When Tyrene received Helix's transfusion, a vibrant explosion of heat and chaotic sensations assaulted her body.

While the others were used to spirit particle transfusions, it was the first time she experienced the technique.

Not only was it high-level, but most people also didn't have enough spirit particles to even affect her Level 217 body.

Her eyes shot open, and she started coughing.

"—This strategy requires me to use three Sub Zeros and one Blizzard at calamity-scale three times in less than a minute.

I'll lose all my spirit particle reserve, and it will take me out of the fight."

Helix's expression became complicated.

When Tyrene saw Marie and Riley blushing and Charlotte grinning, her gaze narrowed.

"What are you planning, kid?" Tyrene asked with a cold voice.

"Any strategy that sparks blushing makes me prepare to ruin someone's manhood."

Helix's body shivered.

"I…. Let's talk about my primary role in this fight…."

"If you don't die in this battle, expect to be beaten within an inch of your life, kid." Tyrene growled.

"This is the most embarrassing thing I've experienced on a battlefield in my sixty years of fighting!"

Tilo released their Circle of Silences the moment that the Stalkwalker spotted them.

Therefore, Helix knew full and well what she was saying.

"Master, kill me later! We have to move!" He yelled while picking her up.

"You've got to be kidding me.

I've never heard of that technique before." Tyrene replied with a complicated expression.

"Most people have Nightmares that won't activate without spirit particles.

They stop when they run out.

As a result, only high-level professionals like Elsa know about it." Helix replied nervously.

"I only knew about it because I searched for ways to not end up in the hospital with spirit particle withdrawals."

Tyrene narrowed her eyes.

"Master, we use it often." Riley replied with a calm voice.

"We know that it works, and we have a lot of practice using it." Marie added.

Tyrene's eyes went wide.

"Why the hell do you know how to use it?" She asked with a cold voice.

"Cuz it's a trump card, dummy.

With Helix's massive spirit particle reserve, he can constantly feed us with power for calamity-grade—"

Tyrene cut Charlotte off with a truly murderous gaze.

The young woman cowered in fear.

"I've never seen it on the battlefield, and it's reckless to use that many spirit particles with your Nightmares." Tyrene snapped.

"So what the hell did you have to do to deplete your spirit particles to the point that you'd need this!?"

Everyone fell silent.

"To practice—" Helix began tactfully, but he was cut off.

"Don't play games with me, boy." Tyrene snapped.

"Helix creates illusions in our room to create beautiful landscapes." Riley replied sweetly.

"We're selfish and want it to go on longer…." Marie added sheepishly.

Tyrene's eyes widened with bewilderment.

"Of course, we don't push him near his limit." Charlotte added with a serious expression.

"We give him spirit particles throughout because he can handle them."

Tyrene glared at Helix with a scolding gaze.

"That's true." Helix confirmed with a nod.

"Are you an idiot!?" Tyrene yelled.

"Master, it's a frivolous use of my Nightmare.

But as Charlotte pointed out, it isn't pointless, and we don't take it lightly, either." Helix sighed.

Tyrene gave him a mocking smile.

"Hmmm? You're improving your sex life and telling me you're not taking it lightly?" She asked sarcastically.

The women blushed after they heard her blunt statement.

Helix matched her gaze without blinking.

"Master, I can kill them with my spirit particle reserve." He replied with serious eyes.

Tyrene almost exploded, but Helix interjected.

"It gets more dangerous after every level increase.

Do you think we'd still do it if we weren't taking it seriously?" He asked with a self-deprecating smile.

Tyrene's expression became complicated, and her words got stuck in the back of her throat.

Helix matched her gaze.

"Once again, we only know about this technique because I ended up in the hospital [twice] with spirit particle deprivation." He continued with a sigh.

"It's so serious I almost died, and Marie saved my life.

If we don't practice, I could die."

Tyrene's eyes trembled.

"Moreover, as Charlotte stated, it's a trump card.

We'll face an opponent that treats calamity attacks as regular attacks one day.

Perhaps that day will come the day after tomorrow.

Then what? If you're worn down and defenseless on the battlefield, don't you think that skill is invaluable?" Helix asked in conclusion.

Tyrene looked away from him with a wry smile.

"You want [me] to use spirit particles to the point I'm worn down and defenseless." She laughed bitterly.

"That makes your argument absurd and sound like a desperate ploy to kiss me, boy."

She wasn't laughing.

Tyrene was generally bitter and annoyed.

"I can run myself, you jackass!

You'll slow us down!" Tyrene yelled to him while smacking his head.

He ignored her and kept running.

"Riley, now!" He yelled frantically.

Tyrene stared at the Stalkwalker in disbelief.

The Colossus broke through her ice slowly and prepared to shake it off.

No one had a clue how strong the Colossus was.

All they knew was that it was at the fifth stage of evolution.

Stats reset after every evolution.

So a Level 1 Colossus could be the human equivalent could be Level 1000, all things constant.

Or it could be 2000.

Colossus' we're hunted down and killed at Level 1 and the highest recorded in the last century was Level 10 and it was fought by Tyrene.

The Stalkwalker hadn't evolved recently—it woke from hibernation.

No one in Myriad had fought one of the beasts depicted in the stories of legends.

It was a complete mystery, and Tyrene was getting nervous.

"[Tornado]!" Riley yelled.

A blast of heat and wind rushed into the area.

Jagged rocks the size of boulders lifted into the air as a torrent of wind struck them.

Once the wind met the heat pocket, it started gyrating to form a tornado.

The wind built up momentum, and the jagged rocks accelerated.

They raised higher and higher until they were around seventy feet above the ground.

"[Compact Storm]!" Riley roared.

The tornado compressed tightly around the Colossus.

The jagged rocks smashed into the Stalkwalker's legs, ripping them to shreds.

"[Ripple]!" Marie screamed with her hands on the ground.

A massive wave formed below her hands and moved down the hill in the direction of the Colossus.

The rocks and ripped vegetation still there rose and fell five feet as it reached their area.

It was a earth rollercoaster.

"[Chain Activation]!" Tilo roared in front of the army.

Fifty magic circles activated instantly, creating a large network of shock barriers.

"KEEEYYYAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHKKK!"

The Colossus cried out in pain at the top of its lungs.

The sound, no longer restricted, pierced everyone's eardrums.

As a result, they were disoriented and shaky.

However, their eardrums didn't bleed because the medical team issued earplugs.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!

The barriers lasted a split second before they shattered and sent the troops flying.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!

Another shockwave exploded when Marie's main ripple hit the cracking ground.

The troops were flung back farther.

A massive dust storm shot out from the top and sides of an artificial cave that Helix, Tryene, Marie, and Riley were taking shelter under.

The wall behind their backs groaned and cracked.

"[Ice Wall]!" Tyrene yelled in a panic.

The cave exploded and flew above the cracking ice wall a split second later.

"That was a lot worse than expected!" Helix cried with a thumping heart.

He ran out from behind the wall, and the others followed him.

The massive shockwave was caused by the Stalkwalker falling to the earth.

It used its hands to perform [Smash Attack] when it fell.

It was the most primitive and savage form of fighting.

Smash Attack only required the beast to link its fists and smash the earth.

However, the devastation caused by the motion was so extreme that it received a name.

Normal Stalkwalker Smash Attacks were legendary; this Colossus gave the attack another meaning.

"I-I can't believe it used Smash Attack [after] it was frozen…." Tyrene commented in disbelief.

It withstood the attack, but it was already preparing to push itself up.

"To hell with my pride! Get another one of those sick fucking transfusions ready, and hurry!"

Helix nodded and closed his eyes.

"[Frost Nova]!" Tyrene roared.
