"A man-made secret realm..." Evan was taken aback when he heard Cedar.
"Although not many, there are still some people in Utopia who can use their understanding of the law of space to create a secret realm. Generally speaking, the man-made realms are far weaker than the realms created upon the death of Core Evolvers because these man-made realms can't support the laws of the world.
