Chapter 139 - Forge
Sitting at a circular wooden table, a group of eight women exchanged intense and threatening glances. Each of them possessed a serious and intense countenance as they watched the lamp that illuminated that dark room.
"What are we going to do?" Said the mature woman with red hair.
The girls again exchanged glances, some of them had confused and undecided faces, while others looked decided. One of them was sleepy while playing with her own green hair, while another was writing alone in her own notebook, adjusting her golden glasses.
"Do you have a plan?" said the dark-haired girl with the innocent face. The one with dark blue hair and a serious posture replied, "I don't imagine that's necessary, you all came up the same way.
The redhead stood up irritated, knocking on the table she shouted "But you don't mind that?! Livia you were the first and I understand you're not bothered by this, but how many more are we going to let into his harem!"
The girls exchanged glances, and then gave their opinions.

At the same instant Ryan's eyes went through that message, he looked at the two girls who were fiddling with the television control in front of him. Nyx turned around and looked confused "Did something happen?" she said.
He shook his head "No, I was just surprised. You were right." At the same instant, the succubus stood up and with a proud face she said "I knew I was right! Wait I was right what?"
The girl's face went from that confident face to one of confusion as she punched Ryan lightly and weakly on the arm asking what that was all about. With a smile, he said "Don't worry, don't worry."

So with that Ryan understood what was going on and started laughing. "They had a meeting? Hahaha" Walking towards his bed, he flopped down on the mattress and placed a blanket over himself. His eyes were heavy and easily he fell asleep.

The next day, the morning started with normal classes. The duels would only start in the afternoon, which was already a relief for Ryan, who was a little more sleepy than usual. With a mug of coffee in his hands, he stared at the window of the apartment where he was living.
There was a large lake in front of the building and holding out his hands, he began to practice a little water control. Turning one of his fingers, he created a vortex in the water, starting in one direction and then moving to another. With a snap of his hands he created a small explosion in the lake.
"Shit" he said, startled. Some coffee had fallen out of the mug, he was controlling the liquid in his hand while trying to control the one on the outside.

"Don't worry." He said, and looking at the white haired girl, he returned to his office and called to her with a gesture of his hands "Nyx, I want your opinion regarding an idea."
The two went into the office and in the center of the desk was the crystal with the energy taken from Syl. "I've been doing some thinking about what I can do with this crystal, have you ever heard of a vampire sword?" Ryan's words caused the succubus to widen her eyes in surprise.
"You could do that?" she said, startled.
He shook his head in response. "I don't have to deal with it, but I'm going to the forge when my battles are over."
After reviewing some books about the second world, Ryan began to dig through any information he could within the archives of the travelers' guild. Among the magical swords that have been found in the second world, one of the most famous dark swords are the vampire blades. This type of weapon has a peculiarity, its ability to hold energy and blood and store it as a way to strengthen the user.
"I've been drawing a diagram of how this process might work" he said. As Ryan brought his hands close to the crystal where Syl's vampiric essence was, several different reactions arose in his body. When he touched the crystal his mana was instantly sucked out, as was the demon energy itself.
<So when you touch the crystal it sucks out your energy, isn't that a factor of it being part of the boxes battery?
He shook his head in response, and opening the drawer removed a white crystal that had an identical shape to the one that was holding that red and black liquid.
"They both have the same material, but when this one received the energy of vampirism, its structure changed. It's not carrying it and keeping it stored, but rather releasing the energy out the other end every ten minutes."
Nyx approached the table and looked closely at that crystal, slowly she moved one of her hands towards the table and fearfully touched that item. Jumping up and down with fright she shouted "Really! It pulled some of my energy!
In front of the crystal were Ryan's notes, with the various tests he had done to verify the capabilities of that object. "I've run thirty tests with this crystal so far, in all of them the amount sent out was equal to the mana taken out. Which means it's not having any variation."
Bringing one of his hands closer to his own mouth, Ryan bit himself and opened a cut. Extending his arm he caused the blood to fall onto that crystal. In the same instant the drop disappeared on top of the material, as if it had evaporated upon coming into contact with that.
"Blood is sucked up in the same instant, and it seems that the amount of blood intensifies the capabilities of the crystal."
<So in a way, that works like you? Since your ability increases in relation to the number of kills>
"Maybe this sword really is made for me" he said.
There was still a long road ahead, even with a lot of effort, the guild still hadn't managed to forge this kind of weapon. At least there were no documents that this type of operation had been successfully performed.
In front of Ryan's desk there were more than forty diagrams and pieces of paper taped to the wall. Each of those sheets had different possibilities and magic circles that could give a result similar to the one expected. Focused on his notes, Ryan almost forgot his class.
