There were indeed 100,000 Caius Titans on this mothership. They were the same Primordial beings, just like Uranus, Gaia, and others from the Greek pantheon.

This has not taken into account the sped-up time the Evogods spent near the white holes that they had occupied. Besides, the Evogods were once the apex species, the civilization that stood at the pinnacle of the universe. The geniuses born of such a species are not something we can fathom. Yen Monti had the largest Soul Nebula in the history of the Evogods, with ten thousand and eighty-one soul stellar units. The second place came close at nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-seven soul stellar units."
