Chapter 408: Chapter 408 Touching The Untouchable

I didn’t give a damn about anyone’s status.

If someone crossed me, we were all equal in my book.

I looked at Mya Winona, frowning. "Who hit you?"

Mya stuttered, "No...nobody, I got hurt by bumping into something."

Ice-cold fury flashed through me. I waved my hand, and my terrifying aura instantly lifted the suppression on Victor Green and Mya.

The moment they could move again, Victor and Mya scrambled up from the ground.

"You two, come in with me," I said coldly.

Victor grabbed my arm. "Mr. Raymond, please be careful."

I nodded, then strode into the house.

The second I walked in, I saw a woman in high heels standing there, radiating an air of nobility.

When she spotted me, Zaria Buchanan said coolly, "So you’re Mason Raymond?"

I didn’t speak. My eyes, burning with murderous intent, locked onto Zaria.

Acting like she owned the place, Zaria said indifferently, "Sit down."

I didn’t respond. Instead, I asked, "Are you the one who made them kneel at the door?"

The question threw Zaria off.

As the respected Lady of the Sean family, she was personally visiting, and my attention was on two nobodies?

Zaria looked me up and down. "You’re definitely different from ordinary people."

"Answer my question," I demanded.

Those words clearly pissed Zaria off.

She stared at me coldly. "Do you know who I am?"

"Whoever you are, what’s it to me?" I shot back coldly.

"What gives you the right to make them kneel at the door?"

"How dare you speak to me like that! You’re audacious!" a Grandmaster standing beside Zaria scolded.

I glanced at him and slapped him across the face.

The slap shattered the bodyguard’s facial bones, and his aura quickly faded.

Zaria’s face turned ugly, intense killing intent flashing in her eyes.

"Not a single person has ever dared to disrespect me like this since I married into the Sean family! You’ve truly surprised me!" Zaria said coldly.

I sneered. "Really? The real surprise is yet to come."

With that, I strode toward Zaria.

"Were you the one who injured Mya’s face?" I asked, my expression ice-cold.

Hearing this, Zaria exploded. "Mason Raymond, don’t push it too far! What’s wrong with hitting two watchdogs?"

"Watchdogs?" I sneered.

"Let me show you what happens when you hit someone."

I raised my hand and slapped Zaria across the face.

The sharp sound echoed through the room.

A clear handprint appeared on Zaria’s face.

"You...you dare hit me?! Do you know who I am?" Zaria’s eyes filled with disbelief.

No one had ever dared to lay a hand on her, the wife of the Sean family’s leader.

"Of course I know." I sneered.

"You’re a dog kept by the rich, a whore in Capital City’s high society, and a despicable beast who abuses power," I mocked.

"You...you..." Zaria was so furious she couldn’t get words out.

"Oh, right, you’re also a vicious, ugly hag," I added.

Zaria was about to lose her mind with rage!

She’d thought her appearance would scare me senseless. 𝓯𝙧𝓮𝓮𝒘𝓮𝙗𝙣𝒐𝒗𝒆𝓵.𝓬𝓸𝒎

But she never expected that I wouldn’t give a damn about her, and would even insult her!

"Mason Raymond, I won’t let you get away with this!" Zaria gritted her teeth.

I sneered. "Fine then, I’ll be waiting."

Zaria had clearly underestimated me.

She couldn’t help but remember what Sammy Sean had said.

This guy was arrogant and unruly.

"Mason Raymond, I will always remember this slap! We’ll see!" Zaria gritted her teeth.

After dropping that line, Zaria angrily stormed out in her high heels.

As she left, I called out, "No need to see you off. Next time you come, don’t bring such trash."

——

Zaria didn’t say a word and crawled into the car.

The moment she got in, Zaria yelled, "Mason Raymond dared to hit me! I want to kill him, I want to kill him!"

"Madam, please...please calm down," the bodyguard beside her whispered.

"Useless! A bunch of useless people!" Zaria roared.

The bodyguard sat beside her, not daring to utter a word.

Zaria’s slap wasn’t a small matter.

If word got out, it would likely shock all of Pyro!

"Drive, back to Capital City," Zaria ordered coldly.

"Yes, madam," the bodyguard didn’t dare say more.

The car headed straight back to Capital City.

As soon as Zaria returned home, she saw Logan Sean sitting coldly on the sofa.

"Master..."

Seeing Logan, Zaria put on a wronged act.

Logan stared at Zaria coldly. "Who told you to go to Chuzzle?"

Zaria opened her mouth and said quietly, "I just wanted to stand up for the Sean family, to share your burdens."

"Share my burdens?" Logan looked at Zaria coldly.

"Didn’t I tell you not to meddle in the Sean family’s affairs?"

Zaria opened her mouth, putting on a grieved expression. "I saw how exhausted you’ve been lately, and I just couldn’t stand it..."

"Hmph!" Logan snorted.

"Zaria, don’t think I don’t know your little schemes."

Zaria sat quietly, not daring to speak.

Though Zaria was just a woman, her ambition was massive.

Managing to climb the Sean family tree was thanks to her cunning.

So Logan stayed wary of her.

"Tell me, how did you share my burdens?" Logan changed the subject, asking indifferently.

Zaria gritted her teeth. "That Mason Raymond is completely lawless! He doesn’t give a damn about our Sean family at all!"

"Get to the point," Logan sipped his tea indifferently.

Zaria touched her face, tears in her eyes. "That Mason Raymond...he actually dared to hit me!"
