Chapter 534: Chapter 534 Arrogant Head Hangs Low
Our eyes locked, and even though I usually pushed forward no matter what, I felt completely overwhelmed right now.
Every time I faced Mabel Sean, I turned into a kid again.
I pulled Mabel closer, fighting down my emotions hard, and managed to say as calmly as I could, "I’m okay. God, it’s so good to see you."
"Me too," Mabel whispered back.
The sudden turn of events left everyone watching completely stunned.
Did Mabel and I... actually have real feelings for each other?
Up on the second floor, Vance Johansson’s face went sickly green with rage, his hands balled into fists!
And Klein Johansson looked even more pissed off!
This was the Johansson family getting humiliated in front of a crowd!
"Break them up," Logan Sean said coldly.
Right away, people started moving toward us.
Mabel shot them one cold look, and they stopped dead in their tracks.
"Whatever happens, your safety comes first. Look after yourself," Mabel stood on her toes and gently touched my head.
For a second, I almost lost it completely.
I took a deep breath and clenched my fists, saying, "Mabel, wait for me. Today, I’m getting you out of Capital City."
"Okay, I’ll wait," Mabel said, dead serious.
"Miss Sean," Sean family members rushed up to Mabel.
Mabel gave me one last reluctant look, then let the two guys escort her slowly into the villa.
I watched Mabel’s figure disappear, my heart aching with longing.
All the want I’d been holding back just exploded!
"Vance Johansson!"
I roared, sending a terrifying wave of Inner Strength straight at Vance!
Vance fired back coldly, "Mason Raymond, you’re a damn bastard!"
"You’re the one who needs to die," I snarled through gritted teeth.
Logan Sean snapped coldly, "Mason Raymond, what gives you the right to stick your nose in Sean family business?"
"Logan Sean, you deserve to die even more," I shot back, teeth grinding.
"You dressed-up animals, you’ll do anything for money."
"Mabel doesn’t even like Vance, and you know it!"
"Why are you forcing Mabel and Vance together! You’ve got enough money already, why can’t you stop being so damn greedy?"
When Logan Sean heard this, he slammed the table and jumped up!
He pointed right at me and yelled, "What garbage are you spewing?!"
"You know exactly what I’m saying! You two-faced piece of shit!" I cursed at the top of my lungs.
In front of all these people, Logan Sean got torn apart by me and couldn’t save face.
"Mason Raymond, that’s enough," Soren Sean, sitting next to Logan, coughed.
I looked at Soren and sneered, "Soren Sean, I thought you were decent, but you’re just a coward!"
"When we first met, you kept going on about wanting what’s best for Mabel."
"What happened to all that? Did you just sit there while Logan Sean threw your daughter into hell? Do you even deserve to call yourself a father?"
Soren Sean’s face changed, and he snapped, "Mason Raymond, why are you acting like a rabid dog, attacking everyone you see?"
"Am I wrong?" I sneered.
"You let Logan Sean use Mabel like a tool. You’re not worthy of being a father."
"You know Jerry Sean’s alive, but you won’t say a word. You’re a failure as a son too."
"If you weren’t Mabel’s father, I would’ve cursed you out ages ago! You ignore every insult thrown at you and stick your face out for more. Are you just that pathetic?"
The whole place went dead quiet.
*Gulp*
Someone swallowed hard, but nobody knew who.
"Is what this Mason Raymond is saying true?"
"He said Jerry Sean isn’t dead? What’s he talking about?"
"This Mason Raymond really has a sharp tongue. Going up against a big family like the Taylors without any fear. Guy’s got guts."
From upstairs, Logan Sean said coldly, "You’re just talking nonsense. Sean family business is none of your concern."
"I’m telling you now, Mabel will definitely marry Vance! You can’t stop it, and you won’t change our decision!"
I smirked, "I don’t plan on changing your minds. I just need to kill Vance."
"Arrogant!" Vance couldn’t take it anymore!
He stepped forward, energy building inside him, and it burst out!
"Mason Raymond, this isn’t the place for your crazy talk!" Vance said coldly.
"Kill me? With your skills? Crushing you would be like stepping on a bug!"
"Come on, let’s see you try!" My energy exploded at that moment too!
When these two forces hit each other, they created a whirlwind right away!
People around us had to back off, dragging their tables with them. Nobody wanted to get caught in the middle!
A big open space cleared in the center.
Big fight, about to go down!
Right then, a car pulled up.
It had ’Capital City Martial Arts Association’ written in bold letters!
The second the car stopped, a bunch of reporters with cameras got out.
"Finally, they’re here," Vance let out a deep breath.
He glared at me coldly and said, "Mason Raymond, your time’s up."
I clenched my fists and replied, "Can’t wait to see your arrogant head hang low."
"Really?" Vance squinted and then sneered, "I stepped on you once, and I can step on you a thousand times!"
The words were clearly him throwing our last fight in my face.
I sneered, "Vance, you’re gonna regret not finishing me off back then."
After saying this, I looked up at one specific window in the villa.
In the window, Mabel was watching everything unfold.
I flashed a confident smile toward the window.
Vance obviously noticed and followed my gaze to the window. His face went dark immediately.
"Mason Raymond, I’m gonna crush you right in front of Mabel!" Vance said coldly.
"I’ll show her how terrible her taste is!"
With Vance’s roar, his energy burst out, and he threw a punch straight at me!
"Come on, let’s see what you’ve got, you spoiled rich boy!" I roared back!
Golden light covered me, and my fierce fist met his head-on!
