen was preparing to dodge when he felt something. The swords of Ma Shuo froze in midair before landing on Zhan Chen's body.
"Commander, back away. Let me handle this matter from now on", a tranquil voice came from the sky.
It was the driver of the silver chariot who chose to appear in the sky and stopped the fight between Ma Shuo and Zhan Chen.
"Yes senior", Ma Shuo tried his best to calm his anger and left after bowing towards the driver of the silver chariot.
"Little friend, sorry for the inconveniences. I hope you will not hold it against us", the old expert spoke to Zhan Chen.
"Senior, it is not your fault", Zhan Chen replied.
"Are you going to the cloud province?", the old chariot driver asked Zhan Chen.

The old chariot driver sent a mental message to him before leaving towards the chariot. The soldiers arranged themselves as usual and took away the body of the fallen soldiers along with them.
"We should also move. Drive the carriage", Zhan Chen spoke to the beast carriage driver. The magical beast carriage started rolling after he entered inside.

Their conversation didn't last long because the beast carriage stopped after reaching their destination. A three storied building appeared infront of their eyes after they got off from the magical beast carriage.
There was a wooden plank at the entrance of the building where the word 'Spring drizzle inn' was written. Zhan Chen handed over a few spirit crystals to the beast carriage owner and led the girls inside the Spring drizzle inn.
He spread his soul consciousness to the surrounding and a smile appeared on his face. "So, she is staying in the first floor", he thought to himself.
"Give us five of your best rooms in the second floor", Zhan Chen spoke to the caretaker of the Spring drizzle inn.
"Young man, it is seventy spirit crystals for each room. Have you brought the amount with you?", the midaged caretaker looked towards Zhan Chen.
Zhan Chen took out five rectangular shaped stones from his spatial ring and handed it over to the midaged caretaker.
"Young man, are you paying with spirit stones?", the midaged caretaker looked towards Zhan Chen with astonishment in her eyes. Zhan Chen nodded his head and calmly looked towards the midaged woman infront of him.
"Come with me. I will bring you to the best rooms available in our inn", the midaged caretaker spoke.
"Rooms are good but they are so expensive", Li Shu spoke after checking out her new room.
Spirit crystals were scarce back in their clan. As for the spirit stones, Li Shu had never received any in her lifetime. So, after seeing Zhan Chen using spirit stones for their staying, a sour feeling appeared in her heart.
"Why are you complaining about spirit stones? It will have no value for you after you reach the rank of grandmaster ", Zhan Chen spoke.
"But, I am only a master weapon smith now", Li Shu replied.
"You have the talent. You only have to practice some more and you can become a grand master", Zhan Chen spoke.
He settled the three girls inside their rooms. Then walked towards the first floor.
'Knock, knock', Zhan Chen went over and knocked the door of a corner room. The door opened up after sometime and a mature beauty appeared infront of his eyes.
"Madam Lin, we meet again", Zhan Chen smiled towards the mature beauty standing infront of him.
The beauty infront of him was Lin Xintong whom he met inside the Redwood forest. He had promised to concoct a pill for her daughter. So, he was here to fulfill his end of bargain.
"Please, come inside", Lin Xintong spoke and opened the door wide as an inviting gesture to Zhan Chen.
"Have you brought the ingredients?", Zhan Chen looked towards Lin Xintong.
"I have brought them but are you sure that you can concoct the Core rebirth pill?", Lin Xintong looked towards Zhan Chen.
Zhan Chen didn't reply to her but took out a square shaped token. He pushed the token towards Lin Xintong.
"Purple token! You have tested yourself as a grand master?", she looked towards Zhan Chen with astonishment in her eyes.
"Yes, in the Yellow stone city branch of the Alchemy association", Zhan Chen replied.
"Shall we start?", he looked towards Lin Xintong. Lin Xintong took out the ingredients she had gathered for her daughter carefully.
"Check the ingredients", she spoke to Zhan Chen. "No need to check. The materials are sufficient for two Core rebirth pills", Zhan Chen spoke.
"I have brought an extra portion incase there is a failure", Lin Xintong spoke.
"You are really careful. Looks like you love your daughter very much", Zhan Chen spoke.
He started to arrange the ingredients carefully. Then he took out the pill furnace and started the process of concoction.
He opened up the lid and threw the ingredients inside the the pill furnace one by one. Pure medicinal essence came out from the ingredients and Zhan Chen collected them inside the jade bottles.
It took him only half an hour before he was finished with all the ingredients that Lin Xintong had brought.
"How is this possible!", Lin Xintong exclaimed from the side as she witnessed the godly skill of Zhan Chen.
