The door to the room was cordoned off with police tape, and Song Sisi led Qin Feng inside.
As soon as they entered, a middle-aged man in uniform came over. He was Captain Jiang Yan, ranking several levels above Song Sisi, a junior captain.
Staring at Qin Feng with an eagle-like gaze, Captain Jiang asked coldly, "Who’s this? Is he part of the Patrol Team?"
"Captain Jiang, his name is Qin Feng. I invited him to help with the investigation," Song Sisi hastily explained.
"I asked you, is he part of the Patrol Team?"
"No."
"If he’s not part of the Patrol Team, why did you bring him here?"
