Chapter 345: Chapter 345 - Tables Turn
Timothy Damon rolled up his sleeves and started walking toward me after saying that.
"Hey, Timothy, drop it. Hitting a waiter will just make you look bad," Hans Seth laughed.
Then he put on a fake caring act and patted my shoulder. "Mason, we’re all old classmates. Why make this awkward? Just bow to Timothy, say sorry, and we can move on."
"Yeah, I won’t even make you get on your knees. Just bow, and we’re good," Timothy Damon said with a smug look.
I sneered. "Bow to you? Do you deserve that? I’m not petty. I moved past the old days long ago."
"But if you want to embarrass yourself, I don’t mind giving you a reality check."
Timothy Damon started laughing when he heard that.
"Did everyone hear that? He wants to give me a reality check!" Timothy Damon laughed so hard he grabbed his stomach.
Then Timothy Damon got closer and asked, "How exactly do you plan to do that?"
I was about to answer when Timothy Damon suddenly yelled angrily, "Did you forget how to take a beating?"
As he spoke, Timothy Damon tried to slap me hard!
But the slap he expected never hit my face.
Instead, I easily grabbed Timothy Damon’s wrist, and he couldn’t move it.
"Timothy, do you feel proud remembering how you used to bully people?" I asked coldly, gripping his wrist.
Timothy Damon fought to get free but couldn’t!
With a touch of fear, he said, "You... let go of my hand!"
But I ignored him. Staring coldly at Timothy Damon, I went on, "You’ve embarrassed so many students in front of everyone. Do you realize how much harm you caused them, and how long they got mocked for it?"
"Let me the hell go!" Timothy Damon didn’t care what I was saying. He glared at me like he wanted to tear me apart.
I said coldly, "People like you never learn to respect others until someone teaches you a lesson."
After saying that, I kicked Timothy Damon’s knee hard.
With a sharp crack, Timothy Damon’s knee broke, and he dropped to the ground with a thud!
A scream rang through the whole room!
The other people there looked disturbed - they never thought I’d be this aggressive!
"Some hurt never goes away until you get payback," I said coldly.
"Timothy Damon, stay on your knees and think about what you’ve done."
Timothy Damon tried to get up but found he couldn’t stand at all!
His shoulders felt like they had two massive weights on them, and his whole body felt incredibly heavy.
"Mason...Mason Raymond, let it go. We’re all classmates..." Hans Seth nearby tried to mediate.
"You like playing the nice guy, don’t you? You can kneel too." With that, I waved my hand, and a huge force pressed down on Hans’s body!
Hans Seth crashed to the floor with a bang, his knees slamming into the ground.
The people in the room looked uncomfortable, their hearts full of fear.
"Mason Raymond, you’ve lost it! I’m telling you, I won’t let you get away with this!" Timothy Damon ground his teeth.
He pulled out his phone and made a call.
Once it connected, Timothy Damon shouted, "Bro, someone’s messing with me at No.1 Restaurant, come help me!"
Timothy Damon also said darkly, "Just wait, you’ll pay for this when my big brother gets here!"
"That’s right! Our boss is Levine Real Estate’s son! He’s got a bunch of tough guys working for him! You’ll see!"
"Levine Real Estate’s son? Jovan Levine?" I asked, raising an eyebrow.
Timothy Damon sneered, "Since you know my boss’s name, you should know how powerful he is!"
I said simply, "I really don’t know how powerful he is, but I do know that when he sees me, he respectfully calls me Mr. Raymond."
"Oh, and I came to this restaurant today because he invited me to dinner."
"Hahaha! Keep making stuff up! Our boss would invite you to dinner? Who do you think you are!" Timothy Damon snarled.
"If you’ve got guts, don’t leave! When my big brother gets here, see what he does to you!"
I nodded. "I’ll wait for him."
Time passed quickly, and before I knew it, ten minutes had gone by.
Soon, the private room door opened.
Then a huge group of people rushed in!
Leading them was a guy wearing a gold chain who looked somewhat like Woods Walters.
These were the muscle Levine Innovations kept on payroll.
As soon as Timothy Damon saw the guy with the gold chain, he immediately started sucking up.
"Bro, you finally made it!" Timothy Damon shouted desperately.
He pointed at me and cursed, "Bro, this guy broke my knee! You have to get revenge for me!"
The people in the room also stirred things up, saying, "That’s right! This guy not only attacked Timothy but also disrespected Mr. Levine! You can’t let him off!"
Hearing this, the guy with the gold chain said coldly, "Kid, you’ve got nerve. What, are you some rich kid?"
It was obvious the guy with the gold chain was trying to figure me out.
This was Capital City, after all. One wrong move could anger some big shot with serious connections.
Timothy Damon saw what the guy with the gold chain was doing and quickly said, "Bro, don’t worry. This guy’s my classmate, just some loser from River City, working here as a waiter!"
Hearing this, the guy with the gold chain relaxed.
He looked at me and said, "Kid, you hit my brother. What are you gonna do about it?"
I glanced at him and sneered. "He had it coming. Get your boss to talk to me."
"Get our boss to talk to you? I think you want to die!" The guy with the gold chain got instantly mad!
Without hesitation, he waved his hand and yelled, "Boys, let’s go! Take him out!"
Everyone immediately grabbed their clubs and walked toward me.
Just as they were about to attack, Jovan Levine suddenly walked into the room.
"Everyone, stop!" Jovan Levine shouted.
When everyone saw Jovan Levine, they froze.
Timothy Damon got even more worked up and said, "Boss, you’re here! This guy insulted our company and attacked me!"
The guy with the gold chain also quickly nodded, saying, "Mr. Levine, this punk is out of line. I was just about to teach him a lesson."
"I think the one out of line is you!" Jovan Levine yelled angrily.
The guy with the gold chain was shocked. He said awkwardly, "Mr. Levine, what do you mean?"
Jovan Levine didn’t bother with the guy with the gold chain. He rushed to my side and said somewhat apologetically, "Mr. Raymond, are you okay?"
