Chapter 331: Chapter 301: Kama Turns to Ashes, I’m Cursed Again! (Requesting Monthly Tickets!) - Part 2

Maya Asura!

"Maya Asura!"

"It is said that you have spent a long time researching fortresses, yet there seems to be no result!"

Tulaka Asura spoke.

Upon hearing this, Maya Asura’s face remained unchanged.

Over the years,

he had always been researching the construction of indestructible fortresses, but unfortunately, he hadn’t come up with anything. 𝚏𝕣𝕖𝚎𝚠𝚎𝚋𝚗𝐨𝐯𝕖𝕝.𝕔𝐨𝕞

He admitted that his research had failed!

"I indeed haven’t managed to create the three fortresses that are forever indestructible. I’m afraid blessings are needed to complete them!"

"However, I’ve stumbled upon an unexpected joy!"

Maya Asura said.

Oh?!

With that, Tulaka Asura blinked with a spark in his eyes, suddenly interested.

"What is it?"

Tulaka Asura asked curiously.

Whoosh!

Maya Asura’s hand opened wide.

In his right hand, a small cage suddenly appeared, and he slowly pulled open the door of the cage.

The next moment, a green light burst forth from it and landed in the temple.

The green light flickered and vanished!

Roar! Roar! Roar!

Accompanied by a fierce roar, a huge beast with a tiger’s head and horse’s body, akin to a centaur, waved its huge arms and pounded its chest like a gorilla, howling to the sky.

Bitter winds blew through its hair, yet its hair stood tall, unwavering.

"A demon beast?"

Tulaka’s brows arched as he spoke.

Demon beasts!

Most demon beasts are born from anxiety and darkness, not bred by their masters. Their forms are not fixed, come in various shapes, and most lack intelligence, being temperamental and easily enraged.

In some sense,

the four-tusked beast Helakela that was churned out of the Milk Ocean in ancient times was also a type of demon beast.

"What about this demon beast?"

Tulaka asked.

Most Asuras from Earth are deeply anxious and dark, so it’s common for demon beasts to be born there. They have grown accustomed to it and even take the demon beasts into battle.

As for this particular demon beast...

Nothing special!

Maya Asura shook his head.

"This demon beast is not remarkable!"

"It’s just that after failing to create the Tri-linked Cities, I entered into meditation."

"During the meditation, I sensed that a great event was about to occur in Kailash, which might give birth to something. This thing might allow us to create a multitude of demon beasts!"

Maya Asura said.

Tulaka’s eyes gleamed as he gazed intently at Maya Asura.

"What thing?"

He continued to ask.

Maya Asura shook his head and replied, "I don’t know. In my meditation, I saw flames, I saw the void, and I don’t know what it is, but this thing should be born in Kailash."

"!!!"

Tulaka Asura’s eyes glittered.

A multitude of demon beasts, a multitude of war weapons—that was indeed quite enticing!

"Kailash?"

Tulaka muttered to himself.

Suddenly, a strange fluctuation came out of nowhere.

Boom!

Rumble!

Suddenly, a series of enormous tremors burst from the space around them, causing the entire Earth to shake violently.

"Kailash!"

Tulaka Asura’s eyes hardened, and he swiftly stood up from his throne, instantly alert.

Such a commotion suddenly occurring in Kailash

made it hard for him not to suspect that the prophecy seen by Maya Asura during his meditation was about to come true.

"I must go and investigate!"

Tulaka’s thoughts raced.

Whoosh!

He forcefully lowered his head, took two steps forward, and fixed his gaze on Maya Asura.

"Maya Asura!"

"Then you will lead a portion of the Asura army and the demon beasts to Kailash,"

Tulaka commanded.

...

Kailash.

Terrible tremors echoed throughout Kailash, as if the world was cracking and all things collapsing, the deafening sound of the vibrations continuing for a long time.

Boom!

Rumble!

"This isn’t just the earth shaking; it’s Kailash itself that’s trembling!"

Vishnu’s smile faded as he lifted his head solemnly, looking around at the shaking Kailash and speaking.

Parvati’s brows furrowed slightly.

She looked around in surprise and finally realized the problem.

"Is my husband angry?"

Parvati said.

Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!

In these increasingly tense moments, one figure after another appeared within Kailash.

Indra returned with the Devas.

The next moment, another beam of light descended, and Kama’s wife Rati appeared in Kailash.

"Husband..."

Rati lifted her hand anxiously, looking towards Kama’s silhouette.

Whoosh!

Shiva’s eyes abruptly opened, but it wasn’t only his eyes that opened; the third eye upon his forehead opened as well.

Boom!

An intensely hot fireball materialized from the void, tore through the sky, and violently collided with the God of Love, Kamadeva.

"Ahhh!!!"

Kama screamed in pain, looking up.

The Divine Body shattered, Divine Power disintegrated, everything turned to emptiness, everything became nothingness!

Kama let out a fierce roar as the sound of burning echoed continuously, reverberating through Kailash.

Bang!

In an instant, Kama’s body turned formless; the fireball burned, reducing him to glowing ashes, that danced up and down like dust.

But the ball of fire did not extinguish!

The fireball shot forth, breaking through the void toward the Mortal Realm, thundering down like a meteor into the ocean...

Boom!

At this moment, everyone stood frozen in place, the explosive sound of the Fire of Destruction burning, like an earthquake, like thunder, still ringing in their ears, rumbling again and again.

Rumble rumble!

Surya, Agni, Vayu, and Varuna all widened their eyes in shock, standing dumbfounded.

They were completely baffled!

He just went out to move the house, so how did Kama become ashes so soon?

What happened?

Vishnu looked solemn.

Brahma slightly opened his mouth, blinking guiltily.

Parvati also stood in stunned silence.

Rati opened her eyes wide, her eyes reddened, tears glistening, as she let out an angry and desperate roar.

"Kama!"

Kama! Kama! Kama!

Echo after echo resonated at the summit of this snowy mountain, echoing all around, reaching everyone’s ears.

Rati suddenly stepped forward, falling to her knees.

She trembled as she extended her hands, scooping up the ashes on the ground.

A trace of warmth was felt, almost like Kama’s body heat, warming her hands as if afraid Rati would be cold.

When Kama had left, he was still talking with her about having children, but in the blink of an eye, he turned to ashes.

"This isn’t real!"

"This can’t be real!"

Rati cried, tears streaming down her face.

Parvati looked sorrowful; the events before her eyes were indeed beyond her expectations. She had not thought Mahadeva would reduce Kama to ashes.

"Rati!"

Parvati quickly approached, trying to comfort Rati.

The next moment, Rati pushed Parvati away.

She clenched her teeth, glaring hatefully at Parvati, tears in her voice as she shouted, "Kama is dead! Kama is dead! Kama is dead!"

Parvati’s mouth moved slightly, but no words came out.

Whoosh!

Rati’s figure trembled, she cried, "For all of you, my husband has died!"

"Rati..."

Parvati extended her hand, wanting to say something more, but was once again interrupted by Rati.

"What do you want to say!"

"Have any of you ever lost a husband! Have you ever lost your lord!"

Rati roared angrily, like a frenzied lioness.

Whoosh!

The next moment, Rati, with tears in her eyes, stood up abruptly. She scanned her surroundings with wide eyes, finally fixing her gaze on Indra.

"You were just standing there a moment ago!"

"You’re the Heavenly Emperor, you’re supposed to protect the Devas, but you stood by doing nothing, how could you stand by idly!"

"Indra!"

Indra! Indra! Indra!

Rati glared at Indra furiously.

What?

Indra blinked, slightly taken aback, his gaze filled with confusion as he stared back at Rati.

He had just arrived, what did it have to do with him!

Was it because he got here a step ahead?

"Goddess!"

"Don’t be angry, be rational!"

"I believe Kama can be resurrected!"

Indra spoke, trying to console her.

He remembered that in mythology, Kama was resurrected after being burned to ashes, becoming the invisible God of Love.

"Enough!"

"I don’t want to listen!"

Rati said through gritted teeth, staring angrily and despairingly at Indra.

Rational!

How was she supposed to be rational?

She intended to curse everyone here, to make all regret!

"I curse you!"

"Indra!"

"Your throne will never be stable, crises and fear will forever loom over it, the position of Heavenly Realm’s master will never be stable!"

Never stable! Never stable! Never stable!
