Chapter 391: Combined Might
While Celes and Laz were engaged in the strangest sex of their lives, outside of Laz’s room, there was a group of people gathered with a worried look on their faces.
Nora, who was the first one to find Laz’s trail, stood at the door and kept knocking at different spots on the wooden door. While it seemed random, she was engrossed into it, so much so that she didn’t notice anything else.
Around her, Gretchen, Wilma and other members of the council had gathered as well while Gia, Joan and other members of the security teams stood by, making sure no one else got too close.
From underneath the door a strange miasma seeped out, wisps of pure black smoke that almost froze the air as it blew by. The reason everyone was keeping their distance was because of this. Anyone not strong enough who touched it would have whatever came into contact with it freeze completely. It had happened to Wilma when she first arrived, but thankfully her strength was enough to dispel the cold poison.
Now their biggest problem was that they couldn’t enter into the room as the door was blocked by something that no one present could break. When they had thought of using a group attack to smash the door, both Gretchen and Wilma stopped them immediately.
There was no telling what would happen if the door opened suddenly and whatever was on the other side was unleashed.
"You’re sure they are in there?" Gretchen asked Nora again as she seemed to trace over the same spots for the tenth time.
"Again yes. But there is something more... something else. Strange presences that feel kind of like Celes and kind of like you mistress... but also like something foreign all together. It’s hard to describe," Nora explain the best she could.
"Any idea what it is?" Wilma asked Gretchen as Gretchen stared at the door while thinking.
"I don’t. But then again, that’s not surprising. It seems like the only thing we can do is to trust in those two kids... Ha. Kids. Trust in Laz and I guess my granddaughter as well. As long as he is there, for some reason, I don’t feel too worried," Gretchen said as a look of calm settled over her, surprising her long time friend.
’Then again, he hasn’t let us down yet, has he?’ Wilma thought, her eyes on the door.
...
While the black flames burned, Laz plowed into Celes from behind, one hand planted firmly on her waist as his strong fingers dug into her soft, pale white flesh. His other hand had collected up large amount of Celes’ pitch black hair and while wrapping it around his hand once, was using it like a bridle in which to hold on to her while slamming against her, mercilessly.
Just outside the ring of flame, the female shadow grew more and more angry, watching this play out. As Laz looked at the shadow, he could see, using his skill, a still rather beautiful woman whose body look thin, frail and on the verge of death. Despite that, she radiated an aura that would be impossible to match. And right now, her gaze was laser focused on Laz and Celes as though wanted nothing more than to rip them apart.
Had she been at her full strength, she wouldn’t have feared the flame one bit. But now, she had no choice but to stay back. Luckily, she could tell the flame used much of Laz’s energy and wouldn’t last. As soon as it died... he would die. She had been reluctant to act before now, wanting to save her own strength, but seeing Celes being defiled by this Asura was enough to send her over the edge.
"OH... GOD YES. FUCK YES... SOO MUCH BETTER THAN A FUCKING CUCUMBER..." Celes yelled out as she faced the female shadow, a look of pure ecstasy on her face. Not only that, but she felt a burning deep inside, one that threatened to overwhelm her.
"HAARDDDERR. TEAR ME APART AND MAKE ME BEG FOR FORGIVENESS!!!" Celes screams continued as squirt after squirt of her juices ran down both of their legs, soaking the hardwood floor.
Seeing this, Laz suddenly had an idea. While the room distorted their vision and senses, it didn’t mean the room itself had changed. Strange enough, on the place they were standing and making a mess, Laz noticed a knot in the wood, one that he had memorized previously since it was the exact spot under which Celes had kneeled to him before, showing him her ass when they had come to express their forgiveness. While there was no reason why it should have stood it, that didn’t matter at the moment. What it meant to them now was that Laz knew exactly where they were and where the bed was.
Digging both hands into her waist, Laz lifted Celes up while still fucking her like some sort of doll and made the few steps needed to get over to the bed. He then laid back as she settled on top of him, grinding her hips with everything she had. While the feeling of him ramming in and out was nice, the feeling of riding him seemed to ignite the fire within as she lost all sense of control.
It was in that moment, as the burning feeling spread out and Celes wailed out in enjoyment that a pair of black wings extended out from her back.
Except for Celes who was still grinding away, Laz, the shadows and even the female shadow gasped in disbelief.
The wings were made of black flames.
Suddenly, Laz felt energy course threw him like a tidal wave. Not only did it restore everything he had spent, but it pushed him to the brink of the void palace realm, almost forcing him through. It took every bit of strength he had not to step into the next great realm since doing so without an idea of what he would be getting into would be just plain stupid.
Celes felt the power too as her wings grew, reaching from one end of Laz’s flame dome to the other and then busting through.
She screamed as she came, liquid gushing from between her legs as she soaked Laz and the bed in an orgasm unlike any she had ever even dreamed possible. Laz couldn’t help but climax as well, sending pump after pump of white liquid into her and filling her back up to the point of bursting.
Between Celes flame wings and Laz’s flame dome growing in size, the shadows had no choice but to retreat.
Laz, panting heavily, reached around and found his pack that had been abandoned on the bed earlier. Reaching in, he grabbed out Sever and gently moving Celes spasming body off of himself, stood up to take care of things once and for all.
Just as his impressive frame stood full, the shadows, led by the female shadow, dropped to one knee as though welcoming a king.
"What?" Laz asked, looking at the kneeling forms while unable to understand.
"Forgive us. We didn’t know. We really didn’t know..." the female shadow said, her voice quivering.
"I don’t really care. You tried to kill me, several times. And you did control her, tricked her. You expect me to just... forgive you?" The rage in Laz’s voice was clearly shown, a rage in which even he wasn’t aware he had. But then again, it had been a long while since someone had abused someone he cared about like this.
Try to kill him, fine. That’s life.
Go after someone he cares about, there is no turning back from that.
Of course it wasn’t until this moment that Laz had connected with Celes that he would consider her someone he cared about, but now that the deed had been done, he wouldn’t feel any other way.
"Leave... leave them... it’s ... fine...." Celes managed to get out while sitting up on the bed.
Laz looked back at her and froze as he stared at her chest. Her small, yet perky breasts remained unchanged, but between them now was a blood red, crescent moon. And on both sides of it, sprouting out and covering the area above both breasts, were a pair of black wings. If one looked closely enough it was like the wings were burning.
"You... You’re truly... it can’t be..." the shadow was at a loss of words as she stared at Celes in complete disbelief.
"WHAT?" Laz roared, tired of all the lack of information.
"She has the royal bloodline in her, the bloodline of our kings and queens..." The shadow’s voice trailed off, choked by emotion.
"And you know this because?" Laz asked.
"The black flame...it’s... it’s a long story."
"Make it a short one for now, or I end this my way," Laz said, injecting his energy into the saber in his hands. It’s blade glowed a dark purple as even the air was cut where it sat on Laz’s shoulder.
"The black flame is the symbol of our royalty. Our last queen gave the flame to the leader of the Asura to help in their fight against the Infernals. But in the end, the Asura stole the flame away and didn’t protect us, causing us to be defenseless when the Infernals came and conquered our planet. That’s right. If it wasn’t for your people, then we wouldn’t have lost so badly..." While the female shadow was showing respect towards Laz, he could tell she still hated his kind to her bones... assuming she had bones.
Suddenly, in Laz’s mind, a scene played out. It was the final battle between the armies of the Asura and their allies and the Infernals.
It was the same battle where the giant whale lord had died along with most of the Asura race as they fought for countless days and nights to hold back the Infernal advance.
Seeing it through the eyes of Rak’Sha, Laz knew what had happened as the battle played out in his head like it had been transmitted through his blood.
"The Asura never abandoned you...."
"Lies... Even if you are one of their royal blood yourself, there is no truth to your words," the female spat, her hatred strong.
"Then see it. See it from my master’s eyes. The death of our people... long before your world was invaded." Laz knew the answer, knew it in his bones. Since the golden drop of blood became a part of him, the secrets of the Asura had begun to open up to him. This was nothing more than a result from that.
Laz walked forward and placed his hand on the shadows head, leaving Sever on his shoulder. Everyone could feel how his strength had grown, just as they felt how dangerous the blade was.
Closing his eyes, the red apocalypse ring spun behind him as energy gathered around. Looking down at the shadow who was now looking up at him, his eyes glowed golden and reflected themselves into her eyes.
The first skill of Heaven’s Gaze, uncovering all things hidden.
The second skill of Heaven’s Gaze, shared vision.
The scene was one of carnage and bloodshed. Rak’Sha stared over at the broken bodies of his people and friends as the burning forms of the Infernals kept charging over.
The black flame was gone, disappeared somewhere as the War King and his mentor had taken his last breath in a fight with the juggernauts of the Infernal Army, buying time for some of the weaker ones to flee.
Rak’Sha would never flee. And even as he was being set upon by scores of Infernals, he held his ground. Even as the bulk of the army charged past him and started unleashing their reign of chaos on to the planets they had been protecting, Rak’Sha kept fighting.
As he took his last breath, his body pierced by dozens of Infernal weapons, he noticed that the army had advanced as far as the dark planet on the edge of the system.
"Damn... I was hoping they would over look that one..." Rak’Sha said, taking one more enemy head as his weary eyes closed for what he thought was for good.
The female shadow opened her eyes and blinked a few times as thhe golden glow faded.
Rage and anger had been replaced with sadness and regret.
"We... never knew..."
"I figured that as well.
"We... as a people... we were too weak to fight in the stars. The only help we could offer was the black flame. But it seemed like even that meant nothing. The Asura army... we never dreamed it would fall..."
"They did fall. And for all I know, I am the last of my people," Laz commented before turning away and sitting down next to Celes. While he had shared the vision with the female shadow, she had seen it as well thanks to the connection they had both shared.
Of course neither of them knew that someone else had seen it as well.
Outside of the room, Nora had stopped tapping on the door and sat down, tears running down her cheeks.
"Nora. Dear. Are you ok?" Gretchen asked, seeing this sudden change.
"I’m fine. And so are they... Let’s... let’s just give them some time..." Nora said, standing up and walking away.
