Chapter 558: Chapter 476: Furious Little Elephant God, Eastern Guardian Indra! (10,000 Words Mega Chapter!)_5

The Devas were taken aback in an instant.

"That sound of the elephant is so loud!" Sun God Surya murmured, "Could that be Airavata?"

At these words, Wind God Vayu furrowed his brows.

"That doesn’t sound like it to me, Airavata’s voice is very rough, this voice is too soft and tender, more like a young female elephant!"

Wind God Vayu crossed his arms and tilted his head to listen intently, analyzing.

"..."

Indra fell silent for a moment and glanced at the couple, Shiva and Parvati, beside him.

What are these fellows talking about?

They’re getting more and more preposterous!

Can’t they see there are other people here!

"Cough! Cough!"

"You don’t need to guess anymore, just look up and you’ll know!"

Indra coughed lightly with his hand, threw a sidelong glance at the group of brothers, and pointed up as he spoke.

Whoosh!

The Devas all looked up at once.

The next moment, within their gaze, they saw the silhouette of an elephant immersed in a sky of crimson, its trunk flailing about like a destructive Asura, shattering planets and dimming the stars.

It was indeed—Vinayaka!

Wind God Vayu was immediately stunned, swallowing hard.

"He is..."

Before Vayu could finish, someone abruptly chimed in.

"That’s right!"

"My little son!"

Parvati clasped her hands at her waist, her eyes playfully fixating on the Devas.

"..."

The Devas instantly felt a chill.

Wind God Vayu panicked, quickly covering his mouth.

If only he had known, he would not have mentioned the young female elephant!

"We are here!"

"With a special mission!"

At this moment, Indra stepped forward, walked in front of the Devas, spread his arms, and his booming voice suddenly attracted everyone’s attention.

"You’ve seen it too!"

"Vinayaka is out of control due to the influence of Sindura’s power!"

"Next, let’s hold a universal worship to consecrate him!"

Indra spread his hands, smiling as he spoke.

"!!!"

The Devas looked at each other.

"On what grounds?"

"This chap has barely been born for a few days and hasn’t received a blessing; just because he is the Son of Mahadeva, does that mean he should become a Deva? He is not Kashigyakya."

Sun God Surya looked left and right, telepathically communicating with Indra.

Indra’s eyes twinkled.

"If we don’t act soon!"

"He will be the next one to attack the Heavenly Realm!"

Indra’s expression remained unchanged as he quickly sent his thoughts back telepathically.

"..."

Sun God Surya fell silent.

He turned his head toward the other Devas and said, "Let’s just proceed with the Fire Sacrifice!"

Indra walked in front of the gods.

He turned into a divine blue light, flickering with lightning and thunder, and in an instant flew out of Kailash, heading towards the stars where Vinayaka was located.

Whoosh!

Following Indra, the Devas also set off in hot pursuit.

In no time, they arrived at a planet close to Vinayaka.

The surface of this planet was a black expanse, dark rocks and reddish mud spread across the land, displaying a barren scene.

Streaks of light flickered in the sky.

Suddenly, a bolt of lightning struck down, smashing a large pit into the pitch-black rocks, followed by a stream of fire that fell into the pit, forming a burning sacrificial pit.

Swish, swish, swish!

The Devas descended one after another, sitting in a circle.

Flowers, clear water, sugar balls, and sweet steamed dumplings, all the offerings, were prepared.

"Let us begin!"

Indra looked toward Fire God Agni and spoke.

Among those present, Fire God Agni, as the Fire Sacrifice, was the most suitable among the Devas to preside over the ritual.

Agni shook his head and reached out to grab a ladle, scooping a spoonful of clear water from a golden pitcher and sprinkling it into the Fire Sacrifice.

Indra grabbed a handful of sugar balls and threw them into the Fire Sacrifice.

"Om~"

"Praise Vinayaka!"

Indra spoke softly.

At that moment, as his voice of praise rose, the other Devas also began to speak.

"Om~Praise Vinayaka!"

"Om~Praise Vinayaka!"

...

The sounds of praise echoed to the heavens.

As the Devas’ ritual commenced, Vinayaka radiated reddish light that undulated and wafted about, faintly revealing the figure of the Little Elephant God.

Indra’s expression remained calm.

He grabbed a sweet steamed dumpling and once again tossed it into the Fire Sacrifice.

Suddenly, Indra felt something and began to chant.

"Elephant-faced deity, smeared with vermilion!"

"Robed in red, sitting majestically!"

"Sweet treats and sugar balls, his beloved!"

"Praise~Praise~"

Indra chanted merrily, nodding his head without stopping.

The buoyant chanting reverberated in all directions; the Devas turned their heads, showing surprise.

Om~

Engulfed in the crimson mist, Vinayaka let out successive elephant trumpets. Upon hearing this praise, he moved his trunk more gracefully.

Vishnu wore a smile.

With a flip of his right palm, he drew out a conch shell amidst a flash of golden light, held it before his face with both hands, and began to blow.

Woo-woo-woo-woo-woo~

The ethereal sound of the conch, following the rhythm of the hymn, echoed in every direction.

Shiva slightly turned his head.

He watched Narayana, who wore a smile.

Seeing this, Shiva could not help but smile too. He reached up to pluck the Damaru Drum from his Trishula and shook it lightly in the air.

Dum-dum! Dum-dum-dum!

Dum-dum-dum-dum-dum!

The joyful sound of the Damaru Drum immediately resounded in all directions.

Indra smiled.

"Dispelling calamities, bringing auspiciousness! Jasnan clad in bright vermillion red~"

"Brahma, Mahadeva, and Narayana~"

"All the deities are overjoyed for Jasenanda~"

Indra, wearing a smile, sang softly.

The voice did not cease.

"Son of Mahadeva proclaims victory with his roar~"

"Sacred vermilion spread all over Jasnan~staining him a vivid red~"

"Parvati as mother~Mahadeva as father!"

"The blessedly joyful Jasenanda~"
