Chapter 158: Chapter 156: Growth-Type Thunder Attribute Semi-Divine Artifact—Spear of Judgment

That evening, after receiving her due punishment from the great God of Nature, Elf Corps Commander Feiyana walked out of the military camp the next morning, trembling all over. When other elves asked what had happened, she merely shook her head in silence.

Although the great God of Nature knew that Elf Corps Commander Feiyana had acted with good intentions, conspiring to hide something from Him was absolutely forbidden. The authority of the great God of Nature could not be challenged by any Clan, regardless of whether their motives were good or bad.

It was just like in Zhang Yi’s previous life: even if the Wu’an Monarch had no intention of rebelling, the mere fact that he possessed the power to do so would make him a target of the Emperor.

「March 14th.」

When the Shadow Elf Hassan and Dwarf Leader Copperbeard Ironhammer also arrived east of the Moon Elf Main City, the high-end forces for the eastern front were finally assembled.

These forces included:

One thousand five hundred Elf Mages;

Three hundred Elf Griffin Cavalry;

Six hundred Sixth-Level Celestial Rong Tree-men;

Four top-tier, Eighth-Level Hero-unit Clansmen;

And one Clansman currently in a state of Saint’s Descent.

With so many powerful forces gathered in one place, Zhang Yi was confident he would win this battle.

Just as Elf Corps Commander Feiyana took command of all the high-end forces and began arranging their final actions, Dwarf Leader Copperbeard Ironhammer suddenly announced that he had a newly forged Divine Artifact. He wished to present it to the great God of Nature to further increase His chances of victory. 𝘧𝘳𝘦ℯ𝓌𝘦𝒷𝘯𝑜𝑣𝘦𝓁.𝒸𝘰𝓂

[Event: On the eve of the great battle, Dwarf Leader Copperbeard Ironhammer has decided to offer his masterpiece to the great God of Nature!]

[Detected that the host is facing the current situation. The Golden Finger has refreshed with three options for the host to choose from.]

[Option 1]: A Top-Level Thunder-Attribute Semi-Divine Artifact. Meticulously forged by Dwarf Leader Copperbeard Ironhammer, who expended his life’s Essence Blood and used the best materials—the Dragon Horn of a Thunder-Attribute Sub-dragon and all his Celestial Tribulation Thunder Gold. It can be upgraded twice from its Middle-Grade base, becoming a Top-Level Thunder-Attribute Semi-Divine Artifact. However, its potential will be exhausted, with no possibility for future upgrades.

[Option 2]: An Upper-Class Twin Semi-Divine Artifact. Upgrade the thunder-attribute long spear, a Semi-Divine Artifact forged by Dwarf Leader Copperbeard Ironhammer using precious thunder-attribute materials, into a Twin Semi-Divine Artifact. This would create one long spear and one short spear. As long as one spear is in your hand, the other can instantly return to it.

[Option 3]: An Upgradable Upper-Class Semi-Divine Artifact. On the foundation of the Middle-Grade thunder-attribute Semi-Divine Artifact forged by Dwarf Leader Copperbeard Ironhammer, release a portion of its potential to slightly upgrade it, turning it into an upgradable Upper-Class Semi-Divine Artifact. In the future, by adding materials and refining it with Divine Power, it can be further upgraded to a Top-Level Semi-Divine Artifact and even has the potential to become a True Divine Artifact!

As the three options appeared before his eyes, Zhang Yi felt a surge of excitement, but the choice was also tricky.

All three options are excellent. Which one should I choose? If I choose Option 1, I’ll have a Top-Level Thunder-Attribute Semi-Divine Artifact. Although it would lose all hope of further advancement, this is a Top-Level Thunder-Attribute Semi-Divine Artifact we’re talking about! Countless people can only dream of such a thing. Even Weak Divine Beings don’t typically possess a Top-Level Semi-Divine Artifact.

If I choose Option 2, I’d have two Upper-Class thunder-attribute Semi-Divine Artifacts. As long as one spear is in my hand, the other can instantly return. That’s a huge temptation, too.

And as for Option 3... that goes without saying. An upgradable Upper-Class Semi-Divine Artifact. It’s possible that this weapon could still accompany me even after I become a True God. I could even add precious thunder-attribute materials to it then, helping it become a True Divine Artifact! The vast majority of Semi-Divine Artifacts have no potential for further upgrades once they are forged. An upgradable thunder-attribute Semi-Divine Artifact is even rarer than a Weak Divine Being!

Zhang Yi calculated in his mind. I already have four Hero-unit Clansmen, each equipped with a Middle-Grade Semi-Divine Artifact. With myself included, that makes five of us. No matter how arrogant the opposing Moon Elves are, their only high-end combatant is the Moon God himself. Even I wouldn’t be confident of victory if I had to fight five opponents of his caliber, each wielding a Semi-Divine Artifact. If the Moon God were to unleash his full power, his chances of escape would be extremely small.

Therefore, since I’m not lacking in high-end combat power, an upgradable Semi-Divine Artifact is far more valuable! Not to mention this is a thunder-attribute weapon, which has one of the highest damage outputs among all attributes.

So, a moment later, Zhang Yi chose Option 3.

As soon as the choice was confirmed, a brilliant golden ball of lightning appeared before him. The Middle-Grade Semi-Divine Artifact that Dwarf Leader Copperbeard Ironhammer had offered up was enveloped by the golden sphere in the next instant.

This weapon, a Middle-Grade thunder-attribute long spear, had originally flickered with blue lightning. But as it was enveloped by the golden light, the bolts crackling across its surface gradually deepened into a vibrant purple. Divine Patterns began to appear on the artifact’s previously unadorned surface. As the golden ball of lightning surrounding the more-than-two-meter-long, Upper-Class Semi-Divine Artifact gradually shrank...
