Chapter 533: Chapter 533 She Said Let Him Go

My voice carried a bone-chilling coldness, like winter’s harshest wind cutting through the air.

Yet my words didn’t frighten the crowd; instead, they erupted in laughter.

"What arrogance! You think you’re threatening us?"

"Sparing no one? Do you have any clue who we are? Do you understand the consequences if even one of us dies?"

"Unbelievable arrogance! You killed Jerry Sean and now you dare storm into the Sean family home to make threats—you have no idea what death looks like!"

My words stirred everyone’s rage, and it felt like the entire crowd had marked me as their enemy.

I didn’t give a damn, since I was never part of their world anyway. Why would I need their approval?

After everything I’d been through, I’d figured it out long ago.

Right and wrong meant nothing; it all came down to who benefits.

I turned to find somewhere to sit.

That’s when I spotted the Lord of Medicine God Pavilion sitting close by.

I froze, then immediately headed over.

"Lord Pavilion Master, what brings you here?" I asked, genuinely surprised.

The Pavilion Master replied coolly, "You’re an elder of my Divine Alchemist Pavilion, so naturally, I had to come."

His words sounded simple enough, but they packed a serious punch.

Clearly, the Pavilion Master planned to stand behind me.

This gesture hit me right in the heart.

"Lord Pavilion Master, I..."

"No need for thanks," the Pavilion Master cut me off.

I nodded hard, and once again, his kindness made me think of him as family.

Sitting there, I could sense countless murderous intentions aimed at me from the darkness.

"Plenty of people want me dead today," I said coldly, taking a sip of tea.

The Pavilion Master warned, "Better stay alert; you’re up against two major families from the Capital City."

I nodded. "I get it, Lord Pavilion Master."

Time crawled by, and ever since I’d arrived, the mood had gotten weird.

Even the seats around me and the Pavilion Master stayed empty; nobody wanted to get close.

"A backstabbing bastard like you has some nerve sitting there," someone hissed from the shadows.

"Jerry Sean treated you well, but you pulled something disgusting. If you get a happy ending, there’s no justice left in this world."

I ignored their taunts.

I quietly drank my tea and murmured, "The truth will come out eventually."

Minutes ticked by, and soon it was eleven-thirty in the morning.

I sat there with my eyes half-closed, showing no trace of fear.

Then suddenly,

I felt an incredibly familiar presence!

I snapped my eyes open, staring at the Bentley slowly pulling up to the entrance!

The car was decorated with red flowers, and when the door swung open, Mabel Sean stepped out in her wedding dress!

"Mabel!"

I shot to my feet!

Mabel Sean’s gaze found me too.

"Mason Raymond..." She whispered my name, and a faint smile crossed her face without her realizing it.

I ignored everything else and marched straight toward Mabel Sean.

"Mason Raymond, don’t do anything rash," the Pavilion Master said with a frown.

But I wasn’t listening, and I kept walking toward Mabel Sean.

"What do you think you’re doing?"

Two half-step Martial Marquises immediately stepped into my path.

"What, planning to steal the bride in broad daylight?" they said icily.

"Get lost!"

I roared, and my power exploded outward!

Both half-step Martial Marquises were instantly forced backward!

"Stop him!"

From above, Klein Johansson yelled!

In an instant, countless fighters on the scene rose up and blocked my way!

At a glance, more than ten martial artists stood in my path!

Among them were Grandmasters, half-step Martial Marquises, and even a Martial Marquis!

I coldly swept my gaze over the crowd and said each word clearly, "I told you to get out of my way."

"Mason Raymond, this wasn’t our fight originally, but you’re too cocky; we can’t stomach it anymore."

"Exactly, Miss Sean and Mr. Johansson are meant for each other. You’re butting in—aren’t you ashamed?"

"If you dare take another step, don’t blame us for what happens next!"

I glared at everyone and repeated each word, "I told you to get out of my way!"

As I spoke, golden light erupted from my body. Terrifying pressure rolled forward!

Feeling my aura, their expressions shifted!

This presence was too overwhelming!

Was this really the aura of a half-step Martial Marquis?

"Mason Raymond, do you actually think you’re untouchable?" The Martial Marquis stepped forward and said indifferently.

This man’s surname was White, known to everyone as Alonzo White.

Alonzo White’s strength was incredibly formidable, and he wasn’t intimidated by me at all.

But I wasn’t scared of him either, even knowing I wasn’t his match.

"Get lost!" I roared, and Golden Light surged up, targeting Alonzo White directly!

Alonzo White sneered, "You’re asking for death!"

He swung his palm and met my fist head-on!

After all, Alonzo White was a seasoned Martial Marquis, far beyond my level.

With that palm strike, I staggered back several steps, my fists throbbing with pain!

Alonzo White didn’t ease up; he seized me, and his crushing power slammed me to the ground!

"Foolish brat, you dare attack a Martial Marquis?" Alonzo White said coldly.

The people around shouted, "Alonzo White, teach him a proper lesson! Knock that arrogance out of him!"

"Alonzo White, you can’t go easy on this punk."

I clenched my teeth, pushing all my spiritual power. Massive force suddenly burst forth!

Even Alonzo White’s face changed momentarily, as he felt his palm stinging, like he couldn’t maintain his grip!

"Slap!"

At that moment, a sharp slap rang throughout the scene!

Looking up, Mabel Sean was already standing in front of me.

Her strength wasn’t much, but it connected solidly with Alonzo White’s face.

"Let him go," Mabel Sean said coldly.

Alonzo White opened his mouth to respond, "Miss Sean, I..."

"I said let him go!" Mabel Sean didn’t hesitate and delivered another crisp slap to Alonzo White’s face!

Alonzo White could only grit his teeth and reluctantly release me.

Even though Mabel Sean was Miss Sean, Alonzo White had no choice but to endure it.

"Mason Raymond, are you alright?" Mabel Sean gently helped me to my feet.

The icy expression she’d just worn melted into a warm smile like spring sunshine.
