"Not there, but I recognize that man as my son's second in command." Peter said as they checked the first cell.

"That's a good sign then." Ray pointed out as he gestured for the second in common to be separated from the others.

"Hopefully." Peter said as they moved on to the next cell.

"Did Colin see you?" Ray asked his son as they moved on.

"No. I was well hidden when I spotted him in the hideout." Al told his father.

"Not here." Peter sighed, shaking his head as they moved on to the third cell.

"That's good." Ray said as they followed Peter as he checked the other five cells.

"None, he isn't in any of them." Peter said with a disappointed look on his face.

Al frowned as he looked around the room, he didn't see Colin in any of the cells either.

"I find it ridiculous that he managed to slip away in the small time frame between Al seeing him and our attack." Peter sighed as they walked back to Ray's office.

Al stooped in his tracks and mumbled something.

"What was that, Al?" Ray asked his son as he gave him a curious look.

"We have his second in command." Al repeated a little bit louder this time.

"We do, do you want to talk to him?" Ray asked.

Al speaking to the second in command wouldn't just be speaking. He would be trying to get the information out of the man with any means necessary.

"I can just watch." Al told his father as he changed directions and headed towards the interrogation rooms.

Ray was honestly surprised with his son's decision.

Normally Al would be more than willing to extract information out of the prisoners they had managed to capture.

"Are you alright?" Ray asked his son as he and Peter walked behind the young man.

"I just don't think this guy will speak if I did the interrogation." Al confessed. "It might be better if Hendrick did it."

"I'll have him brought over." Ray told his son as he gestured for one of their bodyguards to get Hendrick over.

Luckily, Hendrick didn't have work with Emilio that day.

As a matter of fact, Emilio was with him in the underworld headquarters appreciating his uncle's and cousin's work when they were called to the interrogation room.

"What are you doing here?" Al asked Emilio as they entered the observation room.

"We didn't have work so I decided to tag along with Hendrick." Emilio told his cousin as he made himself comfortable on a couch. "He told me you were on a mission and he was coming over to support."

"So you watched that." Al grinned.

He knew that his cousin was envious of the missions and risks he could take since his identity was still a secret.

"Yeah, you have to teach me to shoot like that." Emilio smiled. "It could come in handy."

Al nodded and promised to work with his cousin when they got home.

Through the one way mirror, they could see Colin Jao's second in command being dragged into the interrogation room.

He looked a little bit roughed up, but nothing too bad.

"He fought our men, almost killed a few, but our people are better trained." Ian Lim said as he entered the room, joining Ray, Al, and the rest.

"Has he said anything?" Ray asked Ian as he observed the man through the glass.

"No, he's been silent the entire time while the others are begging to be let out." Ian told Ray.

"Hendrick." Al called out.

Hendrick was quick to walk to Al side as they looked at the man.

"He is a loyal one, I doubt he has anyone we can use to threaten him with." Al told Hendrick.

"We actually got his information, he has no one." Hendrick informed Al.

"A perfect second for Colin." Al nodded. "What is his motivation?"

"His entire family was killed by the Rocci Family Mafia. He wants revenge." Hendrick reported.

"Always revenge." Al sighed. "You think you can crack this one?"

"Probably." Hendrick nodded.

"Have a go at it." Ian said as he gestured for Hendrick to go to the other room and extract information from Colin's second.

Hendrick smiled and nodded.

He quickly prepared the tools he needed on a tray and asked one of the men to place it in the other room.

Instead of immediately going there, Hendrick let the man stare at the tools.

They were all blunt and guaranteed to hurt. He was playing a mental game with the man as they all observed his anxious glaces between the tools and the one way mirror.

"Do you think he is wondering who is on the other side?" Emilio asked his cousin as they watched Hendrick prepare more items.

"He probably is." Al nodded. "No one knows who the king of the underworld is, he isn't high enough to know, neither was Colin."

"Has your son tried to contact you?" Ray asked Peter as Hendrick left the room, ready to begin the interrogation.

"A few times. I told him we were laying low that he shouldn't visit just yet." Peter explained to Ray. "I may need your help to set up a false safehouse for me soon. I know my son will want to visit."

"And what if he looks for Cara?" Al asked.

"I will tell him the truth, that I sent Cara to my sister. She is safer there." Peter said.

Al nodded. He knew that Colin had no idea where his aunt or Cara were located, and even if he did find them, he would be blocked by several bodyguards of the Lawrence family.

It would be easy to simply tell him Al's real identity and confess that Peter had asked for the Lawrence family's help.

"He's beginning." Ian pointed out as they watched Hendrick circle the man like a predator circled his prey.

"Do you know who I am?" Hendrick asked.

"This is going to be fun to watch." Emilio chuckled as he leaned back and relaxed.
