Chapter 353: Chapter 353 - Kidnapped
Kendrick’s brow creased slightly, like he was actually scared of something.
"Come on, what’s the holdup? Do I really have to drag Uncle Ivan into something this small?" Brandon Nick snapped impatiently from beside him.
That shut Kendrick up real quick.
This was North Province Island, after all, and Ivan Abel ruled this place with an iron fist!
So without thinking twice, Kendrick figured if things went south, Brandon Nick would have his back.
Kendrick threw his hand up and barked: "Round them all up!"
Several guys stepped forward right away.
That’s when I shot in front of Jerry Sean, letting my aura blast out strong. I stared them all down cold and said, "Let’s see who’s brave enough to take another step."
"A Grandmaster?" Kendrick cocked an eyebrow when he felt my energy.
A Grandmaster like that was nothing special at all!
It actually put Kendrick at ease, because if Jerry Sean was some big shot who couldn’t be messed with, his bodyguard wouldn’t just be some Grandmaster.
"Whoosh!"
Right then, everyone else let their auras rip too!
Grandmasters!
Five Grandmasters total!
"Just one Grandmaster, and you think you can act all tough?" Kendrick laughed mockingly.
I squinted and said, "Why don’t you try me and find out."
As I spoke, a soft golden glow started flickering around my body.
But just as I was about to make my move, Jerry Sean signaled for me not to do anything crazy.
Jerry walked up to Kendrick with his hands behind his back and said casually, "Kid, you sure you don’t want to call Ivan Abel over here?"
"Who do you think you are, thinking you can meet my uncle?" Brandon Nick yelled angrily from the side.
"Ha, good, real good." Jerry Sean chuckled while stroking his beard.
"I’ll come with you. I want to see what you can actually do to us," Jerry Sean said lightly.
Kendrick snorted and said, "Fine, let’s go then!"
Even though I was pissed off, I still went along with what Jerry Sean wanted and got in the car with him.
The car took off fast and soon we pulled up at some small warehouse on the edge of North Province Island.
"Lock them up first! Break their spirit!" Brandon Nick said with a cold snort.
Kendrick nodded and waved his hand, "Get them inside! Take their phones!"
"Yes, sir!"
Several people grabbed our phones before shoving us into the warehouse.
The warehouse door closed slowly.
They tied ropes around all of us.
With a loud rumbling noise, the big door slammed shut.
The warehouse went pitch black, and silence wrapped around us.
Except for the occasional sound of waves, there was barely any noise.
I quickly looked over at Mabel Sean and asked worriedly, "Mabel, are you okay?"
Mabel laughed, "What could happen to me? They’re the ones in trouble."
I asked, kind of confused, "Jerry, I don’t get it. Why didn’t you let me fight back there?"
"Like I’d be worried about those five Grandmasters."
But Jerry Sean shook his head, "This is their turf, after all. You can beat five Grandmasters, but what about ten? It’s not worth getting hurt over something this small."
I frowned, "So what do we do now?"
"Wait for someone to come rescue us," Jerry Sean said casually.
"But... we don’t even have our phones. Who’s going to know we got locked up?..." I said with a bitter smile.
Mabel, who was next to me, said, "Don’t worry. As long as we don’t come home by nighttime, my father will check the security cameras right away."
Seeing that, I didn’t say anything else.
I sighed quietly, not expecting something like this to happen.
As time passed, I sat cross-legged and started meditating.
The qi on North Province Island was pretty thick, and I didn’t want to waste it. I used this time to absorb the energy around me.
Time flew by, and the sky slowly got darker.

Meanwhile, Logan Sean and his brothers had all gotten back to the Sean family estate.
When he walked in, Logan couldn’t help but frown.
Usually at this time, Jerry Sean would be sitting at the dinner table, waiting quietly.
But today the whole Sean family estate seemed strangely quiet.
"Where’s my father?" Logan glanced at the maid and asked.
The maid said quickly, "Miss Sean took the Master to North Province Island this morning."
"North Province Island?" Logan frowned.
He checked his watch and said, "What time is it now, and they’re still not back?"
Soren Sean couldn’t help but say, "That’s weird. No matter where my father goes, he always comes back by now."
Logan nodded, pulled out his phone, and called Jerry Sean’s number.
But the person who answered wasn’t Jerry Sean - it was some really impatient voice.
"Who are you? And why do you have my father’s phone?" Logan asked coldly.
Brandon Nick on the other end sneered, "Oh, so that old geezer is your dad?"
"Old geezer?" Logan felt his head start pounding with rage.
Brandon Nick sneered, "Kid, your father screwed up, and now I’m going to teach him a little lesson."
"Keep him locked up for three days, I guess. In three days, you come to North Province Island, apologize and pick him up."
After saying that, Brandon Nick hung up.
Logan’s face turned ice cold, and his fists clenched tight.
"Interesting, real interesting." Logan was so mad he started laughing.
"Just some lousy North Province Island dares to lock up my father and wants me to apologize and pick him up! Ha, are these people out of their minds?" Logan smashed his phone on the ground and roared furiously.
"Big brother, what happened?" The other three brothers rushed up and asked.
Logan didn’t answer, but shouted angrily, "Yarrow, get your butt over here!"
As soon as he said that, a middle-aged man stepped out from the shadows.
He bowed and said, "Mr. Tenny."
Logan raised his hand and slapped Yarrow across the face!
"How did you protect my father? You didn’t even know he got kidnapped?" Logan said through gritted teeth.
Hearing this, Yarrow’s face instantly turned ugly!
He dropped to his knees with a thud and quickly explained, "Mr. Tenny, my master... he wouldn’t let me follow him..."
"Useless piece of trash." Logan took a deep breath, barely keeping his anger in check.
Clarence Sean quickly said, "Dad got kidnapped? Who’s got that kind of nerve?"
Logan glanced at him, didn’t answer the question, but said coldly, "Call everyone immediately, and follow me to North Province Island."
"Today, I’m going to crush North Province Island!" Logan said coldly.
