Chapter 304: Chapter 304 - Rising Recognition

Upon hearing the elder’s words, everyone was shocked!

Such praise from the Divine Alchemist Pavilion’s elder, what a great honor?

"Young brother, here’s your Breakthrough Pill back," the elder returned the pill to me.

I took the pill, my brows slightly furrowing.

For a moment, I was somewhat confused about the situation and became even more suspicious of the Divine Alchemist Pavilion.

"Give it back!" Seeing this, the stall owner hurriedly snatched the Best Thin Armor back from the alchemist’s hand.

Then, the stall owner looked towards me with an apologetic smile and said, "Sir, I’m sorry for misunderstanding you just now. This Best Thin Armour is yours now!"

"Really?" I instantly showed a bit of joy.

The stall owner hastily nodded his head and said, "Absolutely!"

"Alright, I’ll now refine the remaining two for you," I said.

The stall owner immediately stopped me and shook his head, "Sir, no need to hurry. Refining pills by hand is too harsh. After you have successfully refined them, just give them to me."

I gratefully replied, "Thank you very much!"

As we were talking, the elder’s gaze had already turned coldly towards the alchemist.

"This is clearly a Breakthrough Pill. Why did you say it was a failed pill?" The elder coldly questioned.

The alchemist was sweating profusely and extremely nervous.

He gritted his teeth and said, "El... elder, I’m sorry, it was... my poor eyesight that made a mistake."

"Poor eyesight?" The elder immediately shouted angrily!

"The Breakthrough Pill is stored in large quantities in the Divine Alchemist Pavilion, almost one for everyone. You say you mistook it? If that’s the extent of your ability, you don’t deserve to stay in the Divine Alchemist Pavilion!" The elder said coldly.

The alchemist immediately panicked, and hastily knelt on the ground to beg for mercy, "Elder, I know I was wrong. I... I was just momentarily greedy and lied. Please forgive me this time, I beg you..."

The elder sneered, "Ruining the reputation of my Divine Alchemist Pavilion, you are even less qualified to stay."

"From now on, you are no longer an alchemist of my Divine Alchemist Pavilion. Get lost!"

"No, elder, I really know I was wrong. Please give me another chance!" The alchemist screamed in desperation.

However, the elder did not give him any chance.

The elder reached out his finger, and the token of Divine Alchemist Pavilion directly shattered.

Such a scene inevitably made people sigh with emotion.

"Young brother, I wonder if you’re interested in visiting my Divine Alchemist Pavilion?" At this moment, the elder looked at me with a smiling face.

Everybody was shocked once again!

I was actually invited by the elder of the Divine Alchemist Pavilion? What an incredible honor?

After a moment of consideration, I said, "If I have time, I will definitely visit."

The elder laughed heartily and said, "Alright, I’ll be waiting for you in the Divine Alchemist Pavilion!"

I slightly bowed my body, showing respect.

The elder didn’t stay longer, and quickly turned around to leave.

It was only after he was far away that the crowd surrounded me, praising and fawning over me.

"Mr. Raymond, my name is Dwight Maryann. If you ever need anything, just let me know!"

"I have a 300-year-old Knotweed at home! If Mr. Raymond likes it, feel free to take it!"

"Mr. Raymond, I am willing to pay seven million two hundred thousand dollars for you to treat me once!"

Seeing the frantic behavior of the crowd, I couldn’t help but sigh.

It was said that Divine Alchemist Pavilion’s status was extremely high, and today’s events indeed lived up to its reputation.

After thanking everyone one by one, I put away the Best Thin Armor and left the place with Victor Green.

"Mr. Raymond, I didn’t expect the Divine Alchemist Pavilion to actually take notice of you. You’re going to make it big in the future!" Victor said excitedly.

I forced a smile, "They just casually invited me, don’t take it too seriously."

"Casually invited? Mr. Raymond, the Divine Alchemist Pavilion has never actively invited anyone before!" Victor spoke as if it was a well-known fact.

I fell silent for a moment, my mind quickly churning thoughts. Joining the Divine Alchemist Pavilion might indeed be a good choice.

At the very least, it would grant me more resources and bring me a little closer to Vance Johansson.

"Let’s go," I didn’t continue on this topic.

Victor Green asked puzzled, "Where to?"

"To find Wallace Wills," I said coldly.

The Herbs Convention was vast, with an incredibly high number of visitors.

But finding Wallace Wills wouldn’t be difficult.

Since he was heralded as the King of Medicine, there were naturally many people who worshipped him.

Sure enough, I spotted Wallace Wills in a prominent location.

"Finally found you," I said, squinting.

Furrowing his brows, Victor Green said, "Mr. Raymond, there are quite a few people in front of his booth, including some formidable experts. Isn’t it a bit dangerous to approach him like this?"

I said calmly, "Don’t worry. I have a strategy."

Countless people were standing in front of Wallace Wills’s booth.

"Mr. Wills, I’m finally able to see you."

"Mr. Wills, I have a Divine Medicine here. Can you help me take a look at it?"

"Master Wills, how much is this herb?"

Facing the crowd’s attention, Wallace Wills displayed an arrogant attitude.

He kept his eyes slightly closed and said indifferently, "Exchange it for an equivalent herb or treasure. All others, don’t bother."

No one was mad at Wallace Wills’s arrogance. Instead, they all behaved in a humble manner.

"Master Wills, how much are these three herbs?"

At that moment, I spoke up.

Wallace Wills’s eyes shot open, and he quickly looked over.

"Mason...Mason Raymond? You’re still alive?" Wallace Wills’s face turned slightly unpleasant.

I sneered, "What, do you want me dead?"

Wallace Wills looked a little flustered, but the three herbs in my hand were all at least 500 years old—a treasure worth boasting about!

"Master Wills, have you forgotten the thing you promised me?" I squinted, my murderous aura bearing down on Wallace Wills.

Wallace Wills tried to compose himself and said, "Mason, don’t cause trouble. This is the Herbs Convention, and the Divine Alchemist Pavilion is maintaining order."

I ignored him and put the three herbs into my Spatial Magic Artifact.

Wallace Wills’s face changed, and he scolded urgently, "Mason, are you trying to rob me in broad daylight? You’re going against the rules!"

"Going against the rules?" I raised an eyebrow and sneered, "What rules have I broken? I’m just taking back my own things. Is there a problem with that?"

"You!" Wallace Wills was so angry his veins bulged out!

He gritted his teeth and said, "Mason, don’t push me. My influence here is beyond your imagination!"

"Oh? Is that so? I’m quite curious to see it," I sneered.

"You really want to do this?" Wallace Wills stood up angrily and shouted.

I sneered, "Do you think I’m kidding with you?"

"Fine, fine! You forced me to do this!" Wallace Wills shouted angrily.

Then, he looked towards three Grandmasters who were slowly approaching and said, "The three of you, please hold on! If you would be willing to help me deal with a small problem, I, Wallace Wills, will owe you a favor!"

As soon as he said this, the three Grandmasters came over immediately.

"Master Wills, what’s the problem?" the three of them asked politely.

Wallace Wills pointed at me and said through gritted teeth, "Teach him a lesson!"

The three of them looked at me right away.

But when they saw my face clearly, they were surprised and said, "Mr. Raymond, how did you end up here?"
