Chapter 451: Chapter 451 Breaking The King
Walking through the Ebony family’s sprawling estate felt like wandering through an ancient wilderness.
I glanced at the villa positioned at the center and murmured, "That must be where Joey Ebony lives."
With that thought, I headed straight for the building.
The entire structure resembled a fortress, and honestly, it was even more extravagant and showy than the Sean family’s place.
I pushed open the massive five-meter gate, and the first thing I saw was an endless hallway.
A golden throne sat at the corridor’s end, radiating pure luxury.
Seeing this, I couldn’t help but smirk. "Guy really thinks he’s royalty."
I walked through the main hall and stepped into another room.
The moment I opened the door, I witnessed something incredible.
A Siberian tiger was caged inside!
Heavy chains bound the beast’s neck, and brutal scars covered its body like someone had tortured it repeatedly.
The second I entered, the tiger leaped up and let out a furious roar.
The sound was bone-chilling and thunderous, but I didn’t even flinch.
After everything I’d been through, I knew wild animals weren’t the real danger—it was the calculating humans you had to watch out for.
I approached the tiger and placed my hand on its massive head.
My overwhelming strength immediately froze the beast in place!
The killing intent radiating from my body instantly turned the fierce predator docile as a house cat.
"Easy there." I patted its head, then chopped through the chain with my bare hand.
The metal snapped clean, and the tiger was free.
"Go back where you belong." I gave it another gentle pat and smiled.
The tiger seemed to understand my words, bowed its head to me, then crashed through the window and escaped.
——
Outside, Joey Ebony and his crew had just returned.
Spotting the fleeing tiger, Joey Ebony’s face darkened.
"Mason Raymond freed my pet without asking!" Joey clenched his fists, fury written all over his features.
"You—go recapture that tiger." Joey pointed at one of his Grandmasters.
"Yes, Mr. Ebony." The man immediately gave chase.
Staring at his villa, Joey drew a deep breath and said icily, "Mr. Greer told us to keep him busy for three days. Whatever he does during that time, we go along with it."
"Understood." The others nodded.
Then Joey entered his home.
Walking into the main hall, he found me casually sipping water like nothing had happened.
A curvaceous woman lay unconscious in my arms.
"Mr. Raymond, when did you get here?" Joey forced down his rage and approached with fake friendliness.
I looked at Joey and said flatly, "You know exactly why I’m here."
"How would I know what you want?" Joey laughed loudly.
His attitude caught me off guard.
I gestured to Zendaya Andrew in my arms. "Zendaya’s been out cold for days. Do you know how to wake her?"
Joey scratched his head. "I honestly have no clue..."
I narrowed my eyes and stared him down.
From his tone, he didn’t seem to be lying.
"Looks like I’ll have to track down Walton Greer." I thought to myself.
But Walton Greer was an enigma, and I couldn’t afford to make careless moves.
That’s why I’d come to Summers first.
"Mr. Raymond, haven’t you eaten?" Joey Ebony seemed to remember something.
He spun around and shouted, "Why isn’t dinner ready yet! Give Mr. Raymond something special to try!"
Watching Joey Ebony’s behavior, I couldn’t help but sneer. "Acting so nice? That’s not your style."
"Ah, past misunderstandings... Better to have another friend than another enemy," Joey Ebony said, barely containing his anger.
I stayed quiet.
I studied Joey Ebony carefully and sneered internally.
"I get it now." I seemed to figure something out.
I thought for a moment, then suddenly grabbed my water glass and threw the contents at Joey Ebony’s face.
The boiling water splashed across Joey Ebony’s features.
Rage flashed across Joey Ebony’s face instantly!
But he quickly forced it down.
"Haha, Mr. Raymond, what’s that about?" Joey Ebony’s words came with twitching mouth corners, clearly fighting to control his fury.
"Just as I thought." I realized.
I narrowed my eyes, considered for a second, then suddenly slapped Joey Ebony across the face.
The blow wasn’t hard, but it was completely degrading!
Joey Ebony’s body trembled slightly, his expression nearly contorting with rage.
"Mr... Mr. Raymond, what are you doing?" Joey Ebony practically ground the words through his teeth.
I raised an eyebrow. "You can handle that? How about... this!"
As soon as I finished speaking, I spat a thick wad of saliva right onto Joey Ebony’s face.
"You!" Joey Ebony’s fists clenched immediately! His murderous aura exploded even stronger!
But soon, Walton Greer’s instructions echoed in Joey Ebony’s mind.
He gritted his teeth, wiped the spit from his face, and said with a shaking voice, "Mr. Raymond, you... you shouldn’t go too far..."
"Too far?" I slowly got to my feet.
I made a fist and punched Joey Ebony square in the face with a solid thunk!
Joey Ebony stumbled backward several steps and crashed onto his rear.
My punch broke his nose, blood streaming steadily.
This completely set Joey Ebony off!
He scrambled up, screaming furiously, "Mason Raymond! Don’t think I’m scared of you!"
I sneered. "You put up with all that—what exactly are you hiding?"
Joey Ebony’s expression shifted, and he said coldly, "I don’t... know what you mean!"
I didn’t feel like wasting more breath on Joey Ebony, and said indifferently, "With your abilities, Joey Ebony, reaching Grandmaster level should be nearly impossible in this lifetime, yet you’ve not only hit Peak Grandmaster but also trained multiple other Grandmasters..."
"Tell me, what kind of treasure does your Ebony family have? Hand it over, and I’ll let you live."
Joey Ebony’s face instantly turned dark as thunder.
He glared coldly at me and said, "Like I said, I don’t know what you’re talking about."
"Don’t know? Then you die." I narrowed my eyes and lunged at Joey Ebony!
Joey Ebony finally snapped and roared, "Mason Raymond, you’ve crossed the line! You think I’m some pushover? Die!"
As he spoke, Joey Ebony’s muscles bulged instantly, and he threw a vicious punch!
